  1. <p>I'm in 2016 of my XCC save.</p><p> </p><p> Financially stable, we're making around 3 million a month.</p><p> At High Level International and we're ranked 4th in the world out of 8.</p><p> </p><p> At my Bantamweight, Ollie Rockmettller was insane with 27 straight title defenses between October 2002 and March 2016. He was the #1 P4P for a while and he was the biggest reason we grew as we did. He finally lost by knockout in the first round to Martin "Houdini" Backlund, a 25 year old regen who had a respectable 14-3 record. The 40 year old Rockmettller is 37-1-1 and has told me that he's seriously considering retiring the next match.</p><p> </p><p> My other divisions aren't too interesting, they trade belts back and forth with 2 defenses on average. I'm thinking about expanding to a welterweight class.</p><p> </p><p> The game currently runs pretty slow so I don't know how long I can keep this up. GAMMA is #1 and has run 338 shows so far.</p>
  2. <p>Running BCG in July 2017. Got discouraged after the initial massive poach and then I got brutally poached again with GCG stealing most of my upper midcarders.</p><p> </p><p> I have a great midcard of good workers and am building around the guys who are loyal to me (Yes, that means that Taku and Blast lucked into pushes!) which is what you'd do in real life.</p><p> </p><p> My big money making feud is doing an American Invasion led by Greg Gauge (who I continually sign to touring contracts). Basic story is that each tour, various Americans come, dominate the midcard and challenge Funkakosi and "The Frontline". </p><p> </p><p> I'm losing 20K every tour (which could easily be fixed by skipping one or two of my shows per tour) and am finally growing slowly in my home area. GCG just fell from Cult to Regional so is a massive pain in my butt again.</p>

But I'll take what I can get. I figured Big Show vs. Kane would've gotten the psychology note, but nope. Thank God for the promo chops, eh?</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> I love what you name your promos</p>
  4. <p>Ummmm... October 2022, Phillip Cooper is Swf World Champion. Yes, the Phillip Copper from England.</p><p> </p><p> No, his stats aren't particularly good. Really weird.</p><p> </p><p> SWF is national ranked 3rd.</p>
  5. C-Verse Workrate Mexican Promotion Lucha Azteca Wrestling August 2019, After Aztec Warfare IV LAW Mexican Championship: Star Master (Won Aug 2019) Previous Holders: Lobo Blanco (Jan 2019 - Aug 2019) Chessman (3) (May 2018 - Jan 2019) El Heroe de Mexico (Aug 2017 - May 2018) Chessman (2) (Mar 2017 - Aug 2017) El Hijo del Zonk (Nov 2016 - Mar 2017) Chessman (Feb 2016 - Nov 2016) LAW Yucatan Regional: Major Junta (Won Nov. 2018) Sunburst (Nov 2017 - Nov 2018) Solar II (Apr 2017 - Nov 2017) Fray Valiente Jr. (Oct 2016 - Apr 2017) LAW Mexican Tag Team: Kosher Air (Geoff Borne & Sabra Man Jr.) (Won May 2019) Scream Demons (Screamer and Sonny Wildside) (Sept 2018 - May 2019) Ajax The Skull-Splitter & Hijo de Vigilante (Feb 2018 - Sept 2018) Los Bronconeros (Ricochet and Mustang Blanco Jr.) (May 2017 - Feb 2018)
  6. <p>Created a promotion, Lucha Azteca Wrestling. Basically I want it to be the workrate promotion of Mexico. The rule is I can only hire unemployed workers. </p><p> </p><p> <strong>Chess Master</strong> was my primary heel and face of the company for the first year. Chess Master has a "Randy Orton-esque" gimmick where he's slightly unhinged but exacts his revenge in a cerebral manner.</p><p> </p><p> He had decent feuds in 2016 with <strong>Lobo Blanco </strong>and former <em>Luchador!</em> contestant <strong>Green Diamond</strong>. He lost the title to <strong>El Hijo Del Zonk</strong> but won it back when Zonk and recent SWF release <strong>John Greed</strong> were snapped up by SOTBPW. This meant that Chess Master was thrust back into the main event but he held it down very well, improving drastically and leading LAW in winning regional battles against EMLL and OLLIE in 2017 feuds against the improving <strong>Jade Lizard</strong> and <strong>Fray Valiente Jr.</strong></p><p> </p><p> In late 2017, we quickly signed super patriot <strong>El Hero Mexicano</strong> who had a money spinning feud with Chess Master that has seen both wrestlers become mainstays of the promotion. In early 2018, Chess Master is rehabbing by beating uppermidcarders while the champion, El Hero Mexicano is about to engage in a 6 month program with <strong>Wrath of God</strong> who was just released. After that, El Hero Mexicano will trade the title with Chess Master, who I feel deserves at least one more run for the hard work he's put in.</p><p> </p><p> My midcard title, the Yucatan Regional Championship is being used to prime guys for the uppermidcard. <strong>Solar II</strong>, on excursion from Japan held it and now <strong>Sunburst</strong> is doing the honors.</p><p> </p><p> The tag team division is lacking and usually I just throw two guys together who need to rehab after singles losses. The match quality is very good though.</p><p> </p><p> All my belt prestiges are at max level (100, 71, 71) and I'm proud to say that LAW looks like it has a bright future in Mexico!</p>
  7. What is considered a "short term contract" where I can follow up and resign the after they're released without the cooldown period?
  8. <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="KnowYourEnemy" data-cite="KnowYourEnemy" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="41193" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>Animal Harker. Wild Man.<p> </p><p> For Bonus Points, book him under Wild Man Harker, turn him heel, and have him play the long-lost ******* son of the legendary Wild Man Sullivan. And, every second title defense involves weapons.</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Sounds good. Thanks!</p>
  9. Playing NYCW. Give me someone on the roster Midcard or higher push to make Empire Champion by January of the next year. Also, give me a solid gimmick for them.
  10. <p>I just hired Lassana Makutsi in 2018 in my NYCW game. James Justice is stinking it up in the ring and I renamed him LM Kenya and was ready to strap a rocket to him and push him to the moon.</p><p> </p><p> First show, he turns up too high to work. I fired him because I imagine Larry Vessey flipping out on him in front of everyone and physically tossing him out of the locker room.</p>
  11. <p>NYCW December 2017</p><p> </p><p> NYCW Empire: James Justice</p><p> Greed was hanging around Andrew Harper. They captured the tag titles and after losing them to The Ring Generals Harper got a title shot against Brandon Smith in a battle royal where Greed was thrown over the top rope by accident while Harper was trying to throw out Steve Flash. Harper beat the BHOTWG bound Smith and everything was great until Greed turned on him, beating him for the Empire title after a few months. A few months later, Greed got signed by SWF again (after proving himself on the indys I guess...) and he dropped the belt to the debuting James Justice.</p><p> </p><p> NTCW Tri-State Regional: Crockett Tubbs (3x)</p><p> Tubbs has been trading the belt for the past 2 years. He lost to Steve Flash and they feuded as I'm trying to turn Tubbs into the next Flash. Tubbs lost the belt to Rick Sanders the month after recapturing it from Flash thanks to a misclick that I didn't catch until the next show. I ave Sanders a little run and then had Tubbs win the belt back. </p><p> </p><p> NYCW Tag Team: Andrew Harper and Steve Flash</p><p> After losing to Greed, Harper stepped in to rescue Flash from a beat down by CZCW's Rich and Famous. Harper and Flash beat Rich and Famous in a threeway including then champions The Ring Generals</p>
  12. What are your average show ratings starting out? I'm struggling puling above 80.
  13. <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="Wheelz316" data-cite="Wheelz316" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="41263" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>Need a tag/stable name for a Legion of Doom/Demolition stable, also names for the 2 or 3 wrestlers.</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Devastation Corporation (cheating I know)</p><p> Apocalypse Riders</p><p> Biohazard</p>
  14. <p>So, a guy in my NYCW game has created a Game of Thrones style "house" (House Wolfe) and has a stable who are wrecking havoc on the roster. I need a name for the plucky upstarts who oppose them. Doesn't have to be GoT inspired. My only request is none of these names:</p><p> </p><p> The Nightswatch</p><p> The Watch</p><p> Frontline</p><p> Black Company</p><p> </p><p> I know it's a bit generic. They're just going to be a mishmash of babyfaces who aren't really doing anything else in the company.</p><p> </p><p> Thanks.</p>
  15. I just had half my roster poached in month 1. Horrible, horrible. First month I lost $75K. I'm lowering the touring show time to 1.5 hours and seeing about using less workers per show. This is really difficult, I actually like it.
  16. I had gallbladder surgery. I shopped surgeons before I did it was recommended one by someone at my gym who said my recovery could take 3-4 weeks rather than the 6-8 weeks I kept hearing. I do competitive crossfit and didn't want to be on the shelf for two months. 4 weeks later and I was back in the gym. I don't know exactly what the difference was in the surgery, but I went from feeling like I got my abdomen repeatedly hit by a car and crushed to feeling significantly better in a week and then able to lift again in a month. I do know that particular surgeon was well regarded in the north east by athletes. So yeah, it really depends.
  17. I've overtaken PSW in the rankings, and theyre are real thorn in my side. I'm debating declaring war on them and signing thier top talent and burying them a la WWF vs. WCW. NYCW is now holding small house shows, once a month in the mid atlantic region. Steve Flash has opened a wrestling school and NYCW has announced they will signany graduate to n automatic 1 year contract. Ross "The Ring King" Henry has defeated former Superpower partner Risk Deson (Jack Avatar) decisively. Now the current COTT Tag Team Champions, The Ring Generals, want a shot and hope tat one of them can add a main event title to their 8x Tag Team Championship list. The Chord lost Syd Collier to TCW, but they gained James Diaz, son of famed PGHW workhorse, Raymond Diaz. The Chord has finished killing the undercard of NYCW and now has shifted focus to two things. Regaining their tag belts which Syd lost them in a fluke decision against Brooklyn's finest, and killing the main eventers starting with Andrew "Table Breaker" Harper, whom they put through a table themselves on the last show. Harper has now decided that enough is enough and word is he's looking to other NYCW purebloods to stop the MAW Menace. PSW's new head booker is Chris Caulfield and the first thing he did was take the title of Big Smack Scott who lost it to former SWF hopeful, Chill. Chill is actually really good, and if a war started, he'd likely be NYCW's first target for acquisition.
  18. In my 2021 NYCW game. Syd Collier and Cameron Jones, led by The Architect are "The Chord", a group from the now defunct MAW promotion who invaded NYCW to extoll the virtues of MAW and show that their promotion was the best workrate company in the US. They are currently beating down the under card, have the Tag Team and Tri-State Regional belts and are making life miserable for everyone. They are currently focused on killing Happy Elwood. Meanwhile in the main event, Ross Henry just turned on Risk Deson (Jack Avatar) and the Superpowers tag team is officially over. Henry, now a bonafide bad guy, has his sights set on the Empire Championship held by Puzzle Master (Cerebro), but Risk is doing everything in his power to male sure Henry does not win. Andrew Harper (who is my new favorite character) after having lost the Empire belt to Cerebro after a great two year run, is running around with his girlfriend Fern Hathaway and putting babyfaces through tables, but it looks like he's running out of victims, thanks to The Chord... Also, we are hositle with PSW (their doing, not mine) and we are destroying them in regional battles to the point that Alex Braun, their booker, just stepped down. Oh, and Big Smack Scott is their champion.
  19. MAW has died in my NYCW game and I brought in The Architect, Syd Collier and Cameron Jones as a heel stable extolling the virutes of MAW and calling NYCW a MAW copycat, especially mad that NYCW is now holding the Larry Vessey Invitational Challenge. As of now, they've run train on the company, with Architect winning the Larry Vessey Invitational Challenge II and the Tri-State Regional and the other two winning the tag titles. Right now they are named "The Chord" in honor of Rip, but I was wondering if you guys could come up with a better name.
