Some more ideas I thought of:

-Marc Speed, Greg Gauge, Matthew Keith, and Frankie Perez. What do these gentlemen have in common? They hate fun, zaniness, and masks. They also each possess the knowledge of the Krippler, the most devastating hold of all time. No one can break it, and only these four know it...for now. Think a sort of BDK storyline from this.

 

Somewhere along the line here they need Calvin Dark for veteran leadership. I mean if the guy hates Christmas, he's got to be right in line with these mirthless beasts.

Really loving the idea of a ZEN/KANZEN promotion in the US. I think I'm gonna go ahead and create ZEN: America and run both ZEN & ZEN: America. Then I can trade stars between the 2 promotions and have an absolute ton of fun with it. The roster I've got so far for ZEN: America is...

By the way, the Cali Dragons are Frankie Perez and Mikey James together. I used a Hitamaro (sp?) Suzuki re-render for James.

nice render jhd! There is one with Mikey James with a Dragonmask on that is outstanding and asking in the alt thread (loooooong time ago) to get it put on Frankie but it was forgotten an ignored. Still think dispite the greatness of the work ya already did, that the dragon mask on Mikey put on Frankie would be smooooth. If ya want it I am sure I can find it somewhere. If not, then great work anyfreakin'way!!!

Instead of having Ant-Man in The Animal Kingdom stable he can lead his own stable called The Colony.

 

Also, totally forgot about Fox Mask, he could soooo be a member of The Animal Kingdom.

Having all these Ants is funny put a total rip from Chikara. The C-Verse already has a three man group with like names waiting to be picked up. And I know at some point Adam stated that he just started adding more guys to the stable and I speak of....

I've taken some other bland workers who can pull off a happy-go-lucky or weirdo gimmick and added such names as...

 

Parasite

Parador

Paradiddle

Paragon (The ultimate Para)

Parakeet

 

This list of names is long and the comedy value is high without being a complete and total rip of The Colony.

New idea:

-Thanks to Apupunchau@optonline, I've got an idea. Matt Sparrow becomes Parakeet, and another CZCW fellow becomes ghostly and turns into Paranormal. They align themselves with Paradigm, Paradox, and Paranoia to turn The Paratroopers into a serious stable.

 

-How could I have missed Inky the Squid Boy?

 

-Should The Underwater Warriors, altogether, be:

Warrior Lobster (The Tic in a Lobby-like gimmick)

Warrior Calamari (The Cannonball Kid's return to the calamari character)

Warrior Shark (Silver Shark)

Warrior Squid (Inky The Squid Boy)

 

-Mr. Electricity has a purple/black lucha outfit. Use him as El Ectrico (as electrico is Spanish for "electricity") and make him like El Generico...say he's from Calcutta, Mexico. Genius, no?

The one thing that a lot of people have missed is the Mike Quackenbush character, or to put it in more general terms. The Trainer/Owner/Patriarch. The veteran talent who is bringing everyone else up to scratch.</p><p> </p><p>

The list really isnt that big, especially as you need someone who would be willing to front the (high flying) Dojo if there was one. </p><p>

The man who fits the bill? Donnie J.</p><p> </p><p>

I've also fallen into the trouble that someone else mentioned in the thread. I'd love to use the ant mask renders but I cant imagine what they would be without directly naming them Fire Ant, Green Ant and Soldier Ant.. and I feel thats too much of a reality cross over. Turning the Paratroopers into the Parasites seems like it might have legs though.. </p><p> </p><p>

Dont forget that its also integrated genderwise. Agent 69 is a prime candidate for a wacky gimmick indie promotion.</p>
