Another question: what exactly is the purpose of extending the time it takes for a person to retire from 3 to 12 months if they are not getting to even discuss contract, even a single off-shot Associate, in the meanwhile (and it's stated they would retire after a fight anyway)?

Are they going to be able to fight on the minor shows during the 12 months and if they get a win could they maybe decide to prolong their career? I probably just misunderstood the entry #110 of the journal, and WHEN they decide to ANNOUNCE the retirement it's gonna be a final decision like in the previous games. Still, would make sense if they would at least get into talks with a company so that they can have their final fight on a big stage?

what is the agers folder for in the editor?

Haven't looked, but guessing it's the same as Tew, different pictures for people as they get older. So you could have a picture for James Foster at age 20, another for 30, etc.

Edit - Beat to it by seconds

I can't seem to find a fighter's record within an org anymore? Is there any way to find this? Definitely hope it's possible, forgive me if this is a simply oversight, just seems kind of nuts to delete something that is so standard in the MMA world. (ie whenever someone talks about a fighter they usually say both their record and their record in whatever org they are fighting in)

Thanks.

Pretty disappointed with that tbh - I would have thought you should have some control and the fighters may react to receiving / missing out on a bonus.

I think it's just to stop people making silly decisions, and in the end picking award winners would become tedious (IMO)

After a few play throughs I would probably end up giving the same people the awards just to make it seem like they were experts in exciting fights, when actually they aren't.

Thinking about it I haven't seen it either. I wonder if I have just been blind or if it's actually not in anymore.

There is no longer company-specific records according to the help file.

From the help files! :D

Pro Record: The pro record is always in the format win - loss - draw - no contest. Note that in WMMA3 each fighter only has a defined overall win-loss record, there is no company-specific one; the latter can be worked out via their Fight History in their profile.

EDIT: Hah, beaten to it. :p

Is it me or if you turn Smart Booking on in the options , you don't see not JUST the "Unavalaible" fighters -as stated- but also the ones who are short on time for the camp?

If so, i do believe it's not a good choice, considering you should always be able to be aware that "unprepared" guys are around as an extreme resource (some don't even ask anything substantial more to take the fight on short notice, they ask for.... 0 $). Smart booking should eliminate from viewing only the Unavalaible fighters, not also those without Adequate prep time. If necessary i would post about it in the suggestion forum too, but i just want to be sure i am correct before.

Adam, is there a reason for Haley Croft and Samantha Sachs being 'unknown' when everyone else in WEFF's Women's Heavyweight division is Low Level Regional? It seems odd that two fighters on 5-0, one of whom is the champion, are the least recognisable in the division.

Edit: Weirdly they're on low level regional themselves in the match making screen but unknown on roster analysis. The pair of them fighting for the WEFF Heavyweight title would only be a decent undercard bout according to my fans, despite them both being on winning streaks and having rep/performance/aura of 28/56/45 and 32/53/52, while Vanessa Phillips (3-1, 18/35/22, broken winning streak) vs Chelsea Lawson (1-0, 9/34/22, coming off a victory) could co-main event. This definitely seems weird...

Edit again: According to WEFF's roster analysis screen they don't have ANYONE who can main event - is this intentional?

Playing with WEFF as well and i have had the exact same doubts :-)

Champion with zero name value (!) and nobody who can main event at all. Especially the first makes no sense.
