Wow! Well, I was excited to see John McClean return to the CGC, but now Christian Price has been reaping all the benefits of his wonderful guidance these past few weeks. It's only fair that John McClean gets something great in return. I think John McClean deserves a shot at challenging Christian Price for his title.

Given my current internet situation (I think the wifi thingamajiger in my computer is broken) I have no idea when the next show will be up. Kind of like winning King of the Ring. In fact, I think I'll make it a tournament title in the game. things. First, while I did technically ‘run’ at ‘Chaos In The Cage’,

you’re conveniently forgetting that those were the rules. I was

supposed to ‘run’. Second, while you took my title at ‘Battle Beyond’

you seem to be conveniently forgetting that you only did that thanks

to Almighty Zeus. You might possibly be the most dangerous

opponent I’ve ever faced, Joey, but I still have time to find a way

to beat you. Where there’s a will, there’s a way. I have the will.

Wait. What’s the third thing I’m forgetting?

That although you want to talk, I’ve been itching at getting some

revenge since ‘Battle Beyond’, and I can’t wait until ‘Last Man

Panicked, Poison fumbles with the potion. Alex knocks it out of his hands! Destiny and Fate attack, but the DeColts hurl them over the top rope and out of the ring. Joey Poison tries to blindside them with the title belt, but Alex lays him out with a Throat Thrust. Joey quickly flees up the ramp.

Jack controls Fate with simple grappling while Alex fends off Destiny with precision punches, until a thumb to the eye isolates Alex. The Soldiers use every trick in the book to keep him in their corner, but Alex has seen them all and makes the tag! Jack goes berserk with right hands, shoulder tackles and starts throwing the Soldiers over the top rope repeatedly, until Alex tags himself back in and hits the DeColt Driver (Straightjacket Drop) for the win.

Davis Ditterich “These five men will be in the Last Man Standing Rumble, but two will be pulling double duty. Our CGC Super-Fan March has made the decision. John McClean will challenge Christian Price for the Canadian Title.”

Catherine Quine ”McClean and Chandler have been at war over some... allegations... but whose side is Sean Deeley on?”

Ignoring the other participants, McClean and Chandler immediately charge at each other and brawl wildly. Meanwhile, DaLay throws heavy hands at Price, who ducks and unleashes thunderous european uppercuts. Sean Deeley stays out of the fray, watching, waiting, stalking. Chandler rakes Squeeky’s eyes, before recklessly charging and sending both of them over the top rope and out to the floor. (Elimination 1: Eddie Chandler) (Elimination 2: John McClean).

McClean and Chandler continue to fight as security struggle to separate them. Laying out Price with a- BACKFIST!, Dan DaLay tries to bully Deeley into going the heavy lifting, poking him in the chest. Sean Deeley pounces! He takes the giant off his feet with brutal takedowns before twisting his arm at unholy angles. DaLay powers free but is wobbled with clotheslines. Deeley gets some momentum for one final clothesline, but as he hits the ropes Garcia pulls it down. Deeley sails over the top. (Elimination 3: Sean Deeley)

Adrian Garcia berates Deeley, who pounces on his (former?) Agent! Eddie Chandler jumps him! John McClean is back in the fray! Meanwhile, inside the ring, Christian Price rocks DaLay with thunderous european uppercuts. Simple. Effective. Unstoppable. DaLay grabs a handful of hair, but Price hoists him up onto his shoulders and drops him over the top rope (Elimination 4: Dan DaLay)

Just when I say I’ve noticed a repetitive pattern in my TV ratings, they go and do something different. Down further still. Perhaps headlining with the Elite/McClean feud is a mistake. The Poison/Alex angle pulled the final rating up though. Good stuff. Joey isn't an amazing promo, but he's solid, and he's over, and the storyline is doing well in the TEW mechanics. I really hope I can keep this project going through the next game year. I’m setting up ‘annual traditions’ on the fly, as it suits me. It’ll be interesting to be forced to keep up those traditions going through 2014.
