February 1978 as requested. For the purposes of this exercise, these are counted as one entry, by the way! I have only included Keola's bio as Keona's is exactly the same bar the name change!

#2. Keola and Keona the Headshrinkers

Render by MJStark/Bios by jhd1

Keola the Headshrinker is a female professional wrestler whose gimmick is that of a Polynesian savage, a gimmick more typically used by menacing brutes and not small female wrestlers. Nevertheless, Keola and her twin sister Keona certainly stand out from the crowd thanks to their gimmicks and while they are currently more about character and look than in-ring ability, the two have begun to gain some momentum thanks to their work on the independent scene.

In reality, the sisters are not from Polynesia, although their father is Samoan. Rather, Sarah and Chloe Faalogo were born and bred in a small town outside of Chicago!

STRENGTHS: Reasonably entertaining, particularly for rookies. Unique characters.

WEAKNESSES: Pretty much everything else!

CURRENT POWER 500 POSITION: Unranked

CANON FUTURE: Had a brief run in the Ladies Athletic Wrestling Commission during the mid-1980s, but the lack of opportunities really held them back. Retired from the sport in 1989.

IN-GAME POTENTIAL: Given the lack of in-ring opportunities in 1980 for female competitors, Keola and Keona might struggle to find the experience they need. However, should a women's company open with a sports entertainment slant then they could be a handy, readymade, tag team. Could even find work as valets for the likes of Tiki Prince, Jungle Lord or Maka'alohi Sasilvia, a hardcore brawler from Hawaii.

I'm with MJ. Still, nothing wrong with that. January 1990 might not have any non-Platinum debutants though, so I'll have to look. Perhaps a few more pre-1980s as well though!? :D

July 1981 (actually June, but still)...

#3. Darren Dream

Renders by TheEnforcer/Bios by jhd1

The most striking thing about Darren Dream is, perhaps, his bright blonde mullet. Rather than sticking to the typical Southern gimmick of the cowboy, Darren "Dream" Delaney has instead opted for a more glamorous character that has more in common with those of AWC stalwarts Terry Thunder and Guy Lothario than it does with Cowboy Jeff Wilts or Blackjack Gill.

Reasonably charismatic, Dream's in-ring abilities leave a lot to be desired and while he will certainly get a decent run in the sport, he is more likely to burn brightly and quickly than to be a star for the long haul.

STRENGTHS: Good look and charisma. Reasonably consistent.

WEAKNESSES: Very weak ring psychology.

CURRENT POWER 500 POSITION: Yet To Debut

CANON FUTURE: Debuting in 1981, Dream went against the grain in CWT to become a "pretty boy" heel rather than a hard-hitting cowboy. Would win the CWT World title in 1988 in what was his biggest run. Did spend a short time in RAWA but never made it higher than the midcard.

IN-GAME POTENTIAL: Darren Dream isn't a worker that you would see debut and immediately think of as having the potential to change the industry, but he has enough about him as a rookie that with some experience and a little bit of management could well become a decent star.

Apologies for straying away from the Thunderverse Vice hype (loving the profiles so far), but does anyone know if there's a PNG version of the SUX logo without the background anywhere?

I'll have one somewhere. Will try and remember to post it tonight.

June 1975...

http://i754.photobucket.com/albums/xx181/jhdTEW/jhdVerse/Kurt%20Roberts.jpghttp://i754.photobucket.com/albums/xx181/jhdTEW/jhdVerse/Kurt%20Roberts_alt2.jpghttp://i754.photobucket.com/albums/xx181/jhdTEW/jhdVerse/Kurt%20Roberts_alt3.jpghttp://i754.photobucket.com/albums/xx181/jhdTEW/jhdVerse/Kurt%20Roberts_alt4.jpg

#4. Kurt Roberts

Renders and Bio by Eastwood

"The Boardwalk Bruiser" Kurt Roberts has developed a fiercely loyal cult following in the Tri-State region within the last few years. Deceptively strong and with an undeniable charisma, his ring persona as the 'everyman' with an anti-authoritarian edge is by all accounts an extension of himself. This authenticity has made Roberts connect with the area's blue collar fans in a profound way not seen since the heyday of Antonio Sabatino.

Roberts is currently the New York Heavyweight champion of Tri-State Wrestling Enterprises, slowly bringing a sense of legitimacy to an otherwise seedy promotion. If he can work on his overall in-ring skills and gain more experience, it seems only a matter of time until the Atlantic City native is noticed by a bigger promotion.

STRENGTHS: Excellent charisma, good star quality and very strong basics/psychology.

WEAKNESSES: Not much good at selling, and mic/acting not up to the level of his charisma.

CURRENT POWER 500 POSITION: #211

CANON FUTURE: Would never really get the break he deserved and ended up fading into obscurity to become a policeman. However, it was widely rumoured that Roberts was considered for the Terry Thunder push in World Wide Wrestling until Nick Valiant pushed for Thunder backstage.

IN-GAME POTENTIAL: If he can up his microphone and acting skills a little then his potential is huge. Perhaps not quite as big as Terry Thunder, but who knows!?

Next up, March 1971 (focusing on the current workers first)...

March 1971...

http://i754.photobucket.com/albums/xx181/jhdTEW/jhdVerse/Dolar.jpghttp://i754.photobucket.com/albums/xx181/jhdTEW/jhdVerse/Dolar_alt.jpg

#5. Dólar

Render by jhd1 and Bio by MJStark

Born in a small town in Northern Mexico, masked wrestler Dólar has certainly done well for himself in his first eight years in the business. Not only has the skilled luchador managed to find work in his homeland in ULL, but, since proving popular with fans in New Mexico on a talent trade two years ago, he has also been working north of the border for the AWC's WNM too.

For all his in-ring talent, by far the most memorable thing about Dólar is his gimmick - he's all about the money! Known to "take a fall" for the right price, Dólar's gimmick certainly gains him solid heel heat, whichever side of the border he works on. Teaming with Hispanic-American luchador El Caimán in WNM as Lucha's Finest, the pair recently picked up their first WNM Tag Team Titles win.

STRENGTHS: Extremely consistent, very charismatic and with excellent safety.

WEAKNESSES: Not much of a top row wrestler. Despite some good aerial ability has very little flashiness.

CURRENT POWER 500 POSITION: #251

CANON FUTURE: Was a stalwart in ULL for most of his career. Never really took off in the US despite his run in WNM (and for a short time in Texas with WCTW).

IN-GAME POTENTIAL: Decent, but Dólar's biggest problem is that he just isn't at the level of a White Panther or Green Doctor. Isn't a bad wrestler, but he's just not good enough to be the face of a lucha libre golden age.

Next up, November 1974 (focusing on the current workers first)...
