WCW Thursday Thunder Preview

  • Hogan and Benoit were suspended by Piper last Monday, but you can't stop those two just by words. Hulk is the boldest person of them all in WCW, and Chris is used to sail upstream. Would they interfere in "Hitman's" match, or prefer to lick their wounds home?
  • A new face from the rival organization is going to make his debut on Thunder. He's not so popular, but he has a potential of the break-out star. Mystery man has impressive performance skills for his young age, WCW booking committee already put him in the "hot prospects" section of the roster.
  • “Filthy Animals vs. Revolution” feud continues, with Kidman and Saturn scheduled to square off one on one. Rey got the first victory, beating Malenko. Can Billy make it 2-0?
  • Eddie Guerrero is back to the ring this week! His last match was against Konnan at SuperBrawl, who dropped some edgy words on Eddie's family. Guerrero will probably get the victory, but to do that, he has to concentrate on his opponent – the intelligent Steven Regal.
  • Dustin Rhodes promised to visit the TV-show, after being extremely ill. "The American Nightmare" is making a mistake, because his conditions are still not in the right form. No fights for Dustin yet, maybe an interview?
  • Terry Funk decided to remember the old days, and went after the gold, in particular the hardcore champion Sid Vicious. Funker wants his match for the strap, but how smart is it to step on the tale of the young, blood-thirsty giant like Sid? Terry is a masochist, no doubt about that.
  • Lex Luger wrestles Ric Flair on Thursday. “The Nature Boy” probably will be accompanied by "Big Poppa Pump". Luger hopes that somehow he will get Elizabeth back, after defeating the dirtiest player in the game clearly. Diamond Dallas Page lost his woman too, so some assist for "The Total Package" is possible.
  • And our cherry on the top of the cake is a champion vs. champion match. United States title holder Jeff Jarrett wants to prove he's indeed "The Chosen One", by beating all nWo members one by one. Double J already has Flair and Steiner in his victory shortlist, and that's quite impressive. Bret Hart is undefeated too, as he has 9 matches in a row without defeats. If "Hitman" takes the "w" here, there will be no doubt that he is the best there is, the best there was, and the best that there ever will be!

A video plays hyping the goings on in the Chris Benoit, Hulk Hogan, and Bret Hart storyline. Last Monday Piper let everybody know that he is the boss, and did the unthinkable - knocked both Hogan and Benoit out with a baton! Hulk won't tolerate those actions, so he will make a special appearance tonight. Chris Benoit is absent today, he's preparing for his match against Bret Hart... in a Dungeon! Video montage of "The Crippler" makes it clear - he won't give up that easy. Stu Hart hugs Chris, and wishes him luck in his world title match. 82/100

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but non-existent crowd heat, Crowbar defeated Essa Rios in 6:16 by pinfall with a Northern Lights Suplex. Ex-WWF superstar have made his debut on Thunder. Just like Jushin Liger did, but with the only exception of losing. 46/100

After the match Crowbar wants to inflict more damage on Essa with his signature weapon! A fiery red head girl hops the guard rail and begs the nutter for mercy. Who is she? Whoever she may be, Daffney smashes her in the back of the head, and heels start beating a poor girl together. Rios gets back on his feet and saves his secret admirer from a beating. Dude has a women fans after losing his debut match, what a lad. 38/100

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Perry Saturn defeated Billy Kidman in 8:57 by pinfall with a Death Valley Driver. Jimmy Hart informs us that the score of the series is 1-1. On Monday we'll see Mysterio vs. Saturn, and on the next edition of Thunder Kidman and Malenko will square off in a decisive match. Tag team titles match is confirmed for the pay-per-view too. Some say it could be a tornado match, some want to see a ladder match, the minority wants to see a 2/3 falls match. 62/100

After a long commercial break, Dustin Rhodes comes out and thanks Kanyon for saving his life. God knows what could happen, if "Champagne" wasn't around. Thanks to him, Rhodes got a vaccine that took away his illness, so now he feels better. Lights go out, and when they're back, Vampiro hits a Nail in The Coffin on Dustin! Vamp looks at the rafters, and the blood starts pouring from the top of the ceiling, right on the Rhodes. Some of it got into Dustin's mouth, as he spat the red liquid in disgust. Lights go out again - no Vampiro. 49/100

Eddie Guerrero cuts a pre-match promo, underlining his hatred of Konnan. Eddie praises Chavo for his efforts, and promises to clean up the noble surname of the most respected wrestling family in Mexico. 59/100

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Steven Regal defeated Eddie Guerrero in 8:24 by pinfall with a roll up. During the match we also had Konnan run in and attack Eddie. 69/100

Konnan assisted to Regal, no doubt about it. The match would surely end with a Frog Splash, but a bad landing gave Regal a chance to grab the "w". Eddie jumps on his feet and brawls with Konnan through the crowd! Regal poses on the turnbuckle, while Shane Douglas makes his way to the ring. "The Franchise" announces that from now on, Mr. Regal is the 4th member of "The Revolution"!

"Bloody hell, Mr. Douglas, it's my honour!"

Right after Regal joined the noble revolution, a cryptic message with a shamrock clover appeared on the TurnerTron. Shady figure tore away one leaf, thus leaving only two left...

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Sid Vicious defeated Terry Funk in 6:20 by pinfall with a Chokeslam. Sid Vicious makes defence number 2 of his WCW Hardcore title. Funk got smashed there, Sid dominated the whole match. Terry failed to win the title, so Mike Awesome should face Vicious at Uncensored. We must give credit to "The Funker", he's tough as nails! 62/100

Five shades of grey, lol.

Hall and Nash made another black and white video. In some dark room, not matching any place in the arena, Kimberly and Elizabeth sit on the couch, all tied up. Nash jokes around, Hall tries to turn on his machismo mode. Ric Flair and Scott Steiner enter the room, as "The Nature Boy" says to outsiders that they should live up to their names and get the hell out of there. Those women are with them, you know. Go get yourself that babe Stratus, she's OK. Outsiders agree, as they leave. Flair asks Steiner who he picks today. Steiner picks Kimberly - she's a fresh meat. Flair says that Scott is right, so he will listen up to Poppa's advise and choose Kim today. Steiner is slightly confused.

"ALL RIGHT, LET'S CELEBRATE THE WOMEN'S DAY!" 70/100

In a bout that featured great action and a good crowd, Ric Flair defeated Lex Luger in 7:44 when Lex was disqualified for DDP's run in and assault on Ric Flair. Another defeat for "The Total Package", but today he has an excuse. DDP is not the most patient guy, as he pounded Flair in the face a couple of times, before road agents put him away. Luger argued with "The People's Champion", buying Ric Flair some time to escape. Right after Flair ran away, Kimberly and Elizabeth appeared on the TurnerTron, crying out loud for help. DDP and Luger leave the ring, and run around the backstage area trying to find their beloved ones. It's March 8th, people, a women's day... 81/100

Jimmy Hart goes to Piper's office to pitch a new idea that will benefit in the long-term process. Jimmy runs right to business, as he talks about all those guys that wanted their big chance. Jimmy thinks it would be a great idea to have a TV title back! Rowdy is getting angrier, as he remembers what Scott Hall have done to it in the past. He takes his anger on Jimmy, yelling that he doesn't need a consultant, and he hates to serve guests. Hulk Hogan bursts into Roddy Piper's office and tells him exactly what he thinks of him, and that barbaric beating Piper gave him. Jimmy Hart feels like leaving, as Hogan and Piper yell at each other. 67/100

Main event is next, a collage of highlights warms up the crowd and TV viewers. Shiavonte, Heenan and Tenay talk about the guitar factor, then three start arguing. Tenay says he admires Jarrett's talent, and will support "The Double J" in this bout, but he can not see the US champion being stronger than the world heavyweight one. Tony is conident that the finish will be dirty, both "Revolution" and nWo could get involved here. "The Brain" states that this match is unpredictable, he believes that both men are on the top of their game today, and will do anything to secure a victory.

In a bout that featured great action and a good crowd, Bret Hart defeated Jeff Jarrett in 14:02 by submission with a Figure Four.

Jarrett fought well, nearly pinning "The Hitman" after The Stroke, which was reversed from a russian leg sweep. Guitar was involved too, but not towards Hart - Jeff missed. Instead of Bret, Charles Robinson got knocked out. Reverse atomic drop, backbreaker, belly to back suplex combo almost put Jarrett away, but the US champion somehow kicked out. Bret calls for The Sharpshooter, but Jarrett makes it a Figure 4 instead! You can't fight Bret on the mats, as he'll defeat you with your own move. That was the case, Hart turned on the belly and it was a matter of seconds for ref to end the bout. Having picked up the victory, Bret Hart celebrates in the ring. He is the best there is, the best there was, and the best that there ever will be. He made the US champion not only lose, but to tap out aswell. Can Benoit upset "The Hitman" on Uncensored? We'll know in a week! 82/100

Final Rating: 82/100 (2.83 on TBS)

WCW Monday Nitro Preview on TNN (Week 3, March 2000)

WCW Monday Nitro Preview

  • Chris Benoit and Bret Hart will have a contract signing on Monday. Roddy Piper will host the procedure, to prevent the brawl between those two. Hulk Hogan knows that it´s not wise to put a finger in "Rowdy" mouth, but he'll try to do that anyway at some point.
  • Jeff Jarrett suffered his first defeat last Thursday. Now WCW has only one man who is yet to lose in 2000 - the world heavyweight champion, Bret Hart. Double J now challenges Konnan to a match, because K-Dogg was the corner stone of Jarrett's departure from nWo. Title could be on the line too, otherwise Konnan can just ignore the ex-country singer.
  • Our mini series of singles matches between "Filthy Animals" and "The Revolution" advance with a Rey Mysterio taking on Perry Saturn in one of our Nitro matches. The score is 1-1 so far, both Saturn and Rey got victories for their sides.
  • Vampiro gave Dustin Rhodes a blood bath on Thunder, so by the rules "The American Nightmare" can transformate at any second. Tune in to witness the evolution!
  • Mike Awesome squares off against Terry Funk in a hardcore bout. Almost everyone is sure that "Funker" has no chance in hell to conquer the monster Mike Awesome has been for the past few weeks. But if you know something about Mr. Funk, it should be clear to you that "The Hardcore Icon" is the man who got up after a demolishment courtesy of Sid Vicious.
  • Evan Karagias, Juventud Guerrera and Berlyn stopped Jushin "Thunder" Liger's ascension to the top of the WCW cruiserweight division. Karagias who did nothing to win that match is put against Chavo Guerrero in a title match on Monday.
  • Mysterious vignette involving shamrock clover should arrive on Monday too. A pair of leaves gone - two left...
  • nWo harem may expand after our eight man tag team main event! Ric Flair, Scott Steiner, Kevin Nash and Scott Hall against Booker T, Buff Bagwell, Lex Luger and Diamond Dallas Page. The team of young brash superstars align with "The Total Package", who would of think about that a couple of months ago? Life is life, you never know what's waititng for you tommorow. Trish Stratus could be in danger if DDP's team fails to defeat an immortal faction once again!

nWo is in the house, baby. Scott Steiner and Ric Flair are heading to the ring with a big smiles on their faces. Flair picks up the microphone and tells it's good to be Ric Flair. DDP? Not so much... Scott Steiner states that after last night Kimberly Page knows why they call him a Big Bad Booty Daddy! Yeah, that's right. Both Flair and Steiner wait for Diamond Dallas Page to show up, so they play on his nerves for a little bit. Finally, DDP can hear nothing more, as he runs to the ring in anger! Page bumps into Kevin Nash and Scott Hall, who are beating on "The People's Champ" right now. How in the blue hell those giants could hide behind the guardrails? Lex Luger comes off to DDP's aid, but the numbers matter. Nash was ready to powerbomb Lex through the announce table, but some expected reinforcements came to place. Four on two changes into equals after Booker T and Buff Bagwell have joined the huge brawl between evil and good. Piper wants all of them to calm down, but nobody is following orders...

http://i68.fastpic.ru/big/2015/0303/fd/bf608db5f092479b07e717043f4e00fd.jpg

YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!! IT'S KEN SHAMROCK!!!

"The Most Dangerous Man in the World" enters the ring and gives everybody a belly to belly suplex! Bodies are flying all over the ring place! Piper enjoys the view from the TurnerTron. Ken Shamrock makes his WCW debut, and he makes it with an impact! Everybody is in pure shock, as nobody expected Shamrock to ever make an appearance for WCW! 73/100

http://i66.fastpic.ru/big/2015/0303/8a/859c5d69af86a61dcd4c8f7d42d6e08a.jpg

After a brief commercial a recap of the opening segment rolled in. Eight belly to belly suplexes, that's how many Ken needed to take away nWo and some other guys that happened in his way. "Mean Gene" meets Ken backstage, and asks him about the intentions of that beatdown he layed down on WCW guys. Shamrock says that Mr. Piper had a problem, and he's here to solve them for the commissioner! "Roddy Piper ordered those men to stop, but they misbehaved. That's what you get when you're not following the orders from the boss. I am a good worker, I respect the authority, and it's my best interest to keep the discipline up in here". After those words Piper appeared on the screen, shaked Ken's hand and invited him to his cabinet to discuss something... Okerlund has no choice but to give the word to our announce team, to hype the upcoming title match.

In an extremely short match, Chavo Guerrero Jr. defeated Evan Karagias in 5:22 by pinfall with a Frog Splash. Chavo Guerrero Jr. makes defence number 2 of his WCW Cruiserweight title. 48/100

An easy fixture for our cruiserweight champion. After a convincing victory Guerrero posed with the title, obviously showing that he fears nobody. Whoever the next title challenger will be, the outcome will be the same - Chavo Guerrero as a title holder. Juventud comes out, and challenges Chavo for a match at Uncensored for that belt. Guerrero says why wait so long, let's fight this Thursday! A very bold move from our fighting champion, let's hope the division takes that as a posititve. Guerrera nods in approval, we have a match!

http://i66.fastpic.ru/big/2015/0302/50/2bceb7ed29d756274df8a9c758a1e250.jpg

Rey Mysterio warms up for his match against Perry Saturn, while watching Chavo's match. Suddenly, Jimmy Hart gets in the luchadore's face. "The Mouth of The South" says that Rey is a legend in the making, hyping Rey's wrestling ability and general coolness. Rey has no idea on how to react on that kind of compliments, but responds with a confused "Thanks, man". Jimmy then looks at the cameraman, and orders him to go away. Hart brings Mysterio in the corner of the room, and starts telling him something bad about Billy Kidman. The infamous manager claims that he saw Billy doing "the old stuff" again... Rey doesn't get it, because he has no time left to think about it - his match is next! 50/100

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Rey Misterio Jr. defeated Perry Saturn in 7:49 by pinfall with a Droppin' Da Dime. 68/100

Rey picks up yet another victory for his side. If Billy wins on Thursday the score will be 3-1, but if Malenko emerges victorious, the teams are level. Mysterio is in form, no doubt about that. He has a very bright future in this company, hell, he has a pretty solid present too. One half of WCW tag team champions bumps fists with some fans and leaves.

After another advert, we get a video package of backstage reactions on Shamrock's debut. Scott Steiner is in rage, he tosses everything that he can lift, and believe us, he can lift almost everything. Big Poppa Pump almost finds himself in a hardcore match with Terry Funk and Sid Vicious, because they're swinging arms like hockey players already! 61/100

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Mike Awesome defeated Terry Funk in 6:25 by pinfall with an Awesome Bomb. 52/100

Mike came out as a well-oiled machine there. Not only he inflicted a lot of pain to Funk, but he could withstand the fury of the oldman too. Awesome smears Terry's blood over his own chest! Mike Awesome spits on the legend soon afterwards, but gets a championship belt right in his mouth from Sid Vicious! You wanted it? You got it. Surprisingly enough, Vicious helped Terry to get back on his feet. Since when Sid has a good relationship with wrestling icons? 55/100

A footage of Vampiro's blood bath comes next. Dustin Rhodes just wanted to thank Kanyon for first aid, but got the "Nail in the Coffin" from the vampire in the end of the night. Now Vampiro is on our screens again, in a strange dark vignette. He talks about blood, how pleasant it is and how much Vampiro sacrifices to get it. Sometimes he loses control and attacks innocent people like Rhodes... Vampiro says that he saved all that liquid for another man. And that man will pay for it! Jeff Jarrett, look out! 64/100

Waiting for us is a match for the United States title! Jeff Jarrett against Konnan, one on one. Before the match K-Dogg promised to the leaders of nWo to do his best, and teach "The Chosen One" a lesson. Of course Jarrett laughed his "threat" off, saying that slapnut Konnan has no chance in that fight.

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Jeff Jarrett defeated Konnan in 7:52 by pinfall with The Stroke after a distraction from Eddie Guerrero. Jeff Jarrett makes defence number 7 of his WCW United States title. 68/100

Jarrett kept his word and defeated Konnan, even in a situation like that. Jeff grabbed his title and walked away quickly with the assistance from Dean Malenko, Steven Regal and Shane Douglas. Konnan loses his temper, and gets in a really ugly scene with Eddie Guerrero! Those two are legitimately hate each other, you can't get more stiff than that! Both latinos end up busted open, with Filthy Animals breaking up the fight. Konnan finally gets some help from nWo, as they run down to the ring to help the fellow gangster. Everybody except Bret Hart is fighting for Konnan tonight, what a twist! Faces get some help yet again, from the same faces: Booker T, Buff Bagwel, Lex Luger and Diamond Dallas Page.

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Buff Bagwell, Booker T, Diamond Dallas Page and Lex Luger defeated nWo 2000 (Ric Flair, Scott Hall, Scott Steiner and Kevin Nash) in 13:33 when Diamond Dallas Page defeated Scott Hall by pinfall with a Military Press Diamond Cutter. 80/100

They finally did it! DDP and Lex Luger defeated nWo! Trish gets in the ring to kiss her winners in Buff and Booker, reminding the veterans about Kimberly and Elizabeth. Oddly enough they are running to the ring, absolutely free! DDP and Lex can not believe their eyes as they see their beloved ones in front of themselves. Couples hug and kiss, while the real hero is standing on the stage.

It's time for the contract signing, folks!

http://i68.fastpic.ru/big/2015/0302/62/d1d95798156d22aa2e0b450132268462.jpghttp://i58.fastpic.ru/big/2015/0221/68/e398fcb1df68357039a9e34263b03868.pnghttp://i64.fastpic.ru/big/2015/0302/e9/17ea6edcd4fe42a6c163e247fdc519e9.jpghttp://i60.fastpic.ru/big/2015/0302/53/ce24765c1b8c36fe6d6e9181a71dff53.jpg

Roddy Piper makes his way to the ring first, walking with authority and swagger. Benoit follows him, showing no emotions at all, just mechanically making step by step. The last one is the number one man in all of WCW - Bret Hart. He borrowed the grand prize with him, of course. Like a royalty, "Hitman" steps foot in the squared circle, not even looking on Benoit. Bret poses, but fans boo the world heavyweight champion out of this house. Piper asks gentlemen to calm down and let him speak. "Rowdy" reads the rules of a submission match to all those who have no idea what it is, mentions that this will be a title match, and he, as a commissioner, will make it official right now!

Benoit grabs the pen and fiercely scraps it across the board. Chris has no interest in talking, he can’t wait to actually wrestle in the main event of the Uncensored pay-per-view. Chris points at the big gold belt and stares "The Hitman" down. Bret Hart takes his sunglasses off and looks in the face of "The Crippler" with a boredom. His eyes fall on the piece of paper, Hart starts reading the entire thing once again and just then gently puts his signature on the contract. Piper is happy, it went faster than he expected it to be. Roddy enthusiastically looks on the document, prepares to finish the procedure, but gets cut off by non-other than Hulk Hogan!

Mr. Hogan is red as a hot tomato, he can't deal with it. Hogan gets the mic and starts complaining about the assault that Piper inflicted on him last Monday. Hulkster won’t leave that as it is, brother! He wants a moral compensation! A world title match with Bret Hart, brother. He also Benoit out of HIS ring right now! Chris had enough, as he just jumps off the apron. Hogan liked that, and decided to put his rear end on Benoit’s place too. Hulkster starts a tirade about a dream match, the "Hulkamaniacs" and what’s best for business. Piper can’t do nothing, because otherwise he will have major problems with Ted Turner.

Roddy scratches his head, and whispers in agony: "Fine, you son of a bitch, put your hand on this paper, and you’ll get it…"

Hogan was surprised not because he was called an SOB, but because Piper let him insert himself in a match like that! Hulkster quickly writes down his name in the right place, and smiles in joy. Hulk wants to shake Hart’s hand, but Bret walks off just like Benoit did, only with a cocky smirk. Piper starts laughing… Hogan's facial expression turns into a concerned one. He finally scans the document's lay out, realizing he made a huge mistake. The contract signing was a set up. He signed the contract for a match with Roddy Piper at Uncensored, instead of his own dream match with bret for the title. Bret and Chris got rid off the man called Hulk Hogan in a matter of seconds. We go home with Piper's 32 teeth shown to the broadcasters, he made a fool out of Hulkster! Once again. 86/100

Final Rating: 80/100 (4.00 on TNN)

This show increased our popularity in 28 regions.

Feels good to finally write something in here. I hope you liked this show, even with all those delays that happened over the past few days. Busy days for me, I know you'll understand. Thanks for the predictions too, nic to see people interested in this dynasty. Uncensored is a couple of days away in the save, and we have some big matches to blow the roof with. Sid vs. Mike Awesome for the hardcore belt, Hulk Hogan vs. Roddy Piper, Chris Benoit vs. Bret Hart in a submissions match for the WCW World Heavyweight Championship, some kind of a bout between "Filthy Animals" and "The Revolution", a cruiserweight showdown involving Berlyn/Juvi/Chavo/Liger, Eddie vs. Konnan and many more.

WCW Thursday Thunder Preview

WCW Thursday Thunder Preview

  • Scott Steiner was furious after Randy Savage put his hand to help Elizabeth and Kimberly escape the black and white harem. Right after the contract signing we witnessed Scott Steiner throwing temper tantrums backstage. Regular thing, but "Big Poppa Pump" now wants "The Macho Man" dead!

  • Booker T and Buff Bagwell did the unthinkable and shared one corner with Lex Luger last Monday. More than that, those two young fellas defeated nWo in a huge four on four match! Lads were pretty cocky before the match, so now they are on the higher level of overconfidence. Level up!

  • Vampiro's oddball actions continue. After biting Dustin Rhodes and giving him a blood bath the mysterious man felt sorry for his victim. Vamp tried to find an excuse for his anger bursts by stating that Dustin should turn into a vampire soon, and that's a good thing for the son of Dusty Rhodes. Vampires are immortal, so Vamp just gave Dustin an life-long advantage. Controversial, isn't it?

  • Guerrero means "Warrior", and that's who Chavo wants to be portrayed as. Chavito is indeed a fighting champion - after retaining his title against Evan Karagias on Monday he accepted Juvi's challenge for Thursday. Also the match between Berlyn and Jushin Liger will give us a new contender for Sunday! 3 title matches in a row, can Guerrero keep the championship belt on his shoulder for another week?

  • Ken Shamrock is a "Problem Solver" for Roddy Piper now. "The Most Dangerous Man on The Planet" went ballistic on eight men last Nitro, and gave the commissioner what he wanted - obedience! Find TBS on your TV to find out what's going to happen to ex-WWF superstar in WCW.

  • Jimmy Hart's idea of having four singles matches between "Revolution" and "Filthy Animals" turns out to be a very good one. The score is 2-1, Rey Mysterio defeated both Perry Saturn and Dean Malenko to give his unit an advantage. This time Billy Kidman should put all his problems aside and deliver a victory to prove he's the indeed a champion, one part of the WCW tag team title holders.

  • Mike Awesome demolished Terry Funk once again, but you know it's a usual thing for "The Hardcore Icon". Eat-sleep-get **cked up-repeat. Funker doesn't give a damn about his well-being, and that's nothing else than hardcore. Now the path to glory is open for Mike, ex-ECW champion. He just needs to beat Sid Vicious for the title at Uncensored! "The Psycho" is defending his strap this Thursday against Norman Smiley, by the way.

  • For our main event we have a very interesting clash of personalities. "The Nature Boy" Ric Flair squares off against "The Latino Heat" Eddie Guerrero. Both men are used to throw dirty tricks all over the place in their matches, so the winner of that bout should be indeed "The Dirties Player In The Game"! Figure 4 vs. Laso From El Paso, nWo vs. Filthy Animals, USA vs. Mexico, Old vs. Young. Once again, people, Flair vs. Guerrero! You don't want to miss that!

Great Nitro,i liked Piper-Hogan segment and Shamrock as a personal security.

Jushin Liger vs. Berlyn

Liger is far better wrestler/more over too.

Billy Kidman vs. Dean Malenko

Would be a good match, also i think Hart will have some effects too.

Kanyon vs. Vampiro

He has a storyline/Auto win?

Juventud Guerrera vs. Chavo Guerrero Jr. (WCW Cruiserweight Championship Match)

I like Juvi more but having title change just before PPV is never a good thing.

Sid Vicious vs. Norman Smiley (WCW Hardcore Championship match)

I've fallen this one before,volume 2.

Eddie Guerrero vs. Ric Flair

Hard one,but i think Flair needs more momentum for Uncensored.

You only hired Shamrock for his belly-to-belly suplexes. :)

Jushin Liger vs. Berlyn

I'm a total mark for Liger.

Billy Kidman vs. Dean Malenko

Let's level the series up.

Kanyon vs. Vampiro

I'll lean Vamp's way since, as the gentleman below me said, creative has something for him.

Juventud Guerrera vs. Chavo Guerrero Jr. (WCW Cruiserweight Championship Match)

I've never liked Juvi. Chavito on the other hand is a very solid worker who can carry this division with more dignity.

Sid Vicious vs. Norman Smiley (WCW Hardcore Championship match)

Sid can keep the belt warm for Mike Awesome.

Eddie Guerrero vs. Ric Flair

Damn, what a match this will be. I'm surprised you're doing it on Thunder and not Nitro but Eddie's big win can come at a later date I think. Flair needs to regain some momentum from that 8-man tag defeat on Nitro.

Can't go wrong with Terminator Shamrock as your enforcer.

Jushin Liger vs. Berlyn

Japan vs Germany? Call up Scott Steiner, CAUSE IT'S D-DAY ALL OVER AGAIN

Billy Kidman vs. Dean Malenko

Dean outwrestles Billy here.

Kanyon vs. Vampiro

VAMPIRO HAS THE POWERRRRRRRRR

Juventud Guerrera vs. Chavo Guerrero Jr. (WCW Cruiserweight Championship Match)

Call me crazy, but I just like Chavo holding the title.

Sid Vicious vs. Norman Smiley (WCW Hardcore Championship match)

Screamin' Norman doesn't regain it against Sid. In fact, Sid will probably murdalize him.

Eddie Guerrero vs. Ric Flair

This should be the most cheat-filled matchup ever.

WCW Thursday Thunder on TBS

March 2000, Week 3

Mid Atlantic, Moretz Stadium (6,863)

A recap of the last Nitro kicks off the TV-show. Highlights of the four on four match, the debut of Ken Shamrock, couples together and a contract signing did warm up the crowd well. 77/100

The first man to step in the ring tonight is Scott Steiner, with Ric Flair of course. "Big Poppa Pump" argues with some fans on his way to the ring, almost knocking some teenagers out cold! He finally grabs the microphone, and starts a rant about Randy Savage.

http://i59.fastpic.ru/big/2015/0307/61/8b6b97f5e80eead7caab14078b3b9861.jpghttp://i66.fastpic.ru/big/2015/0307/14/7371d63fd9ee3952ff204864e8c58514.jpg

"SAVAGE, GET YOUR ASS IN THE RING RIGHT NOW! I DON'T CARE IF YOUR CAREER IS OVER, I WANT TO THRASH YOU! HOW DARE YOU PUTTING YOUR NOSE IN BUSINESS? YOU´RE NOT THE MACHO MAN, I´M THE MACHO MAN! I'M THE GENETIC FREAK, I'M THE MAN WITH THE LARGEST ARMS IN THE WORLD...I'M HUNGRY!!"

Ric Flair stops Scotty right there, so they won't have more problems THAN they have already. "The Nature Boy" finally calms the big guy down, and takes a microphone from him. "Naitch" talks about nWo's loss for a while, highlighting that Savage broke the word of a man coming back to WCW. He lied to the fans, to the boys at the back, to the legends of this business like "The Nature Boy" himself! Roddy Piper interrupts Ric Flair to acknowledge him that he should be thinking about a match with Eddie Guerrero tonight, not Randy Savage. Steiner orders the commissioner to "SHUT UP", but Roddy just laughs. "Rowdy" says that there's no need to be rude, as he's willing to give Steiner what he wants - Randy Savage. In a Last Man Standing match! On one term, of course. If Steiner wants to fight Savage so bad, Ric Flair is going to face DDP in a falls count anywhere match at Uncensored! "The Dirtiest Player In The Game" looks really concerned, pleads Steiner to make the right choice! "The Genetic Freak" scratches his beard, looks at Ric Flair, who is asking Scotty to swallow his pride and finally says...

"YOU'RE ON, JACKASS!"

http://i58.fastpic.ru/big/2015/0307/e4/eb454dc1d12672b7f6b894ee903536e4.pnghttp://i66.fastpic.ru/big/2015/0307/22/eb4f6be915afdf87308766186bb78f22.jpghttp://i59.fastpic.ru/big/2015/0307/b8/544171ab0a652faefa3da4c1cdf1a7b8.jpg

Piper smiles, as Flair gets mad big time! Wait, it's not over! Diamond Dallas Page and "The Macho Man" himself run down the aisle, and start a fist fight with Steiner and Flair! After avoiding "The Diamond Cutter", Flair hops the guardrail and leaves the ringside through the crowd. DDP's finisher gets Steiner very soon, and Randy goes on the turnbuckle, popping up the crowd!! Elbow Drop connects, and the house is rocking! DDP and Savage celebrate together for the fans, Piper just leaves satisfied. Savage is out of his retirement for one more match? 85/100

Two matches added after one 10-minute segment. Savage has lost his active career, so don't be confused with that match booked. DDP gets his rematch with Flair, and that's going to be a gimmicky bout once again.

After a commercial break, we can see Jushin Liger approaching Chavo Guerrero Jr. backstage. After a few seconds "Thunder" points at the title, and makes a gesture, showing that this championship will be on his waist very soon. Chavo stands up for himself, and throws the belt on his shoulder, not looking scared. Two men go different ways, as Liger makes his entrance...

http://i57.fastpic.ru/big/2015/0307/b4/2e5f2b13dbd1cd15a60380791f06adb4.jpghttp://i67.fastpic.ru/big/2015/0307/2f/e067e7525570137ee2a9946691d8af2f.jpg

Savage is leaving the stadium with Diamond Dallas Page. Randy rolls his bags on the street, where Lex Luger awaits for "The Macho Man". After a good 10 seconds of silence "The Total Package" offers a handshake to the man who helped Elizabeth to escape from the captivity. Elizabeth hides behind Luger's back once again, but quickly jumps on Savage and hugs him like it's last time she sees him. Always chatty DDP has no words, Savage shows Luger a middle finger and rides away alone. Elizabeth starts to cry, she doesn't believe that Randy will survive the Last Man Standing match... 73/100

http://i58.fastpic.ru/big/2015/0307/58/304016dfa62aac0d1646c4671b371058.png

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Jushin Liger defeated Berlyn in 8:09 by pinfall. Wilhelm and Jacob on Berlyn's side were neutralized by the team of Kaz Hayashi and La Parka. Hertha couldn't help her herr, and witnessed yet another defeat of the German Brute. 55/100

Jushin "Thunder" Liger becomes the number one contender after one month of his presence in WCW. The meteoric rise of the legend continues, as his championship match opponent would be decided later, tonight.

http://i57.fastpic.ru/big/2015/0307/79/c04f11b69bfb4037c406608518fe9979.jpeghttp://i68.fastpic.ru/big/2015/0307/9d/254289aa124a9fac77aad5aec1eed09d.jpg

Backstage Eddie Guerrero discusses something with Chavito, when "Mean Gene" shoves a mic in the face of Eddie. Okerlund wants to know how Eddie feels about the main event match against Ric Flair tonight. Eddie smugs, saying that Ric Flair showed his true colors today, running away from the battle like a coward. Indeed they have something in common, but you won't see Eddie with his tail between the legs.

"Tonight Chavito retains his title, Billy wins the tag team series for us, and I'm busting Ric Flair open, holmes! Can you feel the heat?". Eddie hugs his nephew and gives him a last second advice. The title match is next! 56/100

http://i68.fastpic.ru/big/2015/0307/35/804ee764059544dfaa943a1c6f084235.png

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Chavo Guerrero Jr. defeated Juventud Guerrera in 9:56 by pinfall with a Frog Splash. Chavo Guerrero Jr. makes defence number 3 of his WCW Cruiserweight title. 55/100

The title match for the pay-per-view is sorted out. Chavo Guerrero will defend his title for the third time in a week against Jushin Liger at Uncensored!

http://i68.fastpic.ru/big/2015/0307/0b/4c7db6d4f6fd29a51919f4ba05f7950b.jpghttp://i58.fastpic.ru/big/2015/0307/65/3abb62e5986a46bafe77d6c05a147f65.jpghttp://i59.fastpic.ru/big/2015/0307/6f/c0cf860362559ffafdb0cff260babe6f.jpg

Bret Hart lectures Scott Steiner backstage, after he put Ric in danger, accepting a fight that means nothing. Savage is gone, his career is over. The only way that match could do some good for nWo, is if Steiner actually breaks the man in half. "The Genetic Freak" says that he'll break Savage's back like nothing, and then he'll put him in the Steiner Recliner to make him humble! "The Hitman" likes it, and he wants some demonstration from Scotty, after tonight's main event. The world heavyweight champion is done with Steiner, he switches his attention to "The Outsiders", who are not interested in anything. A complete opposition of Steiner's competitive streak forces Bret to ask two big men a simple question. "Are you good enough for the nWo 2000?". That grinds some gears, as Hall and Nash jump to their feet ready to knock Bret on the floor. "Buff Bagwell and Booker T embarrassed you, and they're not going to answer for that? Beat some respect in that shmucks, or else there's no reason for you to stay in this room for any longer." Kev and Scott breathe heavily, and go away together. Right when the door opens, we can see Sid Vicious throwing Norman Smiley around the corridor. 77/100

http://i67.fastpic.ru/big/2015/0307/a4/e10fa1e0b205353fa1a3bfe022905aa4.png

In an extremely short match, Sid Vicious defeated Norman Smiley in 5:30 by pinfall with a Chokeslam. Sid Vicious makes defence number 3 of his WCW Hardcore title. 55/100

No difficulties for "The Psycho" tonight, he squashed Norman Smiley with a confusing ease. The match could end much faster, but somebody wanted to send a message. Norman Smiley impressed the board once again, showing that he growed some cojones while he was absent. Sid poses with the title, and yells that Awesome has no chances to win that thing while it's on Sid.

http://i60.fastpic.ru/big/2015/0307/c8/e107ff64dd8ec23e54140e4526f234c8.jpghttp://i66.fastpic.ru/big/2015/0307/03/85d593761b28df1159e4e58d4c386d03.jpghttp://i63.fastpic.ru/big/2015/0307/fc/b4539b4a8608f76ee6b3cc95bbf283fc.jpg

Trish Stratus praises Buff and Booker for their victory last Monday. Her big boys are for real, and she truely believes it. Gene Okerlund who walked by, complimented the looks of a canadian beauty, but Trish says she invited him not for that. Trish wants to talk about "The Outsiders", those pseudo alpha-males that wanted to molest her. Stratus claims that they're not as big and bad as they claim to be, and that her guys could whip their asses once again! Buff and Booker share the same scared look.

"Tell me you didn't just say that!" 62/100

Up next is Kanyon vs. Vampiro. In a short and dark vignette Vamp accused Kanyon of being a delusional human being that wants massive acceptance. Attention will kill you one day, Kanyon. And maybe that day is today!

http://i57.fastpic.ru/big/2015/0307/27/ece128c0ac5f22c2d1b6aa8379deeb27.png

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Vampiro defeated Kanyon in 6:05 by DQ after Douglas hit Vampiro with a steel chair. 54/100

http://i65.fastpic.ru/big/2015/0307/f3/3d06fecfc4ab1a6756a43e4e6c583ef3.jpghttp://i67.fastpic.ru/big/2015/0307/09/91503b607cf3dabbbe24970e83593909.jpghttp://i59.fastpic.ru/big/2015/0307/08/1b8273a0e9662a1c00bd474da33bc008.jpghttp://i64.fastpic.ru/big/2015/0307/f4/1ea88c6a2a4c9f41679957a9472309f4.jpg

Kanyon did all right there, so his loss was undeserved. It almost looked like he was glad to see "The Revolution" coming. After the match Steven Regal, Perry Saturn and Shane Douglas started beating the vampire all together. Fisherman Suplex, DVD and an STO on the chair put Vampiro out of his misery. When it was safe to come out, our United States champion walked down, with a black and red guitar handing around his shoulder. Regal put Vampiro into a Crossface Chickenwing, while Jarrett sat in front of the victim, playing some kind of a tune. After the song was finished, JJ smashed Vampiro in the head with a title, not guitar. This looks like a set up for the pay-per-view title match... 63/100

Billy looks sick, he's green as grass and we're talking not about his age or in-ring behaviour. Torrie Wilson looks worried, she asks Jimmy Hart to cancel the decisive match. "Mouth of the South" starts laughing, he says that they put themselves in that kind of position. He knows everything about them, everything. What happened at Kanyon's place, why Billy lost his match to Saturn, why he looks so bad... Torrie begs Hart to not tell Rey anything. Jimmy is two hands up for that, but only if Kidman gets in the ring right now. 57/100

http://i59.fastpic.ru/big/2015/0307/79/3031857345466ccf92389f0dcef52279.png

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Dean Malenko defeated Billy Kidman in 8:18 by pinfall with a Top Rope Gutbuster. 61/100

So, it's a draw. Jimmy yells in his megaphone that the score is 2-2, and there's only one fair way to end this. All four of them deserve to move up the career totem pole, but someone has to go down. So, the match at the pay-per-view will involve ladders. Winners get the titles, fame and glory. Losers end up broken in half, with no excuses for being defeated.

"I sent Ted Turner a letter, and he thinks it's a great idea. I hope you guys are not afraid of heights! See you at the pay-per-view." 61/100

http://i58.fastpic.ru/big/2015/0307/34/8eb457de91767e9917bbd3baa09b7034.jpghttp://i59.fastpic.ru/big/2015/0307/10/81f1462ebb38ac3425deafdb8cb89c10.jpg

Hulk Hogan cuts Jimmy Hart off, fuming about the outcome of the contract signing last Monday. How is it possible that a weasel like Jimmy Hart gets what he wants from Ted Turner, and the biggest icon in all of sports entertainment gets a rejection? Hogan thinks it's a conspiracy, brother. Anti-Hulkamania conspiracy! And you know what, jack? Hogan will embarrass Piper once again, just like he did at the first Wrestlemania. And whatcha gonna do, when Hulk Hogan is going after you!? 86/100

Eddie Guerrero vs. Ric Flair is going to happen after a brief advertisement block, don't change the channel!

http://i64.fastpic.ru/big/2015/0307/91/a4a44881a5a097c2e7637d419cde7991.png

In a bout that featured great action and average heat, Ric Flair defeated Eddie Guerrero in 11:55 by pinfall with a surprise cradle, after Konnan attacked Eddie. Both competitors used cheap tactics shamelessly, but Ric got the victory because of experience. 83/100

Ric Flair is busted wide open, Eddie kept his word and poured some juice from Flair's forehead. Anyway, Konnan made a run in, and secured "The Nature Boy" three seconds to pin the "Latino Warrior". After the match Hall, Nash and Steiner join the beat down. Eddie gets a powerbomb from Nash, Razor's Edge from Hall, until Chris Benoit runs out to help his best friend out. "The Rabid Wolverine" stands tall, but not for long. Eventually DDP and Lex Luger join the rescuing operation, but fail miserably. No heroes left to save Eddie, but he's not in danger now. Steiner puts Chris in a Steiner Recliner, bending his victim like a rag doll! Benoit bites Scotty in the hand, and receives a ton of boots to his back, arms and legs. Konnan locks the Tequila Sunrise on a canadian, but once again Benoit tolerates the pain!! Finally, Ric Flair locks a Figure 4 on Benoit, making him scream in agony. Chris clinches his fists, and bites his own arm just not to tap out!!! This man is unbreakable!! He endured three painful submission holds in a row, but still managed to keep his palm away from the mats! Bret Hart can not believe that Benoit sticked out his chest for so long... Sharpshooter coming!

It's Shamrock! Ken sprints to the ring, slides in and tackles Konnan down! Hall and Nash try to get Ken out of K-Doggs face, but get some blinding shots to the jaws from the ex-UFC fighter! Scott Steiner somehow sends Ken on the canvas with a thunderous Belly-To-Belly Suplex! Not so fast, Ken gets up as quick as possible and gives "Big Poppa Pump" his own medicine! Flair tried to avoid the punishment, but got an Ankle Lock instead!! Shamrock owned the whole nWo squad single-handedly! One more suplex to Bret Hart, and there's no more men standing left. Shamrock hits his pose, rips a t-shirt like Hogan used to do in the past and reveals a referee shirt!! What's that all about? 80/100

Feedback is highly appreciated, guys! Sorry for this kind of booking, I should plan my storylines more carefully. Uncensored now has 10 confirmed matches, preview is left for tommorow. Thanks for your predictions, gotta count all those votes in the next post too.
