<p>1987 mod. </p><p> </p><p>

WWF Nov 1990.</p><p> </p><p>

Decided to get through survivor series. </p><p> </p><p>

Im building Rick Flair up for his Rumble Title win with a couple wins on TV. He got a 99 with Bulldog.. and a 93 the next week with Sting. Flair = ratings I guess.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

In other news I added another player to be WCW to fix thete roster. Full of oldies like Tito Santana . Don Muraco . Bob Backlund. </p><p> </p><p>

Got rid of their old and talentless lower card guys and brought in anyone I could to inject some youth. Luger was free and 80 pop world wide so he's now their top face. Guys like Terry Gordy, Booker T, Shane Douglas, Rock n Roll Express, Midnight Express, Dr Wagnor Jr, One Man Gang, Jerry Lawler, Kerry Von Eric and several others. </p><p> </p><p>

Hopefully they bring up some younger talent and short term base the company around Lex. His trip to Japan really improved his stats.</p><p> </p><p>

Now I've hired a load of guys I can remove the player and see what they do with the guys.</p>

WWF 1987- Jan 1991

Just had end of year awards.

All I got was the Show of the year.... that's it..

Most of the top 20 wrestlers of the year were from Japanese companies..

My guys had most of the 24-60 spots. but damn was I disspointed to not have someone in the top 10. I mean the japanese guys work tours and I dpon't have my top guys all compete on weekly TV so the Japanese companies guys all work at least double of my guys. They all seem to spam Main eventer v Main eventer on tour shows. I mean kinda unrealistic. You'd save those top matches for your big shows.. like I do but meh, it was going to be impossible to break into the top 10 when the top 5 NJPW guys are having mostly 90 rated matches every match.

I thought Ric Flair was on fire when I had him booked on 3 TV shows in a month and got 90+ ratings from Upper Midcarders.

90's should be pretty rare. 98+ should be like a couple times a year max on your big shows. 85 should be the average for top guys over the year I feel.

The Undertaker was my highest placed guy. But he has been booked very well. only lost 3 matches all year at most.

Still I'll take positives from the show of the year.

This marks the final year of Hulk and co being on top. Flair and Hogan to hold the title this year before Bret makes a claim for the belt towards the end of the year.

Bret is set to lose the IC title to Savage at this coming Mania. Bulldog will take the title from Savage in 1992 as a passing of the torch.

Bret will win the 1992 rumble and take the title off Hogan, passing of the torch.

So looking forward to really having guys like Bret, Bulldog, Taker, Sid come into their own and be victorious more often over the top guys this year.

............

I have Jericho and Storm in developmental as a tag team, as they wern't picked up by anyone.. considering raising their tag experience and their pop in developmental before cutting them loose and working in other companies untill 1994/95

I feel it's far too early in my head cannon to have Jerichio on the main roster. HBK and Owen Hart aren't even in the IC title scene yet. Owen is having a feud in the Juniors Division before tagging with Jim in the tag division.. HBK is aso going to have a run as Junior guy before his tag team with Marty starts to hold tag titles.

I was tempted to have owen and Jericho be a cocoky heel tag team.. but I feel I need to have different generations coming through at different times. to change the roster up every now and again. HBK and owen belong in New Gen , Jericho belongs mid 90's

Rick Rude, who won the BattleBowl match at Starrcade, is set to challenge Nikita Koloff for the WCW World title. Rude, backed by the Dangerous Alliance, is undefeated since arriving in WCW in October last year. The Alliance are riding high, with both Arn Anderson (US title) and the Calgary Connection (US tag titles) holding gold, can Rude take the final step and become World champion, or will the Post-Soviet Superstar hold off yet another challenge to his gold, having seen off Flair, Muta and Anderson in recent defences?</div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;">

Speaking of Anderson, he and Barry Windham have been fighting tooth and nail over the US title for months now. This Friday night will be the last time the two face off; Can Windham regain the gold, or will the weight of the Alliance's numbers continue to keep Anderson ahead?</div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;">

Sting. Flair. Do we need to say anything else? If there's any doubt left in your mind, Flair is out to prove he's still The Man. Having lost his title to Koloff, Flair seems lost, but if he can overcome one of his most bitter rivals, Flair could catapult himself back into the limelight. Has Flair still got what it takes, or will it be the Stinger moving to centre stage?</div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;">

The Calgary Connection, Owen Hart and Brian Pillman, may seem like unusual fits in the Dangerous Alliance, but the pair have taken to Paul E. Dangerously's tutelage like ducks to water - and Madusa's interference even more readily. Dustin Rhodes and Ricky Steamboat have taken exception to their former friends' change in attitude and want to take the gold from them to teach them a lesson. Which team will emerge triumphant?</div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;">

Randy Savage made a splash with his debut at Starrcade two months ago, but seemed to lose a little traction when he was faced down by the Dangerous Alliance. Paul E. Dangerously warned off Savage from trying to climb the ladder in WCW, and with Miss Elizabeth surrounded, Savage actually agreed to steer clear of the Alliance. He made no such promise to the York Foundation, however, and Thomas Rich, Richard Morton and Robert Gibson have all felt the Macho Man's wrath. Can Terence Taylor stand against Savage?</div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;">

Diamond Dallas Page's clients the Diamond Studd and Vinnie Vegas briefly held the World tag titles last year, in what many deemed an upset. After seeing off the Groundshakers and the Stocks and Shares Express to become #1 contenders again, the Diamond Mine would be much less surprising if they managed to topple the Steiners for a second time. The Steiners, though, are in a bullish mood and have no interest in making it easy for Page's boys. Which of these pairs of bruisers will be the ones to leave with the gold?</div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;">

The final member of the Dangerous Alliance, Steve Austin, has been getting up people's noses for some time now. Talking bigger than he's delivered in the ring, 'Stunning' Steve has particularly angered Lex Luger. Can the Total Package teach the rookie a lesson in humility?</div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;">

Marcus Bagwell is a supremely promising youngster, already a former TV champion. Teaming with the Young Pistols this Friday, can he take home more gold as they challenge the York Foundation for the Six Man titles?</div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;">

It was the Freebird himself, Michael Hayes, who defeated Marcus Bagwell for the TV title, and he's now the one challengers must face as they try and Beat The Champ. For each successful defence, Hayes banks a $1,000 bonus - and the Freebird lifestyle is not a cheap one! Can Hayes bank another defence, this time against the masked luchador, El Tigre Blanco?</div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;">

Would you antagonise Cactus Jack? Would you face down the wildman from Truth or Consequences? Would you accept his challenge to a Falls Count Anywhere match? No-one we've spoken to would, either, so we can only imagine just how angry Simmons is to let himself end up in this position! Can the All-American beat Cactus at his own game?</div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;">

The answers to all these questions can only be found by calling your cable operator and ordering WCW SuperBrawl II!</div></div></div><p></p><p></p><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;">

<p>I am playing a TCW Save, Currently I have Rocky Golden who finally recaptured the belt from Aaron Andrews after a six month long feud. </p><p> </p><p>

Rocky's new challenger is Wolf Hawkins who has made a stable with Greg Gauge, Scout, Guide, and Jay Chord. </p><p> </p><p>

Jay Chord is the International champion with 18 title defenses <img alt=":D" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/biggrin.png.929299b4c121f473b0026f3d6e74d189.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /> he is super over</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

But I might be in trouble. Remo just signed with SOTBW... <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/mad.png.69834f23b9a8bf290d98375f56f1c794.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /> SOTBW have been signing all the big names including RDJ, Eddie Peak, and Sammy Bach from me. I can't sign anyone because Kyle Rhodes keeps putting the kibosh on any real contract bid. So I just keep bringing in guys from the indies and building to the future.</p>

Ahmed flexes The King out of the ring. Jerry's still hurt, and this was supposed to be their blow off match, but that will occur when Jerry is healthy once again.</p><p> </p><p> Yoko beat Terry Funk. With Jeff Jarrett signed to WCW, I figured I need to make Yoko into a respectable heel once again. I love Terry, but at 52, he can't get any better. He'll start to fade out.</p><p> </p><p> HHH beat Tatanka to retain the Million Dollar Belt in a match up with limited build up. Thought that our card was lacking, and they didn't exactly disappoint. HHH's got Pillman for Summerslam.</p><p> </p><p> Pacific Shade is the team of Haku (newly signed from WCW) and Dwayne Johnson. They've got a strong friendship in the game, and are both wearing sunglasses in their picture, so yeah. The creative juices weren't really flowing for this matchup. Dwayne is still really green, but the Steiners, both putting up high 90s, drag him to a passable match. In ring, the steiners are great performers when in a tag team. I've got one more tag team lined up for them, then maybe it's time to test the water with singles pushes.</p><p> </p><p> Taker takes out Edge and Christian to get rid of Goldust's goons. Goldust/Taker is set for Summerslam, where we'll see an end to this tale.</p><p> </p><p> To hold off from having the Sid/Big Show match, I had them have an arm wrestling contest to hype their summerslam contest. Of course the two giants go crazy and start throwing blows before all of the security run in to break up the brawl. Have decent expectations for this contest.</p><p> </p><p> Amongst the chaos, Bret and Bulldog find Owen laid out before their 6 man main event. Who did it? Kliq? Somebody else? </p><p> </p><p> Brian Pillman beats Steve Austin after some botched interference from HHH. Pillman has behaved so far, and will get his shot at Hunter's gold at Summerslam. Austin is sitting around right now, teasing a split from the Corporation.</p><p> </p><p> Corny doesn't know what happened to his client Owen Hart, but does know that 123 will get crushed tonight by Vader. Again, 123 can't get over the hump, and it's starting to get him and his tag team partner D-lo Brown. Vader is still on a hot streak, and will have a tough challenge at Summerslam.</p><p> </p><p> Who is this mysterious Raven? When will he arrive?</p><p> </p><p> Bret and Bulldog get a new partner in Roddy Piper, to the surprise of the Kliq. The build of this match was that if the Kliq win, Bret won't get another shot at the gold, but if the Harts win, then Bret can pick the stip at Summerslam. Bret gets help from Roddy, and makes HBK tap to win the match! Hart/HBK is set, for the last time in a long time, at Summerslam 1996.</p><p> </p><p> Outside of our company, ECW is close to rising to Cult, and WCW's at international. WCW is bonkers by the way. They just signed about 20 new talents (any one recognizable in the US - that were at least 35 years of age). Their US champ is Warrior, their Heavyweight champ is Road Warrior Animal. I feel like hoping in to help, but I don't know if I can do much good myself. I'm wondering if Hogan, Savage, Flair, Sting now have Event only contracts. It's a mess.</p><p> </p><p> To summerslam!</p>

<p>Merry Christmas everybody. </p><p> </p><p>

Writers bloke right now. I have a show booked, finally at the Superman vs Bret Hart point. No idea where to go next. How could Bret ever win? That is the sort of problem I have now, even with my wild imagination. I also added a 100-year prison sentence to anybody that uses Kryptonite. Think I'll just make it like a movie. Happy ending with Superman winning. Lois in his arms, they fly away for some midnight love. There may be a sequel some day. If anybody wants to buy my ideas and rejected scripts for 4 billion dollars. </p><p> </p><p>

I think another problem is having too much choice and losing direction. No idea where I'm going. It has been a lot of fun. Really fun mod. </p><p> </p><p>

NJPW is where I'm heading next. Using the WCW lives mod from 2001 again. Scott Norton ain't getting near that title. I thought this was even weird at the time because I thought he was rubbish in WCW, didn't exactly blow my mind like Vader. Scott Norton, IWGP champion. Twice! OK. </p><p> </p><p>

I see an old roster, time decline list could probably be filled out 3 times. Faces outnumber the heels. Work to do.</p><p> </p><p>

Shawn Michaels will be my user character. </p><p> </p><p>

Gentlemen, I can rebuild them.</p>

Got Bret leading the NWO(black and Pink) and defeating off and on Main Eventer Lex Luger. Luger is a throwaway so Sting can rest up from main eventing so many PPVs.

Hogan and Savage both play a part in further mistrust in Bret's NWO. Savage goes off to join Nash and Hall's NWO, while Hulk plays reluctant second to Bret as we build this burn off for around Fall Brawl or Bash at the beach.

Bischoff and Flair building up a Wargames match, but not sure where to place it yet, but soonish?

Goldberg getting his streak to build more and more, got him to B+s in America right now, workming on Starrcade being his star perfomance and he will be in with Bret.

Cruiserweights are in dissaray until I get Eddie back.

Tag Division being held by The Outsiders until I find something else for The Flock to do until Raven comes back.

Fell behind on my game because of the holidays, but here we go! The first ever WWF Royal Rumble PPV!

RR88.jpg

Show Notes:

That 71 score for the opener was baffling. Lowest wresting rating was an 82. Didn’t expect a 95, but with no negative notes, that was a big head scratcher!

The feud between former tag team partners continues, as Prince (Rick) Martel wins his rematch against Tito Santana. The 2nd in Command behind Macho King Randy Savage, Martel proves why he was named the Prince of the Macho Kingdom! Martel dodges Santana’s Flying Forearm, sending Tito into a hot shot. Martel rolls up Santana from behind, and gets the 3 with a handful of trunks!

As you might assume, becoming Prince Martel is Rick’s first step into becoming a bonafide singles superstar. Eventually, the Model will be born!

The prized graduate of OVW, Sting makes his PPV debut at the Royal Rumble, defeating veteran Nikolai Volkoff!

Ricky Steamboat finally receives his return match against IC Champion Bret Hart, and he looked primed to regain the gold. Unfortunately, the Hart Foundation wouldn’t let that happen. Before Steamboat could cover Hart after a Flying Chop, Jim Neidhart & Owen Hart hit the ring and attacked Steamboat, causing the DQ!

Stars & Stripes (Jim Duggan & Sgt Slaughter) hurried to the ring for the rescue, saving Steamboat from significant damage. Having their own problems with the Harts, S&S and Steamboat send the Foundation fleeing. Sadly, Steamboat gets the win…but not the gold!

The lengthy feud between Harley Race & Ted DiBiase only becomes grittier, as DiBiase cheats his way to a victory in a rematch with Race. MDC follower Bobby Eaton would distract the referee, allowing DiBiase to clock Race with something from his tights, then hid the foreign object before being caught! DiBiase laughs at celebrates, pleased with the way he has toppled his heated rival!

Road Warriors versus Bob Orton & Stan Hansen was just as promised. Just a brutal brawl that the referee couldn’t control, even in the slightest. Eventually, the match spilled out to the ring, and the competitors were too busy beating each other up to care at all about the ten count. The brawl didn’t end with the match, though, as the locker room would clear to separate these four men. Clearly, nothing was solved in this Tag Team Title match!

Royal Rumble Stats!

Iron Man: Tito Santana

Most Eliminations: Roddy Piper

Final Four: Roddy Piper, Jerry Lawler, Ted DiBiase, & Andre The Giant

The first ever Royal Rumble comes down to the two men who feuded the entire fall of 1987, Andre The Giant & Roddy Piper. Once more, it looks like Piper is going to fall to the giant. Giant lifts Piper into the air to dump out of the ring, but Piper breaks off behind Andre! Piper shoves Andre forward, tipping him over the top rope! Piper clobbers away, lefts and rights, knocking Andre further and further over! Finally, as Andre is nearly upside down, Piper pushes on Andre’s legs until the Giant tips over and drops to the floor! Hot Rod has done it!

In his post-match promo, Piper puts it perfect. “I’M GOING TO WRESTLEMANIA!!!”

In his final chance to regain the WWF World Heavyweight Championship, Hulk Hogan goes to war against Macho King Randy Savage in a Steel Cage! Hogan fights off all the odds, as all of Savage’s followers in the Macho Kingdom attempt to get involved. Hogan takes them all out, and eventually drops the big Leg Drop on Savage!

Hogan calls for the cage door to be opened. As Hogan exits the cage, Vince McMahon slams the cage door right on Hulk’s skull! McMahon gets involved again to stop Hulkamania! Hogan falls to the mat, seemingly out cold! Savage crawls over Hogan, and crawls right out of the cage to regain the WWF Title!

McMahon has screwed Hulkamania again!

What’s Next?

The March To Wrestlemania! The final big show before Wrestlemania IV!

Before Macho King has to fend with Rumble Winner Roddy Piper at Mania, he is at odds with whom he calls an imposter, “King” Jerry Lawler. The WWF Title isn’t on the line, but the crown is! Two Kings enter, One King leaves at the March To Wrestlemania!

Speaking of Savage, after his final battle with Hogan, Macho King makes its clear he is done with Vince McMahon. Savage admits he only used McMahon to rid himself of Hogan! Left all alone, McMahon is coaxed into a singles match against Hulk Hogan! Hogan played into McMahon’s ego to convince him to accept the challenge!

But wait a minute…could it all actually be a ploy by the evil McMahon? I guess we’ll find out!

And as, Sting begins to make a name for himself into the WWF, two more new interesting names have appeared on the scene. Managers like Bobby Heenan and Jimmy Hart are trying to learn what they can about the international sensation, The Great Muta! All these managers see money in Muta’s future!

And if you think the Great Muta might be odd…weighing in at 320 pounds…from Death Valley…I give you…The Undertaker!!!

Using the September 1995 mod, I'm quickly approaching Wrestlemania XII. The main event is the same as the main event in real life: Michaels vs Hart, however basically everything else has been changed.

At the Royal Rumble, Bret barely defeated his brother to retain his title and the next RAW, Owen, wanting more competition after believing himself to be the next WWF Champion despite losing to his brother, challenged anyone to face him. He met his challenger in the form of The Undertaker! The match wasn't really a match though as Taker was inevitably beaten down by Camp Cornette (Owen, Bulldog, and Yoko). Taker will face Owen at the final In Your House before Wrestlemania and then go on to face The British Bulldog at Mania itself.

The other really major storyline that I'm running is Diesel vs Ahmed. This storyline has been brewing since September when in a six-man tag match against Camp Cornette, Ahmed took the fall for his team which led to Bulldog of Camp Cornette being named the number one contender. If this didn't raise tensions enough between Diesel and Ahmed, Diesel would go on to lose his title to Bulldog. The next RAW, Diesel brutally beat Ahmed down, cementing a heel turn. Ahmed was taken out of action for a couple of months while Diesel was suspended indefinitely. Diesel returned the first RAW of the year or those whereabouts and Ahmed returned to interrupt Diesel's first promo back. Both competed in the Rumble, eliminating each other in the process. Soon after, in the build up to their first official contest in the February In Your House, a masked man debuted seemingly to stalk Ahmed as he always was in the background of his promos. Throughout the weeks, this masked man as abducted Kama and AC Conner (D'Lo Brown) and it will be revealed at In Your House that the masked man is actually Faarooq A.K.A Ron Simmons and he will try and help Ahmed beat Diesel, which will lead to Ahmed losing due to him not wanting any outside help. A rematch between Ahmed and Diesel will be set up for Wrestlemania, instead this time it will be a Street Fight. This time around, Ahmed will side with Faarooq and after defeating Diesel with the help of Faarooq, Kama, and D'Lo, Ahmed will turn heel and form the Nation Of Domination and then most likely go on to feud with the Intercontinental Champion, Razor Ramon!

In other news, I have paired Hunter Hearst Helmsley and Goldust up as Golden Royalty and the two have become the premier tag team in the WWF and have quickly risen to Upper Midcarders that aren't too far off of the Main Event cusp. I think I'm gonna have them stay together for another year and the eventual break-up story will culminate in Helmsley winning at Mania 13 and then changing his name to Triple H.

<p>I’m using the 1997 After the Screwjob mod, so I started December 1997. It is now Sunday Week 1 June 2003. I’m going to go over some of the early days stuff as I remember some, have some wrote down, and can look some of it up but you’ll have to excuse the breezing through it as it was like 5 in game years ago. I’ve always wanted to do a diary or like a shoot interview update series or something but here we go as to what’s going on.</p><p> </p><p>

I made an 18 yr old User Character, basically a Jack Avatar clone but tweaked a tad, named Chino Flynn with a nifty little backstory of running a local wrestling promotion named DaVE <img alt=";)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/wink.png.686f06e511ee1fbf6bdc7d82f6831e53.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /> where he meets and bonds with talent including a strong friendship with one particular wrestler who turns into his tag partner and also meets his future boss. Which leads to the beginning of the game/career...</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>THEN</strong></p><p> </p><p>

So as of December 97 I took over the head booker reigns of Jeff Hardy’s OMEGA wrestling promotion. I moved our product to a more commercial product, but kept what made us cool. Call us ECW lite. Say what you will but we managed to survive until January of 99, actually turning out a profit for the last few months but it already being to late as we were running deep in the red. </p><p> </p><p>

The biggest things to happen in OMEGA; Kid Vicious became The Vicious One “Sensational” Shane Helms where his “ring master” style dominated allowing him to hold the World Title for the ENTIRETY of the promotions life. Youth Gone Wild, the team of Chino Flynn and Nick Berk along with Willow The Wisp and Surge, The Dynamic Duo tore up the tag team scene in their battles for the Tag Titles. The mysterious and monstrous team of Abyss and Apocalypse led by the dominatrix Mistress Dawn Marie appeared only for a short time talking of the “on coming darkness”</p><p> </p><p>

Then, as I’ve said in January 1999, the doors closed...</p><p> </p><p>

I applied for jobs I thought I could get but got turned down everywhere. No place for a young indie upstart from a failed ECW wannabe promotion until..</p><p> </p><p>

In February 1999 Adolfo Moreno retired from wrestling and his positions as Owner and Head Booker of IWRG, leaving a giant gap in the Mexican wrestling world. The business moved on and the positions stayed open for weeks until Jorge Rojas took over as CEO. With a head booker position open, I applied. After days of waiting I got the call to come down, bring some talent, book IWRG Punto Santificado, and let’s see what I got. I booked about an average for them show considering a few unknown Americans on the card and I’ve been employed ever since. Slowly Jorge changed the product from Moreno’s traditional luchadore style to a more lucha-entertainment product, suiting the direction we needed to move in to be competitive in Mexico perfectly.</p><p> </p><p>

In mid 99 we rose to regional level allowing expansion with time and planning.</p><p> </p><p>

October 99 ECW does not live through the Monday night wars as WWF buys it out, pilfering it completely.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>NOW</strong></p><p> </p><p>

February 2003</p><p>

IWRG buys Ring Of Honor for approximately $100k, keeping owner Rob Fienstein and head booker Paul Heyman on board to run it as a developmental promotion.</p><p> </p><p>

ROH and JAPW have been competing head to head so as ROHs parent company I offered a few Exc. PPA to some of their names. I was able to get James Maritato which is a new signing and Tommy Dreamer who has been on my roster since June of 2001. Yes, Eric Bischoff and I have read the same playbook.</p><p> </p><p>

I have two contract offers waiting for a response. One being Eric Young, and the other is Kenny Omega ( of course )</p><p> </p><p>

I know we have a bloated roaster right now. We’ve reached a cool period at the moment, as we just finished one of our big shows, and were able to wrap up most of our storylines. There will be firings in the near future mainly due to the aforementioned bloated roster and tho we are nowhere near budget problems, we are looking to the future. Cutting down on spending now as we move towards expansion and growth will lead to more opportunities later.</p><p> </p><p>

I’m a huge fan of tag team and factions/stables. I find it a good way to use and discover talent, so We here at IWRG are a hot bed of tag team and stable action.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Storylines;</strong></p><p> </p><p>

Angle needs to prove himself, challenges his rival Flynn - Kurt angle was brought in by management to end the reign Of current heavyweight champion Samoa Joe. After unsuccessfully trying and incurring the displeasure of management angle now has to prove himself. The first idea he has challenge the the former world champion Chino Flynn. In fact, years ago Flynn took the title from Angle in the best match of their careers that still hasn’t been topped. What will happen when these two rivals square up years later?</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

The Austin Aries kid and Big Daddy Palumbo Tag Gold - Austin Aries and Chuck Palumbo have been running together and tearing it up since they entered IWRG. Weather as a tag team or managing each other in singles action they’ve managed to pull off the wins to put them in the number one contenders spot for the tag team titles. While the Dynamic Duo and the title holding Magnum Nobu are entrenched in a bitter rivalry, can Standing Room Only sneak away with the gold?</p><p> </p><p>

Can Three Man Flight Team soar above The Darkness? - The trio title belt had been all but forgotten until 3MFT brought it back into people’s thoughts. Meanwhile The Darkness has been spreading, engulfing Andrew Martin, transforming him into Penance. Now with another price of the puzzle completed, Apocalypse, Leviathan, and the tortured soul Penance, led by Mistress Mona Madness have taken notice of the title holders. Will The Darkness extinguish 3MTF candle and taint the gold? Or will the high flying abilities enable 3MFT to soar above The Darkness?</p><p> </p><p>

Delirious & FIENDS vs The 1-2-3 Generico - Delirious has a problem, that problem being El Generico. He’s already been beaten in a flash by the masked nobody and that doesn’t sit well. He’s going to get him back, you watch. FIENDS have been dismantled by The League at great cost, yet Mistico and Black Warrior remain. Looking for revenge and seeing an opportunity, will FIENDS do what they do best and cause havoc, and if they do can the fractured The League respond or is El Generico El Alone?</p><p> </p><p>

Gore-ing for Low Kis gold - The IC champ Low Ki has made all of the challengers for his strap pay. With hard hits and stiff kicks Low Ki has proved why he’s champion by knocking out all before him. Unfortunately for him tho, his next opponent is the savage Rhino! Can Low Ki protect his strap once more and put the indestructible Rhino down?</p><p> </p><p>

Magnum Nobu vs Dynamic Duo (started March 2003 B- heat) - This feud started like most, over the tag team titles. These two teams have traded victories over one another including the titles changing hands to the Dynamic Duo. Having lost the titles, Magnum Nobu went on to destroy any other team that challenged for “their titles” while in the hands of willow and surge. This rivalry turned blood fued when Shiima Nobunaga took a personal interest in Kara Slice, Dynamic Duos manger, stalking her. Leading to an attack of opportunity leaving the dynamic duo distracted and Magnum Nobu winning the titles back but Shiimas eyes still fixed on The lady at Ring side. With Kara Slice scared for her life and the titles back with the bad guys, can does half of The League have what it takes?</p><p> </p><p>

Malenko & Dos need a little X appeal! - Sean Waltman and his Sleezey squires have watched long enough and feel that Dean Malenko could use alittle X appeal. You’ve heard his promos, can’t you agree?</p><p> </p><p>

Man Beast vs Samoan Wrestling Machine for The Gold - Samoa Joe is the world champion. Cementing that fact after a hard trio of matches against managements pick, Kurt Angle. Abyss has broke his way into the #1 contender spot by beating Chino Flynn at every Rung of the ladder. So here they collide again. You see they have history, Joe is the only man to be enveloped in The Darkness and come out the other side alive, beating every member standing in his way. The final hurdle was Abyss. Can the man beast finally claim joes soul and the belt or will the champion survive the dark once more?</p><p> </p><p>

Management repos Edges belt sends Daniels collecting - management has egg on its face due to bringing in Olympic gold medalist Kurt angle to win the world championship only to tap out to Samoa Joe. Now issuing a statement that Adam edge is to return his northern Mexico title belt so a new belt can be constructed and a better more management friendly champion can be crowned. If he won’t return the belt then it will be repossessed with extreme prejudice By Mr Christopher Daniels and Security Team Alpha prying it from his cold dead hands. Will the man on The Edge return the strap or will the most defending NM champ of Modern Time go down in a blaze of glory?</p><p> </p><p>

Will or CAN Hyatt and Stone rebuild the FOW - how the mighty have fallen. The once dominate Future Of Wrestling, holding the world and tag belts, now flounders after their implosion. With Jillian Hall and NXT losing faith in her and looking split, Missy Hyatt struggles to find a new regime to bring control and gold back to the stable. Enter Damien Stone, a man she thinks can fill the shoes. Will or better yet CAN Missy and Damien rebuild the FOW and bring it back to glory?</p>

<p>I'm pretty sure I've talked about NJPW in here for a previous game. Anyway, this is a different time. I do not follow NJPW closely. I have my own booking philosophy. </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>What I've done so far</strong></p><p><strong>

</strong></p><p>

Made my own network. </p><p> </p><p>

Did something stupid. Started the game as a booker. Inoki gave me ''you can't sign anybody at cult or above.'' Looks like some jobreview cheating will be needed. Come on, Don Antonio. Be reasonable. </p><p> </p><p>

Mr Nintendo is in the house. Shiggy Miyamoto is my backstage interviewer. No doubt he will annoy some people if their video game ratings are not good enough.</p><p> </p><p>

<em>Game Gear > Game Boy.</em></p><p>

<img alt="CM_Punk_2k1.jpg" data-src="https://s18.postimg.org/4athr7v7d/CM_Punk_2k1.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p>

Mitsuharu Misawa is in on a ppa deal. He was made the first IWGP Intercontinental champion. Fujinami has been all in his face for a while. I'm looking forward to their clash. </p><p> </p><p>

Titles I kept. IWGP, IWGP tag team, IWGP junior heavyweight, best of super juniors, G1 Climax.</p><p> </p><p>

Signed Bryan Danielson, CM Punk, Ishii, Misawa, Ultimo Dragon, Rob Van Dam. The old guys are going to put over the new guys. It is not going to be a Jade Empire style massacre or anything, the old guys are going to be competitive, but overall, the youngsters are going over. </p><p> </p><p>

Danielson is amazing. He's going to be a player in the junior heavyweight division. I do like the look of this division now. </p><p> </p><p>

Kenta Kobashi came in on a trade because he is Kenta Kobashi. Yeah, NJPW has business going with everybody it seems. His first program was against Riki Choshu or Choshu Riki (as the Eurosport commentators used to call him.) Kobashi won their match. 92 rating. Choshu was upset about losing. These NJPW guys will be raging at how far I bring their end of year ratings down. Plus, Austin is all 99/100s in this game at the minute. Absolutely on fire. This was cool though. Choshu is on decline list. </p><p> </p><p>

Fujita was the champion when the game began but he was away having an MMA fight. Mutoh defeated Chono for the title. It was nothing special. </p><p> </p><p>

After that, I held a press conference. This was supposed to be the end of Kobashi. In for 6 dates. Keiji Mutoh challenged Kobashi at the conference, will put his IWGP title on the line against him. The challenge was accepted. And that will be the next show I book. </p><p> </p><p>

Changed the best of super juniors to a single elimination tournament. 16 men. The night of the show was semi-finals and final. I can't be bothered with keeping track of league tables. Shawn Michaels defeated Liger in the final. Shawn hasn't been on TV since then. Going through the weight change. We're not talking Lex Luger. This is just to show that he is now competing as a heavyweight.</p><p> </p><p>

<img alt="next.png" data-src="https://s18.postimg.org/wnke3xz9l/next.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p>

4 of my 5 next big things are involved in storylines at the minute. Tanahashi is with Norton. Yeah, Norton won their first match. That will be the only win he does get. </p><p> </p><p>

Thinking of making Tanahashi happy, putting him in a program with a good wrestler after this. I'm thinking Shawn Michaels to be that guy. Shawn is in love with Tanahashi, been praising him ever since I started this game, unlimited potential blah blah blah. </p><p> </p><p>

Taiyo Kai has been renamed as Crixus. I changed his gimmick to gladiator. Kazunari Murukami is leaving the company tomorrow. Freelance, they've had a back and forth going for a few shows. Crixus will send Murukami out in style. </p><p> </p><p>

''Kanto, shall I begin?'' </p><p> </p><p>

CM Punk won a battle royal to earn a shot at junior heavyweight champion Minoru Tanaka. Tanaka is all full of doubt at the minute, knocked out of best of super juniors in the first round against Ultimo Dragon. Punk has been tormenting him. </p><p> </p><p>

Punk is doing the old ''I treat my body with respect'' yarn. I don't have to fly around to win. He is hanging around with Dr Wagner Jr and Negro Casas.</p><p> </p><p>

<em>While all you high flyers are playing pitch and toss, I'm playing chess with the grandmasters. It will be Checkmate this Sunday night when we have a new junior heavyweight champion...</em></p><p>

<img alt="CM_Punk_2k1.jpg" data-src="https://s18.postimg.org/4athr7v7d/CM_Punk_2k1.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p>

(Going to have to work on the Punk promos. Much easier doing Hogan, dude.)</p><p> </p><p>

Ishii is with Yuji Nagata. I turned Nagata against Fujita. Fujita was bragging about his MMA success. Was going along just fine then Nagata stuck the head in Fujita. </p><p> </p><p>

Time to build them up as the numbers one contender against Tenzan and Kojima. </p><p> </p><p>

No ideas for Inoue. You're doomed. </p><p> </p><p>

Next card is <strong>Power Struggle</strong></p><p>

Bryan Danielson, Tiger Mask 4 and Katsuyori Shibata vs Silver King, Tajiri and Kendo Kashin.</p><p> </p><p>

Fear Factory (Nagata and Ishii) vs Big Mountains (Manabu Nakanishi and Yutaka Yoshie)</p><p> </p><p>

Hiroshi Tanahashi vs Scott Norton</p><p>

(Norton won their first match due to some showing off by Tanahashi. Like any superstar in the making, he learns from his mistake and doesn't make it again. Mr Norton, this does not look good for you.)</p><p> </p><p>

Rob Van Dam (debut) vs Michiyoshi Ohara</p><p>

(The latest what shall I do with RVD? )</p><p> </p><p>

Crixus vs Kazunari Murukami </p><p> </p><p>

Jushin Liger vs Milano Connection AT</p><p>

(Old fashioned younger guy pushes experienced legend to the limit.)</p><p> </p><p>

IWGP junior-heavyweight: Minoru Tanaka vs CM Punk</p><p> </p><p>

IWGP tag team: Tenkoji vs The Jet Set (Casas and Dr Wagner Jr.)</p><p> </p><p>

IWGP intercontinental: Mitsuharu Misawa vs Tatsumi Fujinami </p><p> </p><p>

IWGP heavyweight: Keiji Mutoh (in Great Muta gear) vs Kenta Kobashi.</p>

Hall has been great, and is relatively well behaved backstage. Didn't want to compromise his momentum for Ahmed. Ref bump, Piper doesn't see Ahmed interfere, and forces Hall to come down to redo the finish. Ahmed hits his finish for a storyline 123. There's some momentum for Ahmed as well. Roddy can't stay as GM for much longer thanks to his tension with the Kliq.</p><p> </p><p> Goldust and Taker was my second huge surprise of the night. Thankfully this storyline was hot, and the pair didn't even need good chemistry to produce this grade. I knew my faith in Goldie would be rewarded, even if his big time feud will be hard to recreate. After some lackluster feuds, Taker proved that he can deliver on the big stage - with the right opponent. Taker will headed for a big program in the fall.</p><p> </p><p> Shawn and Bret of course didn't disappoint, but almost put on a perfect match in the main event. Bret, with his Fully Loaded win picked a Ladder Match, saying that the Kliq made that match famous, but Bret invented it. Back and forth, no Kliq interference, but VADER runs in. Huge Vader Bomb, Huge Powerbomb, and Bret is out for the count. Jimmy will destroy every Hart that tried to destroy his camp. Shawn slumps to a victory to finally put Bret away for good(?).</p><p> </p><p> Outside of the ring, I score a major steal from WCW, Nitro gets worse, and ECW goes cult and hands out Written deals.</p></div></blockquote>

<p>For the first time in a long time I'm using the 1995 mod first time as the WWF in this database. I held quite a few bad episodes of Raw, as I adjusted to the database and worked on getting the hang of things. I used Diesel, HBK, Ultimate Warrior, and Vader as my main guys to get ratings up. Vader vs Chris Benoit surprisingly is my hottest feud and I have a plan to continue it into 1996. I have no plans for a Royal rumble winner at the moment (I'm waiting to see who I can steal from WCW in January before I make that decision.) Booking the rise of Steve Austin is pretty fun, he went 2-0 against Roddy Piper and is going to face Tyson at the rumble.</p><p> </p><p>

The Ultimate Warrior is great in this database/save but before the year ended he boasted claiming to be MVP, so to sort things out I plan on having either 1. HBK beat him at the Rumble or 2. Have Undertaker beat him at Wrestlemania as punishment.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

As for the war with WCW, Thanks to signing Piper and Warrior I managed to narrow the gap between me and WCW in the national battles from 3,618-4.128 to 3,922-4,123. The end of the year awards was almost completely divided between AJPW/NJPW but Jim Ross secured Best Announcer & Ted DiBiase got best manager. The WWF reached international size while WCW is still only National. Last thing, I scrapped the drug testing program, after catching Scott Steiner, Chris Benoit, and Sunny. I don't care if they use drugs/roids/painkillers in this save as long as they don't try to work a match drunk or high.</p>

Took over the NWA, made it a promotion, created some alliance titles, including the NWA Universal championship. Got 4 or 5 promotions in my alliance, NWA (ofc) and right before my first show...Tajiri wins the Universal belt. <img alt=":D" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/biggrin.png.929299b4c121f473b0026f3d6e74d189.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

Finally passed into 2019 with GCG.

Razan Okamoto is the World Heavyweight champion, he's held it since May. Of his five defenses, two were rated 100 (against KC Glenn and Bulldozer Brandon Smith) and three of them 99 (against Yoshinaka Taku, SUKI, and Kozue Kawashima). He even pulled off a 96 against aging Tadiyuki Kikkawa to take the title, and Kikkawa's in mad decline.

SATO is the Openweight champion, a title which Okamoto elevated to the main event last year. He took it from Bulldozer Brandon Smith in September and so far he's pulled off two 99s (against KC Glenn and Tetsunori Yasuda) and a 95 (against Bussho Makiguchi).

The Goon Squad (Shimpei Hirose and Yoshinaka Taku) are the Tag Team champions, which is a main event title because my tag scene is pretty great. They just defeated The Vanguard (Masaru Ugaki and Kazushige Matsuki) because Ugaki tweaked his knee.

Sir Winston Watoga is the All-Japan champion, a new midcard belt which I created because the Openweight title is for main eventers now. Watoga's won young wrestler of the year two years running now. But he's not actually that good so it's a bit weird.

As far as tournament titles go,

Spirit Ignition (G1 equivalent) held in July was won by KC Glenn this year, but he failed to defeat Okamoto for the title.

Carnival of Battle (single elimination tournament) held in February, was won by Tadiyuki Kikkawa, who defeated Hiroyasu Gakusha for the World title.

Union of Spirits (tag team round robin tournament) held in December, was won by Hiroyasu Gakusha & Raymond Diaz, who will challenge The Goon Squad in January.

Lion Cup (single elimination tournament for wrestlers who have not previously contended for a main event title) was won by Bussho Makiguchi, who failed to defeat SATO for the Openweight title.

Plans going forward are for KC Glenn to win the Carnival of Battle and finally beat Okamoto for the title. KC is the best wrestler in the world, and he's also my most popular wrestler, but I like the storyline of him chasing and chasing and not quite getting there until now. He's won the tag belts with Gauge though, and they were voted tag team of the year 2018. Okamoto and KC is definitely the money feud for my company going forward.

I'm not sure yet who's going to beat SATO. Possibly Bulldozer Brandon Smith, who really is his great rival (and who I love) but I don't want to just trade the title back and forth between them. Maybe one of the PHGW guys, like Kawashima, before their bodies totally break down.

I'm undisputed #1 in Japan (BHOWTG and WLW both seesaw between National and Cult since I wreck them in the National Battle) and since I signed up for Reverie, I'm gradually growing my international popularity. I'm also making about two million a month so eventually the Golden Canvas Grappling Network will make a splash.

<p>Mitsuharu Misawa won the G1 Climax. Once again, this was a single elimination tournament. He defeated Tanahashi in the final. Was thinking of going all the way with Tanahashi but I'm going to do the old ''they wrestle a bunch of times'', each time Tanahashi gets closer to victory. They will clash again at the September show, Red right hand. Tanahashi defeated Tenzan in a number one contender match for the Intercontinental title shot.</p><p> </p><p>

I'm going to do Vader vs Inoki with Samoa Joe and Choshu. Yeah, it is hardly the same since Choshu has been beaten a few times since I began this game. And it won't be Joe's debut. Close enough. Choshu's pop is still wonderful and I want Joe to make a big impact. The match will last longer, be somewhere between Vader vs Inoki and Cena vs Lesnar. Choshu maybe gets one punch in. </p><p> </p><p>

Fujinami is going to turn heel on Nishimura. Not really sure what I can do with Fujinami. Probably nothing at this point. Gives him new wrestlers to face. That will probably be it.</p><p> </p><p>

Yuji Nagata knocked Mutoh out of the G1. This will earn him as an IWGP title shot on down the line. Build up these matches. And I want Misawa vs Tanahashi to headline the show. Tanahashi is almost at the main event already. Haven't booked the Tenzan win yet. That might get him there. </p><p> </p><p>

I really enjoy doing press conferences. After all these years I still don't have a clue how the NJPW show goes in real life. Don't know much about feuds. I've had a look at some of the dynasty here and so on. I keep saying I should check out a show to see how they do it. Never do. Guess I'm happy doing it my way. I have watched one Wrestle Kingdom. </p><p> </p><p>

Time for another Liger Junior heavyweight title run? haha Minoru Tanaka is still the champion. There will be an elimination number one contender match at the next show. Can't get round to doing Tanaka vs Ultimo Dragon. Always booked elsewhere.</p><p> </p><p>

Liger vs Dr Wagner Jr vs RVD vs Tiger Mask 4. </p><p> </p><p>

Tanaka will defend the title against Milano Collection AT. Milano pinned Tanaka in a tag team match. </p><p> </p><p>

Made 3 new teams. My next weekly show will be all tag team matches. Sounds good to me. Help establish some of these teams. </p><p> </p><p>

Cult of Adrenaline (Liger and Shibata)</p><p>

Shining Example (Ultimo Dragon and Tajiri)</p><p>

Song 2 (Tanahashi and Yutaka Yoshie)</p><p> </p><p>

I had the Poker message 2 times with Danielson so far. That makes him my Poker kingpin in this game. Has the wrestling machine gimmick. Lost to Dr Wagner at the last weekly show after a distraction from his jet-set partner, Negro Casas. We had a spirited angry dive from Danielson after the match. No guardrails or concrete connected with. He will wrestle Casas at my next event. </p><p> </p><p>

It helps to be Shawn's protege as well. </p><p> </p><p>

Shawn has been a team player. Not that he has a choice since I control him. He lost to Tanahashi in the G1 quarter-final. Just see what comes to me. He's been teaming with Milano Collection recently.</p>

<p>I have Peter Michaels as a "face" in USPW, but he clearly antagonizes the old guard and "originals" in favor of his guys.</p><p> </p><p>

J-Ro is there now, and is taking some of the attention from Alicia Strong. Alicia is not pleased. She will blame the fans for turning on her and she will join a major heel stable.</p>
