Interesting.. Apparently Cruiserweights and Luchadors are 'well suited' for ladder matches.

 

It can't be just that since Munematsu Senmatsu is the only one in my roster that gets that note in Hardcore matches and I have 0% idea why. For example Farraday has almost identical stats + he's a Brawler too so..

Can't speak for hardcore matches but I get that note with cruiserweights, luchadors, japanese juniors, and spot monkeys (so far) in ladder matches.

I stole him in my USPW game, he's my current champ and I used him as figurehead once his charisma overtook Champion's but due to my super positive backstage and it making people super happy Nicky's morale was still listed as happy after the hit from the demotion

 

Despite the steal, a couple of others and Rocky Golden going to NOTBPW they still managed to climb back to national, Sammy is their figurehead and Andrews is still the champ but they are still losing the war so they'll probably drop again soon

Something weird, I've hired Avalanche Takano aware that in a 1 or 2 years he would be finishing his excursion and heading back to Japan. Time comes and I offer a contract, naturally he declines (I figured) so I prepare everything for when he leaves and this happens....

 

 

My Owner personally extends his contract, seeming overriding his decision leave and head to Japan. Not sure if that's a glitch or just an awesome boss stepping in

TEW handles battle royals so much better than before and it's awesome. In the entire time I owned TEW 2013 I don't think I ever managed to book one that wasn't a dud; in TEW 2016 my <em>first</em> battle royal went over well enough to main event my highest rated payperview so far.</p><p> </p><p>

The mechanical improvements to battle royal matches are great but the part I'm really impressed with is how easy it was to pad out a gigantic match like World War 3! I used a combination of my existing roster, a few short term single appearance contracts I hammered out the week before the show, some local workers, a bunch of developmental talents I borrowed for the day, and some talent trades from New Japan to pull together enough people to pad out a 60 man match without any problems. I can't believe how well things that used to be massively complicated in TEW 2013 just "work" now.</p><p> </p><p>

Sucks to be Scott Hall, though...</p>
