Weird, they got a 96 on King of Wrestling with the same settings (althought that was an hour, this was just 35 minutes) If it's 77 as a max, it could be capped. Commentary penalties are universal; whether you're a performance or popularity based promotion is irrelevant to them, just as they're irrelevant to your production values, etc. Just because your fans are tuning in for good wrestling rather than angles doesn't mean they are going to accept a poorly presented product. You just have to look at the number of people who were turned off by the poor English commentary on some of the real life NJPW shows to see this in effect. Personally I like Kevin Kelly and Don Callis, they're actually calling whats happening in the match and the names of the moves, as well as interacting with the wrestlers.
