Big Roguey
AWF is now all men promotion? The reason why I preferred T-Verse over C-Verse was a lack of that Japanese style separatism. Can you tell more about that NCW promotion? AWF still has women, I just done goofed minorly. It's not a massive women's division but that's for reasons to be seen when the mod drops. NCW is what was CWT. That's all you're getting from me.

Adelwolf
This looks amazing! (Even if Allman is still on a top spot, lol) I can't wait to play it
Matt_Black
I too am looking forward to it. I loved the Women's promotions (especially GDR and PEWWA) and I had a blast with POW and TOTAL!, as well. Can't wait to see how things have progressed and how the Thunderverse operates with all the new features.

Deamon
Hmm, I wonder if Leffen has made the jump to America full-time? I’m also interested to see where Shokujinki, Matthew Callahan and my boy Ace Von Skull are at.
xGus
That looks really dope! I'm looking forward this BLKNS Fight and the Australian scene too!

I’m also interested to see where Shokujinki, Matthew Callahan and my boy Ace Von Skull are at. Totally didn't forget to reply to these because of work. ¬_¬ Leffen is someone whose been hit by our hammer. A lot of workers who could have worked in the US in 2016 have had that taken away from them - pretty sure none of them have the Homebody attribute so it's just a case of talking them into working the US scene. It's a move done largely to help each region feel like its own and not just a scene where everyone moves to the US. I LOVE that Matthew Callahan is mentioned here. That looks really dope! I'm looking forward this BLKNS Fight and the Australian scene too! Thanks! A big focus from us this time around is to give the "lesser" regions more of an identity (or just something different) so that there is a reason to play in each region. I can say Australia has something I think most long term Thunderversers will enjoy but I'll keep quiet on that one...for now.

imnotbooked
I’m sure I’m not alone in saying the release of this mod will single handedly make those hot too keen on the Cornellverse all the bang for their buck on ‘20. I am so psyched to see the schedules so fleshed out. That’s such a small thing that adds so much flavor to the world. Just one of those many things Thunderverse does so well to immerse you in this world.

Yeah, I've been leaving TEW 2020 alone for the most part because I couldn't get into the CornellVerse (and because the Trails series of RPGs is long even for Japanese RPG standards, seriously, I've been playing it for months, with a few breaks in between to play other games... and they say NJPW storytelling takes years) so I'm eagerly awaiting the release of the ThunderVerse. Teasenitryn
I like the cverse and I am having fun with some of the expansion packs, women's revolution, yet to debut etc and even pulling in the characters made for the cverse alt (which needed to happen to not gut QAW, there aren't many recognisable women left in America in default) but thunderverse, as someone who likes women's wrestling, is definitely going to be a must get for a deep dive into. Looking forward to seeing how Lotus and Yamanue-Gun are doing, also Twilight if they are still around, might also being Otohime into the mix now she isn't a young lion. First stop will be an AJJ game in the default build and maybe another with a largescale merge of thunderverse and cornellverse.

My first game will probably be GDR, though I might do POW, as the T-Verse has quite a few gimmicky comedy female workers.

Jon The GOAT
Strongly leaning towards doing a The Club game. Feel like in 2020 with the new products, The Club will really feel like its living up to its identity. I mean, IRL, this would be the perfect time for a The Club/LU style company too, though that probably doesnt apply to TVERSE. Doesn't matter, cant wait to run those cinematic club matches! Parker Stiles
Anybody playing any interesting TVerse games? i still play the TVerse Diamond save from TEW16. probably like most people still do. It seems TEW 16 is like WWE 2k19 and TEW20 is WWE 2k20.

Big Roguey
Howdy gang! Figured I'd do an update and possibly break some hearts. Thunderverse won't release in 2020, looking like it'll be some form of a release in the first quarter of 2021.

India is a sticking point currently which sorta killed some of my drive to work on this so for the time being, the first release you'll see will be India excluded. We have the ideas in place for India so it will come down the line but rather than wait for all the pieces to fall into place, we're going to work on the "core" version and then release India as a DLC type update.

Matt_Black
Indeed. While it's just another disappointment for 2020, the upside is that it will kick 2021 off to a great start. In the meantime, I've been playing the converted 2016 database and having a bit of fun, even with some of the conversion issues.
pate
I had set my expectations at 2023, to avoid any disappointment, so this is exciting!
