Okay, this is kneejerk, but the the editor UI makes me want to stay with 2016 if I'm being completely honest. Super messy and confusing. Like I said, just knee jerk, but right now it feels bad to use and not intuitive at all. Why remove the ability to highlight with right click, and then use the arrow keys to scroll up and down? Very disappointed - FOR NOW.

Okay, so I stand corrected about India. You get a headstart. Two companies can open up in India after 2022, so you'll have 2 years head start if you start a company in 2020 there. Or you just bid your time for 2 years elsewhere until they open.

Women's wrestling didn't expand like I had hoped. Was at least hoping like Canada or England had started up a women's federation. Especially considering Alicia Strong is still in USPW and the 11th most popular wrestler in the world (she's TEW's Chyna).

That's disappointing. The weakness of the women's scene is the biggest reason I've never been able to really get invested in the Cverse. It's stuck in the 90s when it comes to the women. Talent in Japan, and a small group of of real workers elsewhere, but beyond that a bunch of models and strippers who get by on sex appeal. I'll give it a look, hopefully there is some good raw young new talent to atleast get behind, but the women's scene needs some serious attention. I usually have to import a bunch of Thunderverse women before I can even trying getting into a game with a good SHIMMER like promotion.

Give it a bit of time. Once you get used to those aspects, the drop down makes moving around smoother and quicker and less clicking. I find modding in 2020 a smoother process as a whole.

Where do you see this? In my editor there are no companies yet to open.

This will be the smallest point of contention anyone ever raises with anything, but for the yet to debut guy Egon Merewitz, "New York's Finest" are the cops, not the firefighters. FDNY is "New York's Bravest"

Be patient and spend some time on the new editor. Especially in combination with attributes, I think you'll find a smoother, more efficient experience long term.

This has to do with the color-styled lists. Experiment with drag and drop on and off and see which you prefer.

 

Also, toggling through profiles with side arrows is awesome.

So iv ran into an issue as a mod maker start away, I've converted my April 2020 mod but cant start a game, as setting the start date to Jan 2020 creates critical errors with generated contract start dates being set to April 2020

The game only lets you, right now, play in Jan and Feb so you can't play your mod starting in April with the contracts starting there until the full release of the game. You can change the start dates of the contracts to get around that error (I'm pretty sure)</p>

<p>Biggest knee jerk reaction is that being able to scroll lists with the scroll wheel, using the arrows to go up or down a list, and pressing a letter on the keyboard to jump through the list has gotta be put back in. I'm not quite a fan of the font, but I'm really liking what I'm seeing so far. Haven't jumped into actually playing yet though.</p><p> </p><p>

Also the handbook seems insanely detailed this time.</p>

So far it looks great but I have to admit something disappointed me greatly, especially after everyone seemed to want a specific feature that didn't make it. </p><p>

The calendar is not very useful, upon clicking on it you just see the event name which you already know instead of the pre-booked card for the event.</p><p>

Also, with every weekly show for the next three months on the calendar, I don't understand why you can't pre-book the specific week of that show.</p><p>

In essence, to treat each weekly as a different event which you can pre-book as a card.</p>

Pretty overwhelming to begin with. Sooooooo many numbers on screen, and the website in a bit garish. Which is the style these days, but sensory overload.

Wrestling is growing here, we already have some small/medium companies around, even wrestlers from that region on the world scenario. I think its time to explore that.</p>

From what I can tell, once you click onto an area with a scroll down menu (like, for instance, the list of companies in the editor), then you can use arrow keys to go up and down like before.
