And also, did you come up with the name or did the AI?  

 

I've been spectacularly satisfied with the pictures my AI efforts have been coming up with of late, and I've been thinking a lot about trying to my hand at the bios thing as well.  It's kind of a thrill when you see yourself getting closer and closer to whatever it is you were going for,

So I’ve been messing about with mainly event / promotion logos - I find that 9 times out of 10 the AI is botching the text so I’ve got a bit of a double headed question …..

 

1- is there a way to stop this happening quite so much 

2- if I was to post a few of them would one of you talented lot be able to correct the text for me?

Awesome stuff @Atticus - glad to see someone else putting some work in making great logos and titles. Only suggestion I'd make is I think some of those logos would look a bit better zoomed in - you can cut out some of the dead space in the background and show more detail of the actual logo. For the title, it might distort the proportions a bit, but I always scale it to 200 pixel width and 100ish height, so the tops and bottoms don't get cut off.

@arlovski I remember being super impressed with your dedication to re-render all of the BCG guys for your dynasty a while back. I think these newest renders look even better, just fantastic stuff.

1 - No, not that I've found. The AI will generally get better over time (I've noticed it's been better than it was 2 weeks ago), but not much you can do to curb it. I've noticed every time I try and ask to fix the text, the text gets inexplicably worse and worse.

2 - If you are interested in learning to fish yourself, I wrote a couple tutorials on how to use GIMP (free program) with specific examples of how to edit and fix text on logos. If you have a couple logos you need touching up, you can send them to me and I can fix them for you, I've got it down to a science at this point.

Yeah I was thinking bout that in regard to the logos when I did the ROF one. Now watch me repost these and they look identical

 

 

Good call on the logos tho, they definitely look better now. Idk what I was smoking thinking that GLORY one looked good tiny like that. I think the belt does look better now too? After using Photoshop for like 10 years now your post finally inspired me to figure out how to resize by pixel vs. just free handing it.

Finished my renders for my initial hires for my CV97 save. Pretty happy with how most of them turned out. Feel free to use them however you want. Now, I'm going to take a break and actually play the game! I'm lazy and don't feel like typing out all their names, but if you right click and "save as" you'll be able to see who is who.

I'm particularly happy with Johnny Martin, Farrah Hekseth, Frankie Future, Chester Stein, Catherine Quine, Sammy Bach, and a few others. I tried to keep them as close to their original CV97 renders as possible, but it was hard in some cases.

Definitely looks a lot better! What I typically do with the belts (so I don't have an fit trying to get the size right) is I drop all the full sizes in one XCF (or PSD I think for Photoshop?). When I am copying to the CVerse background, I just use the box select to select exactly the height and width of the belt I want (including space above and below if it's a smaller belt. Then, when I paste the selected full size belt over from the selection, I scale the belt, uncheck the button to make it so the height and width scale together, and I just set it to 100x200. Perfect every time!

@StatboyVT I like a lot of these - I'm not super familiar with the older CVerse much, but I think young Sammy Bach looks great, and I really like the Whistler's render. Very different perspective, but it works with the full American Flag on display.

If you're looking for logos for a company called APEX with a space theme along with belts that have a space background, making them stick out like a sore thumb among the other belt graphics that have been made for the past 20 years, then I'm your man.

Along with some pictures I use for events and stables. Most don't have text because I'm very indecisive about what the name of something will be until I'm moments from using it.

I'm struggling to put the pieces together but I'm looking forward to being able to focus on this for a few hours. Need to practice my prompts and using an editor beyond Paint 3D (for resizing and cropping 👌)  Time to read all the posts again but there are some renders that are stopping me dead in my tracks, and I can catch myself making ideas for characters that had been previously irrelevant in my game world. Start simple and then add in details. Easier to sort what's getting blocked.

I'd say about 85% of the time this prompt usually knocks it out of the park for me: "Create a forward facing DAZ3D-style render. White background. Portrait. Landscape format. [Description of person]". Sometimes I try to be detailed, other times not so much. Like for the turtle girl, my exact prompt was "Create a forward facing DAZ3D-style render. White background. Portrait. Landscape format. Caucasian woman with a neon green mohawk. She has a headband that has turtle designs on it. She has a green tank top she wrestles in that is also turtled theme. Goofy smile. Green eyes."

 

I was going to try and make a quick one as an example, but ChatGPT/Dall-E are acting weird after the DDoS attack today I guess, at least for me.
