Because I've never heard about that. For promotion styles you have WWF and WCW as mainstream-key and cult-heavy, isn't that counterproductive? To me it seems like mainstream and cult are the complete opposites. But then again SWF in the C-verse is like that too, so maybe sports entertainment is supposed to be like that, still seems strange to me. I experimented a bit with the promotions style before finding WCW & WWF seemed to travel b by themselves much better with their product set as it is. It's hard because if you change one thing it changes the whole product. They were able to get three tv shows especially nitro got dropped. They dropped a few workers but not too many, I'm waiting for when they drop a whole bunch of people.
