Worst thing that will happen is that they will refuse to let you play as casinos has the same right to refuse service as any other business. If you're in Vegas, no big deal, just go to another casino. If you're not playing for real high amounts of money, not making extreme variations to your bets, and not making it obvious, odds are that no one will ever say anything to you. Last time, I was in Vegas, my last night, I got to even on the trip because I was lucky enough to sit down next to a card counter who was telling me when to raise and lower bets along with him.
