What's going on in your game?

Recommended Posts

After finally being patient enough I've kept Sting off screen for over a month and have re-gimmicked him to a 'Supernatural' gimmick. He's returning as a heightened version of his crowe gimmick (think Eric Draven) but this time he's going to be taking on Steve Austin in one of my most hyped feuds in any game I've played.

Thanks to this fantastic unmasked render of Axxis Jr by sockpuppet in the Re-Render thread:

http://i94.photobucket.com/albums/l98/da_kine_brah/Renders/AxxisJr_alt.jpg

I have now planned how he'll be becoming SWF Champion, something I had always considered but that I thought wouldn't be happening after he spent a couple of years making my midcard look better than they are. He's just had a near-miss title shot anyway, because I needed a challenger for Remo and Axxis is awesome. He'll also be in my Elimination Chamber match at the falling PPV. Now, he's going to get a third shot the month after, be on the brink of winning but then be screwed by his on-screen protege El Mitico Jr, for selling out and forgetting his heritage.

That feud will then stretch three PPVs, the final being a Mask vs Mask match at SC that Mitico will win. After being unmasked, Axxis is going to snap and think people are disrespecting him because he's lost his mask and after an intense couple of months where he'll go over some Main Event face like Rocky Golden, he'll be the man to take the belt from (and possibly retire) Christian Faith.

Have him fight Angry Gilmore or...not sure any other high-stamina guys in SWF...in a 90-minute match. Please :D?

<p>I'm playing the 1996 mod with ECW. </p><p> </p><p>

I started out clearing out a stack of deadwood (Mr Hughes, Bad Crew, 911, three Dudleys, Konnan, Blue Meanie, JT Smith and co).</p><p> </p><p>

While making signings, I've tried to be true to real-life, bringing in Kid Kash, Jerry Lynn, Lance Storm, Chris Jericho, Mike Awesome, Tracey Smothers and D-Von Dudley. </p><p> </p><p>

Unfortunately, I was somewhat derailed in my plans by finding that D-Von and Buh Buh Ray had terrible chemistry!</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

The best move I made was to get a working agreement with WWF, so even though they signed Raven and Cactus Jack, I can share them.</p><p> </p><p>

Unfortunately, some people are just not getting over at all - The Gangstas, Sandman, Dreamer, RVD and Taz in particular. We're also losing money hand over fist, not helped by the huge wages for Terry Funk, Scorpio and Jericho.</p><p> </p><p>

We're about to hit Cult level though, so maybe things will improve...</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Edit: Well, we got to Cult and WCW promptly signed Shane Douglas, Sabu, Mike Awesome and Chris Jericho. Thankfully, several others turned them down. And of course I forgot about the ridiculous financial hit of Cult level. The sooner WMMA 3's system of choosing when you grow comes in, the better.</p>

<p>had a bit of a burn out with my 1977 game so decided to play coverse default data as USPW</p><p> </p><p>

only two months in but so far really enjoying it</p><p> </p><p>

using the default Storylines </p><p> </p><p>

Enygma vs Tyson Baine</p><p>

Enygma has beaten him twice now, at Stars, Stripes and Slams, and Red White and Blue, the next stage will be Enygma teaming up with James Justice in a tag match against The Titans at Liberty and Justice, and a match to finish the feud at Declaration of Independence, which i haven't decided an overall winner on </p><p> </p><p>

Bruce the Giant vs Chris Caulfield, the number 1 contender storyline, haven't had a match yet but The Giant seems to be a bit reluctant to face Caulfield and sent Henry Lee after him and failed, they will finally meet at Liberty and Justice</p><p> </p><p>

T-Rex vs James Justice</p><p>

they had a rematch where T-Rex won but with the help of Baine, T-Rex has become obsessed with Justice following him and attacking him nearly every match</p><p> </p><p>

Peter Valentine vs Nicky Champion</p><p>

Champion won a match against Valentine to challenge him against his belt at Stars, Stripes and Slams, at the event Valentine said he had other plans and took the belts off The Peoples Champions with his mysterty partner Hell Monkey, Champion then faced a mystery opponent in the form of Acid, who he beat, Champion lost the match against Valentine at Red, White and Blue, and now Champion Force are going after thier tag belts</p>

I could make Ironman matches his gimmick as champion. <p>Zero. </p><p> </p><p>

I took them down so quickly by Killing Ted Turner, </p><p> </p><p>

May be cheating but, There TV shows had been axed, they were losing money and there momentum was dead in the water. IRl if that happened they would of been bought out, but it wouldn't let me due them being owned by a media company. </p><p> </p><p>

Pluss a wanted to start my invasion angle. So i killed off Ted Turner and i was able to buy WcW.</p><p> </p><p>

I figured i wanna do things differently so whats the point in waiting untill 2001 like irl when it would allow me to take them over.</p>

well TCW seem to be hellbent on stealing my roster Acid, Eugene Williams and offers for others

i did manage to sign Kurt Laramee, Akima Brave and Lassana Makutsi, so hopefully they will fill the shoes of my stolen roster

Tyson Baine has still not managed to get the belt off Enygma, and Bruce the Giant won the overall feud with Chirs Caulfield, The Giant is after the belt and Kurt Laramee is after Caulfield

i also cheated abit PGHW did not re-sign Dread so i set his work area to USA and signed him up and is dominating his way around USPW, but i imagine he will retire soon

Nicky Champion is still battling Peter Valentine, and the feud will end at DoI

Declaration of Independance looks lke this

USPW World Heavyweight

Enygma © vs Bruce the Giant

Kurt Laramee vs Chris Caulfield

James Justice vs Tyson Baine

Dread vs Shawn Gonzalez

Nicky Champion vs Peter Valentine

<p>Okay, everyone loves Bob Casey as perennial jobber (among those who push him)</p><p> </p><p>

What about Keith Addams? He's a great enhancement talent. Consistent, has the basics, sells well. Give him some psychology and he's golden.</p><p> </p><p>

Edit: Because he's consistent, <em>safe,</em> and has the basics. Sells like he psychs. *sigh*</p>

<p>TCW October 2010</p><p> </p><p>

Chance Fortune is almost where I want him. He is an upper midcarder and on the brink of main event. Should be possible by January.</p><p> </p><p>

Ricky Dale Johnson will capture the World Title at Threatening Behavior and carry it into 2011. He won a 10 man battle royal to face Cornell for the belt.</p><p> </p><p>

Vengeance is going to feud with Troy Tornado this month.</p><p> </p><p>

The SWF (Roberts, Money, and Morisette) are going to feud with Bryan Vessey so Rich Money can get the International Title soon.</p><p> </p><p>

Rocky Golden and Chance Fortune will begin teaming up as Golden Fortune. At Threatening Behavior they will win a #1 tag team contenders spot. They will go over the Machines to win the belts soon too.</p><p> </p><p>

Joey Minnesota will lose the UCR Combat title before 2011 too.</p>

<p>Running a RAW game, and it's my first foray into Australia. </p><p> </p><p>

Just finished out the first month, which saw Kerry Wayne take the title off of Luke Steel. Unfortunately, about mid month Captain Wrestling ended up with nothing to do since I let APW take Rahmel Goode. That shouldn't last long, however, as I stole Swoop <em>from them</em>, and plan on putting on a program with those two. </p><p> </p><p>

I evolved the Loxley-Croft feud the game starts with to feature Dumfrey Pinn, who I'm working as a mob boss type that's in charge of Croft. </p><p> </p><p>

I started the month with Heath & Horton feuding with the Giants of RAW. As I didn't want anyone to job in that feud, I decided to end it with a sports entertainment finish that saw The Master Minds reveal themselves as the guys paying The Giants to beat on Heath & Horton. Now, H&H are going after the belts while The Giants dominate dark matches. </p><p> </p><p>

One of my favorite characters here is Echo, and I had him assault Frogue Element after his match on the first show. Frogue was sitting in the front row as a special guest rock star, and Echo decided to beat the hell out of him. The feud ended after Echo pinned him, then after the match picked him up and knocked him out cold with a muy thai knee. </p><p> </p><p>

Oh, and I had Molokai Milk feud with and beat Dark Reign in a triple threat. Now he's teaming with Loxley against Pinn and Croft.</p>

<p>Just finished 2012. My promotion is the most improved. My homegrown talent Marc Broughton ended up being the young wrestler of the year. He also ranked 27th on the top 100. Richie Fox got #66, while Jackal got #68, Wade Orson got #77, Richie Riggins got 94, Mustang Blanco Jr got #97. </p><p> </p><p>

Marc Broughton ended the year well, defeating Wade Orson to be the No. 1 contender for the first PPV of 2014, Richie Fox retained against Jackal in a drag-out Last Man Standing bout, Acid II proved his worth by defeating 3x OVW Heavyweight Champion to retain his OVW X-Division Title, as well as KC Glenn finally ridding himself of former Evolution leader Richie Riggins. </p><p> </p><p>

El Serpiente just left SOTBPW, which made me VERY happy as Ive been wanting him back since they stole him. Hes a former OVW champion so Im hoping to make him a "surprise" at the next PPV if he signs with me. All in all 2013 looks like at the very least will have a pretty solid, strong start.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

EDIT: </p><p>

Wade Orson isnt starting of 2013 to well. 2 weeks in and he has a broken neck. Im glad I forgot to advance book lol</p>

A year and a half into a CZCW game

I expanded the roster right away to 32 workers. And then the premises that would find me all the positive and negative chemistry in the promotions. In a round robin tournament everyone would have to face everyone else and then after that everyone would have to tag against everyone else. Suffice to say even with a weekly show it took the entirety of 2010 and until June 2011 to finish everything up. Then after June 2011 I had to events to handle some turns and some gimmick changes and I have settled in all my tag teams and my roster is mostly set (although Frankie Perez left for TCW and has just been replaced by his former tag partner who had a two week stint in TCW in which he didn't work a match and got fired and California Love Machine got a development deal with SWF and was replaced by Ash Campbell, in the same week Perez left)

Main Event

Matthew Kieth - Coastal Zone Championship title holder

Mikey James

Fox Mask

Hell Monkey

Matty - Formerly Matt Sparrow turned and joined Donnie's evil boy and 4Real along with Jordan (formerly Jackpot) and Idol (Formerly Jake)

Donnie

Midcard

Marc Speed - Coastal Zone Xtreme title holder

Snap Dragon

Insane Machine

Masked Cougar

Idol - See Matty in ME

Jeremiah Moose

Midcard

KC Glenn

Ángel De México

The Weasel - Formerly Air Attack Weasel until he became a not so smooth operating Lounge Lizard

Ash Campbell

Nomad

Drifter - Formerly Nelson Callum but Good chemistry with Nomad brought them together as The Wanderers and the name change ensued.

The American Flash

Jordan - See Matty in ME

Jonnie Perez

Kirk Jameson

Lower Midcard

Cal Sanders

Lobo Solitario - User Character

La Sombra Jr.

Dutch Wilkes - Duberry Excess. It no longer has his real name in his bio but I know his last name is Wilkes because I have his real life brother as well. They have just turned from lovable laid back stoners to weed toting aggressive pot activists.

Leftie Wilkes

Opener

El Diablo

Amazing Fire Fly

Stretch the Chicken Boy

Enhancement Talent

Jason Thunder

Lightning Lomas

No one on the roster is under D+ in the South West (except Ash Campbell who just joined) And more than half the roster from Opener to Upper Midcarder are C-. The Main Event and some Upper Midcard folks are C except Matthew Keith who is C+ with a B momentum

I have no clue how I did it but I do not have a single person on my who's not list. Jason Thunder has my lowest momentum at C-

The tag team vacant since may 2010 when Al Coleman walked out on me (what a douche bag) and since all the tag matches had been basically a different opponent every night well... With all the new tag teams finalized its time for a tag team title tourney

The Coastal Zone Championship title has gone from Fox mask to James Prudence (who left for an SWF TCW with Remmy Skye and Mikey James in Oct 2010), to Hell Monkey to Matthew Keith, to Matt Sparrow (to fulfill a contractual promise) and back to Matthew Keith. It is at B+ Prestige.

The Coastal Zone Xtreme title went to Matt Sparrow (again damn contracts) to Marc Speed, to KC Glenn, to Donnie J (Stupid contract promises), to Snap Dragon (a contract promise I didn't mind) and back to Marc Speed.

I've been able to hold B with occasional B- shows but guys Keith, Perez and Monkey could get Bs out of with neutral chemistry Fox Mask, Donnie J and Matt Sparrow can barely get C+s out of with good chemistry.

The Zone is up to C- in the South West and will probably rise to about C+ before I can't get anymore growth out of it. Right now its just saving up until can go for cult 200k in the bank if I do one show a month I get about 25k, 10k if I run a weekly (Tough for sponsorship) So its somewhere between 52 Months (4 years and 4 Months) and 180 Months (15 Years) barring further growth and depending on what route I take to make the 2 mil I'd like to have before jumping to cult. Probably more is I'll need some spending cash to spread out.

<p>USPW coming up to Apple Pie and Wrestling, </p><p> </p><p>

Kurt Laramee is USPW World Heavyweight champion beating Enygma, Chris Caulfield and Dread at Americana</p><p> </p><p>

the next PPV Independence Day Slam he beat Sam Strong, as Strong was sick of Laramee constantly avoiding defending his title, Strong was also sick of Laramee talking bad about USPW </p><p> </p><p>

Bryan Holmes left me for TCW, but managed to get Stevie Grayson, not an amazing signing but reckon he'll fit in USPW just fine</p><p> </p><p>

Cherry Bomb and Eric Tyler left me for NOTBW and Hell Monkey went to PGHW, oh well </p><p> </p><p>

Bruce the Giant is still feuding with Enygma , and James Justice is the number one contender with Enygma still has a title re-match, Apple Pie and Wrestling Justice was voted by fans to face Laramee, and Enygma agreed to a final match against Bruce the Giant in a tables match</p>

Finally got the Light the Beacons Tour 2010 going with Burning Hammer of the Wrestling Gods. Stealing liberally from TigerKinney's awesome diary, I've set up a series of stables to make things interesting. I went with a series of smaller (five members max) stables, for the most part, with many being a mix of heavyweights and super juniors.

I added two tournaments. The first is going to be the Burning Tandem Tag League, a 10 or 12 team tag league throughout April. The second the Master K Cup, a 16-man single elimination tournament throughout October. Probably going to add a junior tag league as well, but not until 2011.

I have tons of long-term plans. But part of it is rebuilding the tag division, as Chuichi & Sanda, The Rebellion, and Sessue & Shirashi are all getting old. One of the main goals on the first our is to try to turn the combo of Toshuai and Fuganari (aka Badass Inc) into a solid tag team. Another main goal is bringing Burning Monkey into the heart of the junior division, so that he can be a force during the Best of the Super Juniors tournament on the next tour.

I've only got a few shows in (I already dropped from three tour shows per week to two) but I am definitely enjoying this one so far.

now in November 2010 USPW

Kurt Laramee has still got the title, beating Enygma at United States of Pain and Born in the USA, now the Hardcore American Chris Caulfield has issued a challenge to Laramee, after finally beating Bruce the Giant

The Force has been having a bad time lately after losing several matches he finally turned becoming Jim Fear, and teaming with Daryll Divine known as The Fear and The Divine, he is feuding with James Justice set for the next PPV Thanksgiving Thunder

The Dread of USPW...Dread is hellbent on destroying Enygma blaming him for not winning the USPW at Americana

The Titans seem to be stuck in limbo, i can't think of a thing for them to do except annoy and beat down other wrestlers

after losing so many wrestlers i decided to cheat and stole Runaway Train and Rocky Golden and gave them a year contract, I always imagined Runaway Train fitting in at USPW and Rocky Golden is the kind of guy that i keep doing the underdog storyline wth

also i have a three month rule of if someone s too big for my company anbd they remain unemployed for three months i can steal them using the editor and that man was Sean McFly, he's done quite well but i haven't got that USPW feeling with him

my roster

Main Event

Enygma

James Justice

Sean McFly

Kurt Laramee - USPW Champion

Jim Fear - T.V Champ/USPW Tag Champ

Akima Brave

Steve Frehley - (just signed him on a ppa contract so may not stay long)

Chris Caulfield

Nicky Champion

Rocky Golden

Shawn Gonzalez

Tyson Baine

T-Rex

Midcard

Heels

Andre Jones, Atlas, Champagne Lover, Darryl Devine, Jumbo Jackson, Travis Century

Faces

Art Reed, Bradford Peverell, Des Davids, Freddie Datsun, Stevie Grayson and Raul Hughes(i set most left the business workers to on hiatus)

Lower Midcard

Faces

Java, Tribal Warrior, Mario Heroic

Just went thru the last 80+ pages of TEW10 rerenders and with the new ones I have decided some guys are going to get great pushes. Koshiro Ino being one of the guys to benefit. I think I may allow him to finally win the International Title because of his alt. So before I enter 2011 he could have that title around his waist.

Playing as TCW for the first time ever.

Aside from not knowing the roster, had a few fun parts:

1. Booking the winner in a match. This is due to my SWF diary where I've banned myself from doing that. So it feels weird.

2. SWF signed a PPV deal? They signed Roger Cage? No I didn't-oh wait...

I have now officially done my longest game ever in any TEW game... or even back when EWR was popular too.

Anywho, I am now in January 2015 making it five years with CZCW.:D:cool:

Champions-

CZ Champion: Marc Speed

CZ Xtreme: Trent Shaffer

CZ Tag Team: Vault Vultures (John Greed & Teddy Powell)

CZ King of SoCal: Snap Dragon (Won inagural tourney in May 2014)

Some of this might seem redundant but too many pages to go throw any kind of growth. Basically, all I'm doing is maintaining enough to stabilize at Regional level, but with about 680,000 in the bank makes Cliff Anderson really happy.

Atom Smasher, Nelson Callum, & Whippy the Clown are the most recent acquisitions. Honestly, I just went into negotiations with Champagne Lover since he's the best prospect out there for me at the moment. (Even though he's got a P.P.A. with RIPW)

Haley Buck and Hannah Potter make good managers for some of my low to mid card guys. It was weird when I got them since it was right after Little Miss Sunshine died in a car accident around May 2012 I think.

Nate Johnson, El Mitico Jr, Sammy the Shark, and Nelson will all get decent pushes going into 2015.

Anyone want to see this as a possible dynasty? I've been toying with that idea for some time or either I do a watcher dynasty with almost all cheat codes on just to see what happens.

June 2012

Just completed the June event in my NYCW game

Champions

NYCW Empire: Whistler

NYCW Tri-State Regional: Bart Biggs

NYCW Tag Team: Death Row: Knuckles and Shady K

Currently at Regional with $294,367

Just aquired Brett Biggs before my last show so now I have two tag teams that are from SWF.

Feuds

Bart Biggs vs. Jeremiah Moose

Honest Frank vs. Whistler

NYCW Empire Championship Feud

The Kelowna Players (Rajah and Antix) vs. Death Row: Shady K and Knuckles

I was thinking of changing this feud to be between Death Row and the Biggs Boys but since Bart is already my midcard champion and in a feud I decided against it.
