It's a very short set-up. "This man" has set up a hardcore promotion in Chicago (for reasons that will become clear as the story goes on), "Karl", a fellow indy worker now retired, has begrudgingly put a tonne of savings into the project and has to guide the ship while "a man" throws problems his way....</p><p> </p><p>

Predictions will get an earth-shattering prize at the end of the year for the top predictor. Obviously that will be in 5 shows time. We are back at the cheap motel outside Chicago. It's late, and once again the only light on is in roof #13.

Why do we have to do this here? Your TV is tiny, this place is a mess, this chair's too small....

 

You think I'm coming over to your place? Yeah, lets watch the show with your teenage son givin us tips while your old lady vacuums up after me wherever I go, that'll be a good night, right?! F********K THAT!

 

OK, OK. What did you think of the show on the night?

 

How the f**k should I know man? I had to spend most of it drinking with Harris, tryin to calm that f****r down after the spat you guys had before the show!

 

You saw him man, he was creating an atmosphere in the lockeroom minutes before our first show, I ain't gonna stand for that s**t! I was professional about it, firm but fair. The cocky b*****d told me to stop wasting my time talking to him and go do my job! Did I hit him? No, I walked away. Man, you gotta keep your boys in line, they're only here cos you owe them a favour!

 

Yeah, yeah, OK. F**k man, just flip on the DVD...

(Hardcore Hilito & Killshot Lopez)

*As The Pitbulls made their entrance the crowd began chanting their name, seems the fans have decided they're faces!*

*You would think that this match would be a for-gone conclusion, but the hardcore Mexicans put on a surprising display during the opening minutes of the match*

*That was until Killshot Lopez ate a big boot from Harris and the Pitbulls took control to a roar from the crowd*

*South of the Border had the match lost for sure...*

*...until Lopez distracted the ref and Hilito took the chance # to whip off his boot, bump Harris off the apron and nail Johnson in the back of his head with a big swing of the boot*

*Ref Dog Barkley turned around just in time to count the pinfall before Harris made it into the ring and South of the Border bailed up the aisle. At the top of the aisle they turned to laugh at the angry Pitbulls in the ring.*

*Hilito up-turned his boot, and a wrench fell out. The pair laughed, then ran as the Pitbull stormed towards them!*

HANNAH GOLD IS BACKSTAGE...

We cut to Hannah Gold backstage where she is joined by South of the Border. She asks them how they feel about winning and Hilito rattles off a short speech in Spanish to a confused Hannah. The camera pans towards the corridor where sounds of crashing and shouting can be heard. Suddenly the doors fly open and The Pitbulls storm in, the camera pans back to a shocked Hannah Gold, South of the Border are gone! The Pitbulls demand to know where they are and when Hannah tells them they were just here the Pitbulls' rage levels hit the roof and they begin trashing the lockeroom while Hannah and the camera man make a quick exit...

DEDRICK ACE VS ROAD RASH

*Before the match stage-hands place a steel trash can full of weapons in two corners of the ring.*

*Dedrick Ace makes his entrance but is knocked down from behind by Road Rash and is rolled into the ring. The bell rings to start the match.*

*Road Rash wastes no time and pulls a chair from the can in his corner.*

*As Dedrick uses a corner to pull himself to his feet Road Rash swings the chair at the prone Ace, but Ace moves and the rebounding chair hits Road Rash square in the face!*

*Dedrick levels Road Rash with a clothesline before pulling a kendo stick from his bin and going to work on Road Rash.*

*With Rash down, Ace grabs the chair, lays it down, picks Rash up and signals for the Ace in the Hole on the chair, the crowd roar their approval...*

*...but Road Rash struggles free and flings Ace at the ropes.*

*Ace rebounds with a crushing Running Big Boot...*

*...before picking up Rash and this time hitting the Ace in the Hole on Road Rash on a chair and pinning Road Rash for the win!*

DEDRICK ACE wins via pinfall

HANNAH GOLD TALKS TO DEDRICK ACE...

While Dedrick Ace celebrates in the ring he is joined by Hannah Gold who, now we can see her entire outfit, is dressed pretty provocitively! Dedrick Ace gives her a long look up and down before looking to the crowd & smiling. Hannah asks Ace what it's like back in the ring. Ace tells her that is great to be back, especially infront of such a great crowd. She asks what his hopes are for his time in AM-STEEL and he replies that he's just happy to be working in the business these days, but he'd love a crack at that b*****d Rotten Scoundrel, who screwed him out of an Intercontinental Title run back in the WWWE by being pals with Chaperone! Hannah asks the crowd if that is something they'd like to see and they roar their approval, before she congratulates Ace one last time and his music plays again for his exit.

*All three members of the Hidden Faces make their way to the ring and play rock-paper-scissors to determine which of them would wrestle the match, El Héroe Japonés coming out the loser and getting out of the ring as warped and creepy fairground music filled the venue.*

*The clowns make their way to the ring, Whacko with his usual cigar and sour demeanor, Dante threatening audience members with a drenching with what looks like fake blood!*

*The match finally got underway...*

*...and quickly turned into a four way brawl which ended up after six minutes with both Monoxide & El Ardor down on the outside.*

*While checking on his fallen comrades El Héroe Japonés gets dragged into the ring by Whacko...*

*...and Dante throws what turns out to be not just a bucket of 'blood', but also intestines, in Japonés' face!&

*The pair of clowns laugh as Japonés rolls around ripping at his befouled mask...*

*...but the distraction has been long enough for Monoxide & El Ardor to get back in the ring.*

*El Ardor clotheslines Whacko over the top rope while Monoxide hits the Monoxide Poisoning on Dante Laff in a puddle of blood & guts for the 1, 2, 3.*

*Immediately following the match Hannah Gold announces from ringside (having decided not to risk the ring) that there will be a thirty minute interval while the AM-STEEL crew 'see to the mess those dirty clowns made'.*

THE HIDDEN FACES win via pinfall

That was awesome. So great in fact, that I was enormously disappointed to see the pause at the end :D

 

Good idea for a setup (the DVD-watching) too, and I like that you've somehow find a way to blend your CBH work with TEW. Can't wait for part two!
