Someone did no-show and it was PAC.. I forgot he just signed with somebody who ran on Sunday and prefers them to me. So I'm not sure I can keep PAC now going forward. Because I can't sign him because he's got deals with people I have working agreements with...

But Pillman had a better match than Jay Lethal... I didn't even notice how good he's getting. April "was off her game" but I'm fine with the match grade this was more about setting up the Storm vs. Punk feud in a fun way that would make people have an aneurysm, and give April a fun push so she can teach the girls how to cut a promo, and maybe have a decent match or two.

Kudos to Liger as well for doing a clean job to a dude with E pop when you've got D+. You even won a video-game tournament so this man's fire-pro game must be on-point as well. Also props to Punk for only getting irritated for jobing to his wife and turning heel(we don't use face/heel because I wanna use tweeners but I have a list of faces and heels) by hitting her with the GTS. I was expecting to have to give this man a 100k bonus or something to not quit on me it was D vs. B

Financially this was our first profitable month, and with this show, our Subscription, Broadcaster now makes us $120 a month in profit. So I'm way ahead of schedule in my mind. Can I beat WWE back to National? It's looking likely with them booking C+ shows now like it's going out of style. All-hail Universal Champion and Brock Lesnar slayer, Dolph Ziggler. They're like Hulk pushing this guy he hasn't lost via non-DQ since like June.

Next show is Gutshot: and we're now officially on the road to our MSG 64 GP for March, gotta really do some booking here so we can sell out a 20k+ seater by then. But I think it's doable.

Inspired by a diary on this very site, I decided to play Ed Monton and create a wrestling company and it's accompanying dojo. Said company is called the Great Canadian Wrestling Association and since February 2016 it's actually been making a steady profit.

The first GCWA Heavyweight champion was Phillipe LeGrenier and he held the title until our September show when he lost it in a three way dance to Kirk Drury.

The first GCWA Tag Team champions were the team of Lobo Blanco and Sterling Whitcock whom I called The Bruisers. They managed to defend the belts twice before losing them to Jack and KP Avatar. Then KP was hired by RIPW and the belts were vacated. A three way dance involving The Bruisers, Jack Avatar and Ant-Man and Best of the Best (George Wolfe and Mario Da Silva) resulted in Best of the Best winning the titles.

Thus far KP Avatar is the only member of my roster to have been hired away from me, though Gidayu Katou Logan Wolfsbaine have both been hired to touring schedules with PGHW.

Really my only regrets were not jobbing Conner Threepwood to Logan Wolfsbaine before Conner quit.

Vader says that he sees fear in Hogan’s eyes and in his soul. Vader says that Hogan is afraid of him. Vader is the No. 1 contender and he demands his match at SuperBrawl.Vader defeated Hulk Hogan in a Thundercage match by pinfall with a Triple Powerbomb after Harley Race interfered. Unstoppable 450 pounds monster heel Vader continues his devastating attack on Hulk Hogan with those big fists. Vader splashes down onto Hogan a couple of times. When, suddenly he is joined by “The Beast from the East” Bam Bam Bigelow. Vader and Bam Bam Bigelow double team Hogan with a devastating Aided Release Powerbomb. Hulk Hogan is kayfabe injured so that he can take time off to film season 2 of the Thunder of Paradise tv series. In july; Sting, The Warrior and Ray "The Law" Traylor managed to defeat Vader, Bam Bam Bigelow and Meng in a 3 vs. 3 Elimination Match at Bash At The Beach, but Vader wants revenge at Clash Of The Champions.

Expect a WarGames Match at Fall Brawl between Hulk Hogan and his friends versus The Stud Stable (the joined forces of Colonel Parker and Harley Race International).

The returning Hulk Hogan is wearing all black during his vignettes and drawing on themes from the O.J. Simpson double-murder case.

Instead of the "say your prayers and take your vitamins "we are getting monologues about "the darkside of Hulk Hogan", brother.

At the premiere episode of WCW Monday Nitro, "The Immortal" Hulk Hogan will go head-to-head against his old arch enemy "Mr. Wonderful" Paul Orndorff.

Randy Savage vs. Ric Flair

In December 1994 Macho Man joined the company to be the best. He's got to start at the bottom like everyone else and work his way up. If Ric Flair is the man, then the Randy Savage wants a piece of him, because he is the Macho Man! The feud really took off after a match at Slamboree when Flair ended up attacking Savage’s father and brother. At Bash At The Beach; Randy Savage managed to defeat Ric Flair in a Lifeguard Match (with Baywatch babes in bikinis surrounding the ring). The match was the first 100 rated WCW match.

Randy Savage seems to have taken the German phenom Alex Wright under his wings, while "The Dirtiest Player In The Game" has backup in Arn Anderson, Curt Hennig and Steve Austin.

The Steiners vs. ?

WCW has the strongest Tag Divisions on the Planet. The Steiners are one of the most feared, powerful, and dynamic tag-teams ever to compete inside the squared circle. They've won many tag team championships in numerous big promotions. Rick’s power and mat skill complemented Scott’s agility and helped the pair overcoming teams like The Road Warriors, The Fabulous Freebirds and Doom.

After defeating Miracle Violence Connection in a hard-hitting dream feud, The Steiners are ready to take on all challengers!

Ray Traylor vs. Meng

It's a new "Take No Prisoners Attitude" for Ray "The Law" Traylor. WCW is bringing in the best wrestlers from all over the World, but he is still the toughest man to answer the challenges in WCW. He was appointed the special referee for the Falls Count Anywhere Match between Dustin Rhodes and Meng. He puts over Meng's size and toughness, but says he's taken down bigger and badder...

Rick Martel vs. Steven Regal

Claiming descent from William the Conqueror. The aggressive blue blood "Lord" Steven Regal looked the proper gentleman in his spotless cravat and houndstooth blazers, but he wrestled with all the refinement of a Manchester soccer hooligan. Mixing equal parts Snake Pit submissions and carnie survival tricks.

Veteran Rick Martel is something of a hot up and comer in 90s WCW, working a "good guy with a temper" gimmick.

Regal is tired about his lack of respect he gets in WCW and how if he has to start reaching out of WCW to destroy other worldly legends, then so be it. The two technicians face each other in a Best Of Five Match Series, which Regal leads 2 to 1 with a little help from his manager "Lord" Aloysius Hayes; a sneering aristocratic English gentleman, often sipping cups of tea and wearing a bow tie and frilly shirt. Hayes frequently interferes to see that the result goes in their favor, by using his cricket paddle.

Fire and Ice vs. Harlem Heat

Ice Train faced Scott Norton in a match that ended in a double countout when both men clotheslined each other, knocking themselves out in the process. After the match, the two shook hands and Norton declared to announcer Gene Okerlund that he and Ice Train would become a formidable tag team because of their similar in-ring styles. The team was quickly named Fire and Ice. With help from manager Teddy Long, the team easily overpowered numerous teams as they tried to establish themselves as a legitimate No 1 contender and went on to win the WCW World Tag Team titles.

Known for their streetwise, in-your-face attitude and their fluid double-team moves; Harlem Heat has become one of the most dominant tag teams of the 1990s, steamrolling over the competition in WCW to become tag team champions on 2 occasions.

Both teams intends to recapture the WCW World Tag Team titles, but who is this mysterious manager that Harlem Heat has spoken with on the cellphone...

? vs. Sullivan's House of Animals

At first glance he does not appear to pose any threat, but Kevin Sullivan exude and aura of menace. He has a brilliant mind and a penchant for violence, a mixture between Napoleon and Hannibal Lecter. He is a Boston bad boy, who stomped heroes like Brian Pillman and Cactus Jack with the Sam Adams-soaked rage of a Beantown bar fighter. Throughout his career he has been involved in many of the most brutal matches in wrestling history. He is a brawler and will use any weapon that comes to hand during the course of a match. He is not adverse to attacking officials, commentators, photographers and even fans if they get in his way.

Tired of the failures of late, he decided to beat up his former bash brother One Man Gang and to throw him out of Sullivan's House of Animals. Sullivan delivered a fireball to the face of One Man Gang and then grabbed a steel chair and smashed One Man Gang into oblivion with it.

When we did visit Kevin Sullivan and Woman in the Last House on the Left on Mean Street, he introduced his newest nightmare and it was the gift of insanity. From the "State Asylum for the Insane" it's "The Laughing Man" Hugh Morrus.

Bret Hart vs. Diesel

Diesel have started a rivalry against fan favorite WWF World champion Bret "The Hitman" Hart trying to get his hands on the World title. "Master Manipulator" Jake Roberts is convincing the big man he has the recipe for beating Bret and will share it with Big Daddy Cool. But behind the scenes Roberts is trying to get his hands the title. The Hart vs. Diesel blowoff is suddenly a Triple Threat at In Your House in April. Which Jake wins. Thereby screwing both men by winning the WWF World title.

Diesel managed to defeat Jake Roberts to win the title in a Cage Match at In Your House in July and later defended it versus King of the Ring winner British Bulldog in a heel vs. heel match at WWF Summerslam after a distraction from Bret Hart. Bulldog is angry and blames Hart for losing the match, which continues the feud between The Hart Family and Camp Cornette

In a I Quit Match at Summerslam between the two former World champions, Bret "Hitman" Hart finally got his revenge, by defeating the master manipulator Jake "The Snake" Roberts. Bret Hart now targets the World champion Diesel and the belt he lost in the Triple Threat Match versus Diesel and Jake Roberts back in April.

The Heartbreak Kid vs. The Dragon

Shawn Michaels looks to use veteran Ricky Steamboat as a stepping stone into the main event scene and has begun taunting "The Dragon" by calling him a "has-been". The first match between the two ended in 30 minute time limit draw. Michaels managed to defeat Lex Luger at WWF Superstars in late August to win the WWF Intercontinental title, setting up a potential dream match series against challenger Ricky Steamboat.

Razor Ramon vs. Golddust

Former Intercontinental champion Razor Ramon is being stalked by the mysterious newcomer Golddust. Golddust is obsessed by everything gold including Razor Ramon's jewelry.

The Undertaker vs. The Million Dollar Corporation

Vile tax collector, Irwin R. Schyster implored that everyone needed to pay their taxes. Even if they were dead! Upon learning that being six feet under is, in fact, not a tax shelter, we got the feud no on earth possibly could have wanted: IRS vs. The Undertaker? Death and Taxes...

After defeating his former ally I.R.S. and ending the Death and Taxes tag team (The Undertaker and I.R.S.) Ted DiBiase's new monster Sycho Sid managed to defeat The Undertaker in a Casket Match at Summerslam with a little help from Mabel. The Deadman hasn't been seen since!

Ahmed Johnson vs. Kama "The Supreme Fighter"

WCW managed to steal former NFL star Steve "Mongo" McMichael for their upcoming Monday Nitro show, but Vince still managed to get some mainstream media attention with former Chicago Bears star William "The Fridge" Perry. Perry teamed with Ahmed Johnson versus Kama "The Supreme Fighter" and Mabel at Summerslam. Ahmed managed to secure the win with a fast roll up out of nowhere. This results in Kama leaving The Million Dollar Team and go solo, continuing his rivalry with Ahmed Johnson.

The Hart Family vs. Camp Cornette

It's the 1994 KOTR winner Owen Hart vs. British Bulldog the 1995 KOTR winner. After winning the KOTR British Bulldog claims he is "The King Of Harts" and bragged about it for months to come. After Bret Hart managed to defeat the inked martial arts badass "The White Angel" Camp Cornette now consists of Jim Cornette, British Bulldog, the returning Yokozuna, The Sultan and Shinobi; a "ninja assassin" hired by Jim Cornette to dispose of The Harts.

As Jim Neidhart of The New Foundation was injured during a title match against The New Blackjacks, the titles was vacated resulting in a tag team tournament with the quarter finals taking place during Monday Night Raw and the semi finals and the final at Summerslam. When Neidhart returns The New Foundation intends to recapture their titles.

The Patriot vs. Yokozuna

WWF needed a new great American hero to battle the evil foreigners Yokozuna and British Bulldog after Hulk Hogan and Lex Luger left the promotion. Clad in red, white and blue from head to foot including his symbolic mask, The Patriot is well on his way to becoming America's newest wrestling superhero.

The Smoking Gunns vs. The New Blackjacks

The New Blackjacks are two big men that brought their rough-house Texas tactics to the WWF, making tag team gold. Two Cowboys riding in from Texas stealing the gold from The Smoking Gunns to kickstart a heated rivalry. The Blackjacks strike one of the most intimidating silhouettes in wrestling history. Two big, beefy men in black cowboy hats and clipped bushy moustaches. The wrestle a slow and destructive style and did injure Jim Neidhart of The New Foundation.

The Can-Am Express vs The Bodydonnas

The Bodydonnas (Flip and Zip) are fitness fanatics who often make fun of their opponents and the fans. They is managed by Sunny and is looking to establish themselves as the next major tag team in WWF.

But to make it to the top of the foodchain they have to overcome fellow newcomers The Can-Am Express. The Can-Am Express is a ultra talented tag team that have won multiple titles in Japan and Mexico.

I love CGC but have grown tired of the 2016 roster, so I'm doing something different. I've let the AI book up until January 2019 and have taken over the train wreck from there.

It's a delightful mess. USPW has ransacked everyone popular under 40 (Ricky DeColt, Christian Price, Gargantuan) the company is losing $100,000 a month (and Alex wants profit by 2021) and Blockbuster is the CGC World Champion. They split all of the tag teams. They jobbed Ian Identity out to Major Negative. The only guy who seems to have gotten a push is Ryan Powell, who is locker room cancer with more enemies than I thought the game could process.

I'm mostly torn between a slow fix and a sudden overhaul. I'm going to see if I can make Blockbuster into a worthy champion (feeding him Powell is a good start) but the midcard needs to be gutted. Why pay $1400 for Jaime Atherton to do a job in the opener, when I can pay $400 for Canadian Crusher to have the exact same effect on the final rating? All of the ACPW stars have to go, replaced by unknowns on Written deals so I can run some house shows. I'm also going to rehab Ian Identity with the long-term goal of making him champion, and put the focus on tag teams. Let's see if I can find Jack a tag partner.

I recently got back into TEW after about a year away, picked up on my old USPW save. I finally got to book my long planned Independence Day Slam 2017; highlights being

> A Loser Leaves Town Match where Jay Chord beat James Justice (who opted to join SWF than stay with me, a move that paid off as he just beat Eric Eisen for their World title at Let The Games Begin)

> 2/3 Falls match between Steve Frehley & Sean McFly with Frehley shaking McFly's hand after winning to turn face

> Wolf Hawkins debuted to team with Nicky Champion against Enygma & Marat Khoklov

> My main event was The Force beating Rich Money to become the new World Champion.

I noticed The Force improving towards the end of 2016 & decided to try booking him to the main event of the biggest show as a throwback to him being the original USPW star; he's now stupidly popular across North America, is capable of having really good matches & kills it on promos despite not being the best.

I've mentioned here back when I last played this save that I had Alicia Strong leading a faction of 2nd/3rd generation stars to take what she believes should have been hers, USPW itself and she's now a good bit of the way there as her APEX stable are dominating my shows. Wolf Hawkins joined APEX at the following PPV when Alicia helped him beat The Force for the title; Jay Chord is my National Champion after he defeated Idol Stardust (Jefferson Stardust) & 'injured' Idol who has gone to shoot a movie; CV-2 are Tag Team Champions & Alicia is Women's Champion. Alicia's pop ranges between 81 & 88 in America and her feud with Melody has been massive in elevating both of them and the title which is now at 85 prestige. The other members are Matthew Keith & Robin DaLay, I could easily push Keith to the main event now if I chose & I'd hope that DaLay can get there in a couple years.

I've also been lucky with Time Decline as Enygma & Sean McFly are the only ones in decline from my Upper Mid - Main but that hasn't stopped me from giving Enygma a World Title reign & McFly vs Frehley was my only A rated match at IDS 2017.

In terms of hiring & pushes I'm trying to stay as true to USPW as I can. Stardust is the only lightweight that has been pushed & that's because he got ripped. Once I saw he got a movie role I had no choice but to get behind him more too. I'm even a bit annoyed with myself for how many Middleweights I have in the top half of the card but at least there's a precedent for that in USPW with Enygma.

I'm refusing to drain pop from people I'm letting go (hence the James Justice world title win) but they are going out on their back. And I'm not just blowing everyone out of the water for signings either which has made for what I believe to be a really fun gameworld

In fact if I ever get bored of my USPW I think this would be a great scenario to take over as Bryan Vessey, RDJ & Sammy Bach are very popular & they have an interesting lower card with Lassana Makutsi, Greg Black, Spade, Rudy Velasquez & Donte Dunn. Another problem they have is Benny Benson is a main eventer but is only on a PPA deal working with 4C and is constantly loaned to COTT companies.

USPW has ransacked everyone popular under 40 (Ricky DeColt, Christian Price, Gargantuan) the company is losing $100,000 a month (and Alex wants profit by 2021) and Blockbuster is the CGC World Champion. They split all of the tag teams. They jobbed Ian Identity out to Major Negative. The only guy who seems to have gotten a push is Ryan Powell, who is locker room cancer with more enemies than I thought the game could process. I'm mostly torn between a slow fix and a sudden overhaul. I'm going to see if I can make Blockbuster into a worthy champion (feeding him Powell is a good start) but the midcard needs to be gutted. Why pay $1400 for Jaime Atherton to do a job in the opener, when I can pay $400 for Canadian Crusher to have the exact same effect on the final rating? All of the ACPW stars have to go, replaced by unknowns on Written deals so I can run some house shows. I'm also going to rehab Ian Identity with the long-term goal of making him champion, and put the focus on tag teams. Let's see if I can find Jack a tag partner.</div></blockquote> This is clever, and a great way to get a unique variation on the game-world. Similar to what I've seen folks do on Football Manager when they want things to be varied a bit. When it comes to cutting costs, it helps to be ruthless. Which can suck, because some openers are more fun to book than others. But if they both have the same effect on the match grade, the cheaper one is the right choice.

The expensive ACPW/4C midcard are gone, replaced by Dan DaLay bringing in his son Robin and building a cool young (cheap) undercard tag division around them. Boys From The Yukon. Jenny's Playmates. Les Bold Gendarmes. Woolabonga Bogans. They're starting to provide the secondary hot storyline that Blockbuster is struggling to deliver. Also, Jack Bruce was available to headline WresleFestival. So that was pretty cool.

I upped his stats for microphone and some acting/charisma... just to utilize him in a puppet master role for angles. I called the fed River City Wresting and with that name, it would definitely be based in Edmonton, Alberta. Since I'm at work now, the only starting roster members I can think of are Ricky DeColt and Gargantuan. I went with Bobby Thomas as head booker. He's a sentimental favourite and a solid hand who doesn't break the company by being amazing great at anything. Plus I wanted to experience Alex DeColt as a locker-room poison boss with insane demands. "No cruiserweights" scuppered my planned Zeus & Stevie reunion, and his lust for profits got half the midcard fired.

The 'Buster headlined his first PPV 'In The Company of Legends' against former-lackey Skip Beau to a C rating, and now gets a month off from the ring as the Ultimate Showdown Series gets underway. Frankly I think it's my favorite one I've ever booked.

So in my 11 year plus Dragon Gate 01 game I randomly decided to sign up a bunch of gaijin and now use them once a month to run PWG shows. So much fun doing so... Untelevised in front of 300 in Reseda all while selling out Dome's in DG on the reg. I mix in guys from my delvelopmental from time to time (EVOLVE,1PW,&, The Crash) so it really feels like an Indy dream fed.
