Can someone help me and explain why my pop won't rise? (Im assuming it's something to do with the economy and industry, but i'd like to be sure.)

I'm playing as 5SSW, and the Japanese economy and wrestling industry got rocked by that Tsunami. The economy and industry are currently at 27 and rising, so this could definitely be the issue.

I've fallen to small level, and it's been almost 9 months and I'm rapidly dropping pop. I just put on an 80 rated JoshiMania show, and my pop actually dropped a point. What am I doing wrong here?

this might be a bug, but I'm not sure. I thought I would post it here to see if anyone had any tips.

I have a wrestler that changes his mind on what role he wants in my company. If I make him an occasional worker, he says he would rather not be an in ring performer. If I change him to a road agent, or personality, he says he would be better used as an occasional wrestler.

any tips on how to make him happy? It's the Rock from a 2013 real world converted mod, he is super popular.

In-Ring means giving him a place on the card (Midcard, main eventer, etc). He will accept an Occasional Wrestler role, so if he says "I'd rather be an in-ring performer but my current role is fine" then he won't get upset about being occasional.

Greetings.. I have just downloaded a new mod, and I am struggling to work out how I can import the angles I created in my previous save game into this mod, to save me having to start with zero angles again, it only gives me the option to add them from the initial db, none of my savegames are displayed.. How can I import them??

Hello all <img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

Are there any negatives or positives in borrowing from developmental to have matches on the main roster? Will the dev talents gain any skills/pop? Any negatives like affecting their pop losing on the main roster?

I'm trying to cut down on using the same people to job to my more focused stars. I use locals, but also wanted to know is it beneficial to use dev talents too?

Hey! This question got lost in the shuffle! Are "Years of service" consecutive years of service or total? As in do they reset every time a contract expires?

So, if I someone worked for a promotion for 2 years, left for six months, then came back for a year, would that be 3 or 1 years of service at that point?

So yes in theory if you kept using say Finn Balor to job out on RAW it would affect his popularity (I say affect and not lose because often losing to good people in good matches can increase pop).

I do use dev talents to job on the main roster, but mostly just use people who I know will be in developmental for a long time. Most my people are in developmental to get better not popular, so to come and lose to big stars will only help this. It also has the bonus of being able to scout for chemistry to use in the future.

One thing I'm not sure about is momentum, for example if dev talent lose on main roster I'm not sure if it affects their momentum in developmental. I'd guess it doesn't but not certain.

But it could be useful if maybe they have different schedules and purposes. If you have your own broadcaster or something, one could be for exposure and the other for training greens.

Storyline Heat

In a Real World Mod I have a storyline involving AJ Styles, Roman Reigns, John Cena and Seth Rollins for the WWE Title.

I ran an angle using 3 of them stating that a number one contender match would occur which got a B- rating.

Same show I then had Rollins attack Styles and Cena making the save which got an A rating

Same show again I then had Styles beat Rollins which got a B-.

All 3 of the above appear in the "Previous Segments" of my storyline page but for some reason the storyline heat just shows a dash and no rating. This has also happened on another storyline however I have other storylines which have ratings.

Is this a glitch/bug or have I done something wrong?

Thanks

For example, if I signed Eva Marie, I wouldn't send her to a WWE-lite promotion. I'd send her to a puro promotion so she can learn how to work and build some toughness. Some workers might need work on entertainment skills. You wouldn't send them to a promotion with a 90% match ratio to accomplish that. You'd send them to the promotion that runs lots of angles to focus on that aspect.

All 3 of the above appear in the "Previous Segments" of my storyline page but for some reason the storyline heat just shows a dash and no rating. I've never had that happen and I typically have 10+ storylines going at any given time. Couple questions come to mind:

1) Are these angles running on the main show?

2) Are they all 'major' angles?

3) How long are these angles?

4) Do you have people set up in the storyline as aligned with each other? So, for example, AJ aligned with John Cena and Reigns aligned with Rollins.

5) What version are you using/Did you install the latest patch?

I always run major angles of a minimum 6 minutes long and only 'Unit' tag teams are set up in storylines as aligned.
