Nice little change today. Expected, but still nice. I hope there is more click reducing incoming, while we're at it. Do a weekend Entry Adam, the people wants it. <img alt=":D" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/biggrin.png.929299b4c121f473b0026f3d6e74d189.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /> It seems the trend is to reduce the amount of clicks wasted and that is one of the things that can turn people away from the game after a while, so while small, I believe it is a great change. Looking forward for what is to come.

<p>I'd have liked an option of booking whatever I want whenever I like, then dragging and dropping them into whatever order I like.</p><p> </p><p>

However I've always done opener - end. So it being an option is fine by me.</p>

If we get the option of recurring matches/angles (for a best of seven series, say, or mic training angles) then so much the better <img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p>

Instead of being on the show day and finding out that the guy you want to lose doesn't want to lose, you could plan it in advance and change plans (and the booking leading up to the match).</p>

<p>Borrowing titles from other companies</p><p> </p><p>

It would be really cool if you had a working relationship with a company & you could request to borrow their titles. They could stop you if they don't like the result of the title match. but it could be a cool way because Japan has had many of occasions where a different companies champion would come work. Having them defend their title would make it more diverse.</p>

<p>2 things i would love to see in TEW2020 is similar to WAMMA when you have a development company be able to absorb and close the Development Territory .</p><p> </p><p>

also the ability to move the Titles around in the title screen, i hate that if i make a belt EG United States it comes before World because of it being alphabetical.</p>

I hope to see an entry on tag teams soon. At the bare minimum, I would like to see the AI respect pre-defined tag teams more and to be able to search for tag teams (based on experience levels) and hire tag teams (not individual workers) to same-length contracts - if the two workers are set to be a 'unit'.

While I'm going through my database at the moment I think the thing I'd like most about Tag Teams is for them to be condensed into something similar to the workers, where you have one entry for a pair of workers under their most common name, and then you can set alternate names the same way you can set alter egos, including if they're specific to a promotion or not. That would tidy up the data a lot.

Also being able to filter the title histories section to just show the histories for a specific title, though I'll admit that's partially my fault for importing some title histories to save time and them having different ways of short-handing the entries' names than I do, making finding specific entries a chore...

ANYWAY, sorry, this isn't the recommendation thread. Happy to hear about the booking changes. As with a lot of entries in the journal, less clicks is always good. The benefit of the expanded window size, I guess!

<p>One thing I really hope is improved is AI storylines. It never failed to click on a AI companies story lines, see a bunch of matchups then go look on their cards and never find any of those people working together...In a rare occasion it would be 1 match or angle in a months worth of programming with no PPV payoff.</p><p> </p><p>

I would like to see these guys in angles together and possibly a pay off match at a event.</p><p> </p><p>

I don’t remember well but I don’t even think auto booker books your storylines as a user.</p>

<p>I’m looking for some clarification about controlling developmental and child companies. If this has already been clarified or discussed I apologize in advance.</p><p> </p><p>

Example. I am running a real life mod of WWE. Player 1 (Tom for instance) is playing his save as WWE with developmental/child companies NXT, NXT UK. Will Tom be able to play as WWE as well as NXT/NXT UK as in booking/push decisions/titles held and various other features or will “Tom” (player 1) have to add another player (Player 2 “Bob”) in order to play as either child/developmental company.</p><p> </p><p>

If I didn’t explain what I mean well I apologize. Essentially, to hopefully clarify, if I’m HHH currently I book WWE/NXT/NXT UK, lets say, will the game allow me to do that or will I need Vince to book WWE (player 1) and HHH to book NXT (player 2)</p><p> </p><p>

Thanks! And hoping to hear about allowing for more brands (unlimited would be fun) and more specified brand focus at some point (a brand for young wrestlers, women, luchadors etc.)</p>

As for say WWE and NXT, let's say I want to call someone up and they happen to be a champion. Could I now give a order to NXT that I want to call a talent up and have them actually book the champion to lose, rather than calling them up and have a vacant title?

<p>I'm going to be honest, wasn't sure I was going to buy this (skip until next time) but after reading the journal so far there is a huge selling point that I may not be able to resist.</p><p> </p><p>

If I'm understanding correctly, we can now pre-book shows to include angles for as many shows as we want, and as much of or as little of the shows as we want?</p><p> </p><p>

For example, if I want my main feud to span a year, starting after my biggest PPV and ending with it the following year, I can book it... then book my next biggest, etc.? I can actually dig up some old storylines and set it all up ahead of time, and maybe come back and put in more or take out less at any time? If I am understanding everything right, this is one of the things I've been waiting for (that I didn't know I was waiting for) ever since the storyline set-ups have been taken out.</p><p> </p><p>

Don't care as much about placement as long as I can edit it (move up and down the card) anytime I want.</p>

I love that the Independent Shows will happen more frequently and with bigger sizes. That will be great for organic mods and trim down on real world mods. There's not going to be much of a need for 60 companies in the game when the bulk of them could just be auto generated Indy shows, which will lead to much faster game loading times. This way the companies that do make it into the real world mods will need to be unique enough in some sort of way that warrants them being in.

Nice, fresh entry today. Experience is something I've always considered to be a part of psychology in previous games, but it's nice to have it be its own stat from now on. Definitely something that is realistic, and I like the added strategic element of older wrestlers now becoming more valuable by default. So there's an actual incentive to keep them on the payroll, however much it may hurt.
