<p>I'm not sure if this is a bug, or if I'm missing something.</p><p> </p><p>

I've been working on a custom RL mod and I've got Allie and Penelope Ford both at about 25 popularity to start.</p><p> </p><p>

I go a single month out in my watcher games and they've both jumped to 50-53 popularity... For no discernible reason. Anyone got any idea how or why this is happening? Seems insane that something like this should even be possible.</p>

....so...I'm in September now and I haven't seen any training centers graduate new workers....

is it my mod? Is this normal?

...should I give it another 3-4 months?

I'm guessing it's your mod. Playing the default, I've seen 9 workers in the first week (including 3 women!).

Best answer ever. Said nobody.

If you're not familiar, do a search on your roster for these attributes:

-Comedy Match Worker

-Noted Comedy Match Performer

You can also find some of your most charismatic lower card (below Well Known, I'd say) and as long as they don't have the 'no comedy matches' or 'poor comedy match performer' attribute, they'd probably work. Make the match 10 mins or less. Make sure it has the COMEDY road agent note (which is what UEWpro was referring to).

Thank you. I ran my first show with these tips. Here's the result (Some mor text underneath the image)

U0ll6Cw.jpg

This was actually a better result than the RAW I ran earlier but still upset my network. Howver, some concerning ratings. I had several segments with no penalties listed (and actually a lot of bonuses), but yet stilled get somewhat low ratings. Upon checking in the editor, the guys in question have at least decent popularity (>70 or >75) but this still happens.

It’s interesting that your main event is 73 and your best angle is 92, depending on your angle to match ratio I’d expect a total show rating of at least about 75 to 80 here, not sure why it’s so low.

Did you get pinged for anything else (lack of interesting storylines/worker overuse) by any chance?

2. How do you improve a worker's toughness?

You don't, but Toughness does almost nothing.

Are subscription networks even good? The expected per month income when creating them is always lackluster when I think about how much a TV deal would get me with a potential for more popularity gain.

I think you also get a substantial amount of money per show, but I'm not sure of the exact details.

Hmm … good question as I like to use a subscription based model. 2016 loved it.

Besides its a matter of principle. You want my content you gots to pay me for it. Ain't no free rides here and no middle men. Show me the money!

This is where a highlight show would come in handy. A little extra dough and a way to sell subscriptions to my network. SWF This Week or something like this.
