  1. The game is finished now, so you're not gonna see some game-changing suggestions being implemented. But if you look at the change log, you'll see that there are quite a few changes with the note "per user request". So it's not like suggestions are being dismissed entirely.
  2. To be honest, I think the NJPW USA thing is just their way of promoting their USA shows. I doubt they'll actually start with their own seperate roster for the U.S. However, there's now a weekly show from their U.S. base on NJPW World, called "NJPW Strong". It runs every Friday Night ET, so that might fit your needs. Due to the COVID situation, it's filled with quite a few indy guys, though. So, it's not your typical New Japan show. But it's an easy hour to watch.
  3. The only thing that changes is that you won't be able to use him as a wrestler anymore. http://www.greydogsoftware.com/forum/showpost.php?p=2402429&postcount=2
  4. I think with awards there's an element of randomness involved, so that's probably why you ended up with that situation.
  5. Yeah, I didn't make my point clear enough. What I meant to ask was: Are there actually truly unscripted promos in real life? Isn't the unscripted promo option in the game already what the op suggested (workers getting bullet points, the rest is up to them)?
  6. In real life, aren't workers always given bullet points for their promos anyways? I've always viewed the no-script option in the game as exactly that: The road agent tells them what the promo should generally be about, but it's up to the wrestler on how to get the point across.
  7. There is a way, although possibly not optimal. Use the "end storyline" road agent note, then go back to the booking screen once that match is over and create the new storyline. I haven't tested it, but you should be able to do this with on-the-fly-booking.
  8. It is fluid, though. There are levels of being exhausted from a match. If you go just a minute over the limit, the game will tell you the worker was "visibly tiring" and it will only slightly affect their performance as opposed to the note "worker x was exhausted by the end". Also, whenever they go over their limit, their stamina will improve, at least that's how it worked in previous games.
  9. How does he perform? If he's still able to deliver main event performances, why not keep the belt on him?
  10. How is the game supposed to know that you only changed the schedule temporarily? Just change it back to Fridays on Saturday Week 3 and you should be good.
  11. <p>Are product trends static or can they change over time like in 2016? Because from the looks of it, you have to set eras in the database if you want trends to change and they don't seem to change on their own during gameplay.</p><p> And since there are no specified eras in the default database, that would mean that product trends would be the same forever, which is a shame.</p>
  12. I find the move up/down system more tedious than the new mode. But to each their own. But yeah, drag & drop would be the perfect solution, but it's seemingly technically not possible.
  13. <p>Keep your NJPW World subscription if you don't want them to go under. If you can afford it, of course.</p><p> I haven't touched the site for quite a while, but they're still getting my money each month.</p>

Really enjoying this game, first time I’ve played/downloaded It but longtime TEW player. Any plans on making a new one?</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> If I remember correctly, Adam Ryland mentioned that WMMA5 was likely going to be the last one out of this series.</p>

In TEW 2020, the broadcaster coverage levels are absolute, meaning any kind of medium-sized broadcaster is better than any other kind of small broadcaster. I guess time slots could still be a modifier in that equation, but I'm not sure.</p>
  16. Not sure if they're the best, but Elliot Thomas and Dean Daniels are my go-to job guys in TCW at the moment.

I only asked the question because I couldn’t find the section myself.<p> </p><p> So I guess this would mean guys like Dave Hebner really shouldn’t be Road agents in TEW2020 as they’ve never had any time in ring?</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> I don't have the game open right now, but I think it's under workers --> worker skills --> experience.</p><p> </p><p> And yes, I think you're right: A worker who hasn't been actually wrestling much if at all should not have a high experience rating.</p><p> </p><p> </p><blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="1PWfan" data-cite="1PWfan" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="47568" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>This may have already been asked, but what's the metric by which show quality's impact on size is measured? I know that your shows have to be better than your current size to improve your name value, but how much better? For example, my first show in RMW was rated at a 26 over a size of 9, my second show at 34 over 9 and my third at 32 over 9. As you can see, despite putting on shows way over my size it's not gone noticeably up, so I'm wondering how that rating impacts size increase.</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> The handbook explains very well how a show gains popularity. As I said, I don't have the game open right now, but take a look yourself.</p>

Does anyone if you get penalised if you use that road agent note in, say a "Classic Southern Rasslin" product? I'd like to have a hair vs. hair match and want to use that note unless it penalises the match.</p>
  19. You could download the trial versions for both those games. I'm not 100 % sure, but you should be able to use the database converter, even with the trial versions.
  20. <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="codey_v2" data-cite="codey_v2" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="47579" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>Anyone notice how pretty much every masked wrestler is getting a regen in their game? I like legacy characters, but I wish they were reserved more for retired guys, guys in their forties, and guys where that's more expected like Mexico and Japan. I mean I just got Babau II and the original is only 32 himself. Then there's guys like El Jaguar Jr, who I can only assume is El Jaguar's nephew, not son, because he's only 12 years younger.</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> To be honest, that doesn't sound like it's working correctly. Regens (including legacy wrestlers) are only supposed to appear when a worker retires or dies in the game. Unless something has changed in 2020.</p>
  21. This should help players who are new to the game a whole lot. But even as a long-time player, I have just imported the angles into the database and my save games just in case I ever need some inspiration or if I'm not sure what to rate a worker on in a certain situation. Thank you very much for this.
  22. Here's a really helpful explanation about the difference of the two: http://www.greydogsoftware.com/forum/showpost.php?p=2414698&postcount=782
