  2. When I ask the assistant for possible main event fights, does it take into account the level of show? I've got a GAMMA Battle Lines show set up as a lesser show and some fights that are labelled as "strong main events" don't show up as main events when I ask the assistant.
  3. Groin shots are illegal, doesn't matter if it's a men's fight or a women's fight. I think if you sort by reputation on the match making screen (which determines the rankings), it sorts the unranked fighters, too. So, you should be able to rank your unranked fighters that way. Oh, that's a cool feature. I like it.

Why no announcement, though?</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Yeah, I think that's because he's got no roles assigned. I don't know if that's an oversight as skinsfan suggested. Sam is going to entirely leave the business pretty soon anyways so there really is no reason for him to have a role at the start of the game.</p>
  5. <p>Playing as KDM FC I have broadcasting deals with SportTube and SportsAsiaCast. The former shows my events for free while the latter is a ppv carrier. </p><p> Is there any drawback for showing my events on both channels? Will the ppv numbers take a hit?</p>
  6. You're welcome. The "create an mdb file" feature comes in very handy sometimes. And yeah, I agree about the second part. This is not true in 2016, by the way. Pre- and post-show segments have no impact on crowd management/perfect show theory, per the player's handbook.

  8. I mean, if I get in jail for such a long time in real life, my employer can legally fire me, at least where I come from. So, it should happen in the game, as well.
  9. <p>Many thanks for the work you've been doing. Looking to start up an NJPW save game and noticed a few things:</p><p> </p><p> - Henare has recovered from his injury. He participated in the World Tag League.</p><p> - The Briscoe Brothers haven't worked a match in New Japan since the G1 special. Not sure if they should technically still be on their roster</p><p> - Ricochet is not with NJPW, either</p><p> - The winners of the World Tag League 2017 are EVIL & Sanada. You have them listed as Makabe and Honma. EVIL & Sanada should probably be an actual team in the database, too.</p>

  15. Thanks for the reply. As for #2: Except for ppv buy-rates, over-exposure is not a thing in this game according to the player's handbook. So I don't think that's the issue here. Interesting. Just to clarify: For example, if I were to hold a 6 men tag match with Team A (Two veterans, one young lion) vs. Team B (Two veterans, one young lion) where a veteran of team A pinned the young lion from team B, the young lion from team A would not be penalized for beating a team with veterans in it? I just tried it myself and got a deal with a commercial broadcaster to show my weekly events and it makes almost ten times as much money than the touring deal. Didn't think of an actual tv show because it's not realistic and probably makes just as much money attendance-wise and tv revenue-wise than weekly events. The reason I was asking was that I got an owner goal to improve my finances which I'm not sure I'll be able to achieve, so I need every $$$ i can possibly get. Again, thanks for your input.

  19. How about you make that an official suggestion instead of having a useless discussion about it here? I think this is what you're looking for: http://www.greydogsoftware.com/forum/showpost.php?p=2222162&postcount=2
  20. You can only negotiate broadcasting deals for your own company and your development company. So, in your case the answer is no.

Theoretically, fans in Southern Mexico have seen the match twice again, just online instead of on TV</div></blockquote><p> I'm not sure about that, but I don't think it's the same. In the game, internet coverage has so little effect on popularity change (at least it had in TEW 2013) that it wouldn't make sense for it to count towards repetitive booking.</p><p> </p><p> </p><blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="DarK_RaideR" data-cite="DarK_RaideR" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="41194" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>How do the above change in the case of say, a Japanese promotion on a touring schedule? Events are probably the same, but I think the Player Handbook mentions that it's different when you have a deal to broadcast tour highlights. In that case, since fans have only watched the highlights and not the proper match, there would be no repetitive booking penalties, right? Again, how does broadcasting shows online change that? If a touring company streamed their shows and did the same match every week but in a different area of Japan, would they get repetitive booking penalties?<p> </p></div></blockquote><p> Per the handbook touring highlights work the same as regular broadcasting deals, so repetitive booking should work the same for touring companies.</p>
