  6. Yeah, short term contracts are exempt from that. Forgot to mention. I think the reason is the small coverage. I think in the player's handbook, it states that the region the show is held in is considered as having "medium" coverage, which would explain why you only gain popularity there. Not sure it still applies to TEW 2016, but in 2013, workers under 61 psychology always got the road agent pop-up that they can't call matches in the ring. So, if you have any worker involved in the match with less than 61, the match should not be called in the ring. The way I do it is this: If all the wrestlers involved in the match have a higher psychology stat than the rating I expect for that match, I have them call it in the ring. If all their psychology stats are lower than the expected match rating, I make them work with a script. Any other scenario, I'll choose neither call in ring nor a script. I vaguely remember a post by Adam, Derek or someone else of that calibre that was similar to my approach, which is the reason why I've been doing it that way.

  17. In my watcher game with the default database, RAW rose to national in October 2018 and went back and forth between cult and national for almost two decades. In August 2034, they lost their tv deal for "Attitude!" causing the show to go off air. They brought it back in 2035, when they signed a contract with 1-Choice TV, a ppv broadcaster. That deal only lasted for three months, though, and since then RAW is left without any broadcasting deal and have been holding monthly events since then. In February 2036, the promotion fell to regional and even to small in June 2038. I find this amazing.
  18. They might have reached their popularity cap. Unfortunately not. I vaguely remember that someone suggested it way before TEW 2016 was released, but for some reason this wasn't added. The problem with ending the storyline before the show is that you won't gain any bonuses for the blow-off match from the storyline heat. So, while it's currently the only way to do it, it's still not a great way to do it.
  19. January 2029 in a watcher game. That was unexpected. I expected 21CW or USPW to be the first company to reach global size but WLW is really surprising. http://i100.photobucket.com/albums/m27/Johannes_04/WLWGlobal.jpg
