  2. It's just never come up. It's easier for Adam to consider them canon because Derek did an excellent job at putting the pieces together and filling in the blanks. The history of the Cornellverse isn't A Song of Ice and Fire... it doesn't really have that much depth to it besides the minimum amount of effort. In some ways that's kinda the point.
  3. Tertiary are titles below the midcard titles, such as the European title in the Attitude Era, or the Cruiserweight title in the Ruthless Aggression Era. Titles that don't mean too much. Floating titles are titles that could be any of the three levels. It's dynamic. It means that it's meant for anyone, basically.
  4. As someone who always used grades in previous games, I have to admit... Letters have more nuance and forces you to see what is happening in your promotion, I think it was a good change to the game.
  5. You should probably shoot for a wide range of title reign lengths, based on the stories you want to tell. It's noble, I guess, to put a belt on someone for 2 years or whatever, but there's nothing wrong with giving someone a one month title reign. Just from a gameplay perspective, short title reigns can dampen the repetitive nature of main event scenes and heighten creativity. Midcard titles should be changed with regularity. Tag especially due to the nature of how tag divisions function.
  6. Yeah. Face and heel performance aren't skills anymore.
  7. What do you mean? It says so in the turn screen, the talk to worker screen, in the attributes section in profiles, and maybe a couple other places. Also not all tag teams have to split via turn. There's been tag teams that just fizzle out. Mighty Meaty aren't a unit tag team, too. Individual tag teams are meant to be short lived things that happen frequently.
  8. It is terrible though. The median age in my company is like 37. That's kinda the fun of it though. There's options to either run with the old people and really lean into it, or rebalance the roster with good young guys. (I've chosen to run with the old guys.)
  9. I wanted to but never did. Their product is very basic and super boring.
  10. Update: I've decided to see if this is a good idea and if people like it by trying it out with the 2020 Cornellverse first. I'm going through the history of the C-Verse, both in canon and from my own perspective and adding in negative relationships, positive relationships, and romance relationships. I've decided not to touch the Loyalty one because those have a rather significant effect on the game. I worked on this for a few hours today, and then realized that I also had to change people's personalities to match their characters. So "Better As Heel" workers will be getting some mild negative personalities and "Amazing Babyface" workers will be getting some major positive personalities. I think it would be fun for people to be able to change people's allegiances in the game when you turn people. For example, changing a team's relationship in the editor to Hatred after a turn, then back when they reunite, and it could be a good organization tool too.
  11. The way I interpret it is that essentially you're asking yourself "If we had an infinite seat venue, how many people would show up?" It's incredibly unrealistic if you look at the actual numbers, but would it have been possible that WWF could have run 60k seaters a month with the resources to do it? Maybe. However, I still think the events attendances are busted. TV attendances seem good, but the multiplication of TV to Events is very off.
  12. The game is kinda like Madden in a way where if you judge it on a game by game basis it's a little weak, but if you judge it on its individual merits it's really good.
  13. I was thinking about doing a historical mod but had an idea for something different. How about a mod completely in kayfabe? Of course being able to decide a winner in matches doesn't make too much sense, but I think it would be kinda cool and unique that Undertaker and Kane were brothers, Hornswoggle was Vince's son, Edge and Vickie were married, and so on... Thoughts?

  15. No the hype feature itself doesn't stack, but every fighter gains more popularity based upon their momentum, and who they're beating and how.

  17. Is it stamina related? Are you using things like Slow Build and Storyline match aims and stuff? These things lessen stamina effects and they're not working as hard.
  18. Damn, this is awesome. One thing I think could be looked at is WCW's main event scene. They have 8 Major Stars. I don't think The Giant was a Major Star. He was the champion at Hog Wild, but he was never really a major player for them in that way. Luger definitely should be just a Star. Nash and Hogan are kinda questionable too in my opinion, and Flair had lost a little steam at this point as well.
  19. The Tournaments feature is purely for cosmetic use. It's actually a pain for one night tournaments because the tournament doesn't update when you book the matches of course, but when you run the matches in the show. It's still cool, though, to see your brackets throughout the years. The easiest way is still just writing it down. Make your list of faces. Make your list of heels. Start with the finale. For example... Hawkins vs Andrews Hawkins vs Stone Andrews vs Killer Shark Hawkins vs A Andrews vs B Stone vs C Killer Shark vs D Hawkins vs A vs Andrews vs B vs Stone vs C vs Killer Shark vs D vs and so on. You work backwards. Then you put those first round matches in the tournament tracker, and book the matches. I have found it helpful to keep the Winner vs Loser format where the winner is on the left side just so I get it right. I've had no screw ups yet, but it could happen. I would suggest making sure to save before running the show, then going back to the booking screen while running the show when you're at the finale and checking the tournament screen again. If you messed something up, end the TEW2020.exe in the task manager and fix it. Don't forget to put the Tournament title on the line in the finale.
  20. Disable New Style Colored List in Your Preferences. It's not in every menu though.
  21. <p>I think if you're trying to nerf the 2005 stats and popularity, a good place to start would maybe be like a mix of 2013 and 2016 values, where appropriate of course. </p><p> </p><p> I think popularity could be handled by lowering the popularity ceiling to 2020 areas, and just smooshing the values in the top of the cards and cleaning up some trouble spots in the upper midcards.</p>

The drop down menu with all the wrestlers has "Entire Roster" in it.</p>
