cmbell27
Who is your Undertaker? By that I mean who is the most protected worker in your games? Currently I am booking Vengeance in the unbeatable "phenom" kinda role.

Remianen
Saving Grace (Harper) is kind of a Ministry era 'Taker for me. She wrestles relatively infrequently, is always booked to look strong, and has a crew around her to ensure she's always protected.

NWO4until01
Without insulting the creation that is the C-Verse, which I rate very highly... its clear that Vengeance is at least partially based on the Undertaker, which kind of makes it difficult not to treat him as such. although that didnt really stop me from jobbing him partially.

Marat Kohklov is protected to the point that he's yet to be pinned in my game.
Slagaholic
It WAS The Big Problem under the name The Big Evil. But now it's Sozen Ishinomori. For some reason he learned Spanish fluently before an inkling of English. Odd.
alden
I have two. Angry gilmore....I don't know why but he always is the most protected person in my games. and Marat, how do you not have the guy be a dominate monster?
DreamGoddessLindsey
You guys use the Protect note on your main eventers? I always felt you were only supposed to use it on people who have weak spots to need to hide.

James Casey
Brandon James.

It's not deliberate, exactly, but he's the only person in my 6.5 month SWF game to go unpinned so far. I had a vague idea Remo was unbeaten as well, but he's lost a couple, as has Money. Jack Bruce and Steve Frehley lose a lot more then you might expect, but always to main eventers.

Vengeance has menace and entertainment skills to keep him hot, so he's lost a few. Khoklov has been pinned - cheaply - by Jack Bruce, but his push means that's irrelevant.

Through it all, though, Brandon James hasn't been pinned.

What I meant was I can't afford to have Hawkins lose very much because Tommy will get pissed if his momentum drops below a certain amount. I've been walking on eggshells ever since signing Greg Gauge (worked for a Cult size promotion)

Also @DGL, what McFly said. I very rarely use the protect note. He's that guy whose literally a Global Icon in my WCW game. His mask prestige (100%) makes him one of the most marketable guys ever and his performance skills have improved a lot over the years. His long standing rivalry with Jay Chord is the most recognized feud in WCW history.

I started using him a lot in TEW08 and really loved his background info. The fact he was a football player and his knee was injured (same thing happened to me, but it was my back) made me feel for him. I decided since he starts TEW 2010 as MAW Champion and is the focal point of MAW, that he'd stay that way in WCW for as long as he was in good physical shape.

I keep him completely protected by mixing him in with opponents who he can help out (overness / skills) without them hurting him (overness / injury). I give him mandatory vacations when he's done a long program with somebody. He's actually on vacation right now in my WCW game for another two months (he just dropped the World Heavyweight title to Jay Chord two months ago). I have to give him a good amount of time off every year (like Taker) in order to keep him in decent shape.

I don't think anyone's talking about using the note, they're talking about who they protect through booking. And if we're using BigPapa's definition, then my entire main event except Nina the Psycho Ballerina, would qualify. In my real world games, Melissa, Sara del Rey, Nikki Roxx, and Rain are often protected the same way. MsChif too, if I have her.
