AND How do YOU use them?

Do you put any UPPER or Mainevent guys on your B shows?

Do the low grades for B Shows hurt your overall popularity?

Any other info would be great. I just got a B show and I am just not sure of the best way to use it. Any help would be great. Thanks!

I usually use B-Shows to get my upper midcard feuds going so a lot of the angles are upper midcard guys (this way they don't tank my main shows) and then main event is usually between upper midcarders. Other than that I use it to build the momentum of the midcarders I'm going to feed to my Upper Midcard and Main Event guys on my main show.

B-Show grades don't effect your popularity and you're guys won't complain about being left off the show.

Sorry to be a pain, but trying to figure out the best way to utilize the B show.

How would you split up workers?

I have three shows: TWO "A" SHOWS and the one "B" SHOW.

I thought about splitting all of my MAINEVENTERS and UPPER MID into two groups and putting them on the TWO "A" shows and putting ALL MID CARD and Below guys on the "B" SHOW. Do any of you think that is wise or should I do a different type of split? Thanks!

It's like someone asked you what color you liked best and you went on a diatribe about shades and hues and stuff. Prince Hamlet for real, but for a much lesser reason. Let me give you the bottom line on B shows (credit to Dwayne Johnson):

IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW YOU USE THEM. The fact of the matter is, B shows are (generally speaking) for developing talent. People who don't make featured appearances on the A show(s), can do so on the B show(s). I don't split up my roster to account for a B show. That's daft.

How should you use B shows? It doesn't matter.

Who should you use on B shows? It doesn't matter

Who should win/lose/draw on B shows? That's right, it. doesn't. matter.

B shows don't affect your promotion popularity or momentum. Thus, they don't matter and don't warrant the wringing of hands and gnashing of teeth. Generally speaking, my upper midcarders headline my B show but that's only because I tend to revolve my A show around my main eventers. I'll run hype angles for the main eventers on the B show but somewhat rarely. A main eventer appearing on a B show is likely only there for an angle. I film my B show in places that coax my headliners to make appearances more than normal (Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Mediterranean, etc) but the basic strat is often having the midcard singles or tag team titleholders in the main event of the B show. Your B show will automatically draw less than half the number of viewers that your A show does (even though they're on the same network), by design, so you probably don't want to be burning your headliners' momentum on Sunday Night Heat.

A B show is basically a throwaway show you can use to test for chemistry, work out programs, and just throw your Bob Hollys and Val Venis's into matches so they don't rust to the core.

I can't wait until I get a B show. Plan to use it to build heat for my Cruiserweight and extremely neglected Womens division. Seems like that would be about the best use for it since I hire a lot of guys and then just feel like I never get to use them.

I like to keep a steady supply of jobbers on hand, jobbers that fit the specs of whatever divisions I have. Typically, I have midcarders beat them to maintain their spot, and rising young upstarts beat them to climb up the ladder, and earn their way to the main stage. I also have a few Lower Midcarders (or even Midcarders) who function as "Jobbers to the Stars", and lose to upper carders in B Show main events.

I also sprinkle in Main Eventer promos, and hype videos for angles or upcoming matches to even things out.

I like to try and make it as 'real' as possible.

Basically, what I do is fill it with midcard or below matches, 3 or so. And then for angles I take the main two or three angles from my 'A' Show and "re-run" them, aka using a video to show what happened on the 'A' Show, kind of like how WWE could show what Cena did on RAW during Superstars in a recap video.

My last B show had eight matches (six tag, one trios, one fourway) featuring 34 wrestlers. There were also four angles to advance storylines and also (probably) some hype angles and 1 rated/7 unrated angles. My previous show had ten matches with 37 workers in the mix.

I don't generally feature important matches or angles on the B-show, but something to keep the heat bubbling? Yeah, absolutely.

Main eventers make occasional appearances on my B show. Angry Gilmore went through a spell of wrestling there regulalrly (and, indeed, was in the main event of my last show) when he wasn't getting much match time on Supreme TV. Vengeance shows up a fair bit because he makes for great angles, if only so-so matches. I plan to have Christian Faith and Eric Eisen be resident main eventers over the coming months to boost my talent development. Anyone who doesn't get better from being in the ring with Faith, frankly, doesn't deserve to be on the roster. Both also have the entertainment chops to knock those 1/7 angles out of the park, and should deliver handy boosts to the midcarders' momentum along the way.

The same can be said for BSC's default product. Heck, even my product can have workers with decent resilience do 10 matches in one show and be back at 100% inside of five days.

Good point - completely forgot that.

Don't try it in Japan or PSW <img alt=":D" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/biggrin.png.929299b4c121f473b0026f3d6e74d189.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

When you're denied a B show by the network you already have your A show on (only way to get a B show ofc), I realize it's cause the wrestling industry and/or economy are in the dumpster. But how high do they have to get until a network will air a B show (grade..)? Furthermore, I am guessing the network's stance on wrestling influences this, correct? I'm constantly being turned down by Spike and it's beginning to get a little annoying, lol ^^.

What size are you? You need to be national or higher to get a B show

I tend to anchor a B-show by an upper midcarder who has ALMOST all the tools to go to the top.

He wrestles there solidly against talented workers. He spends a lot of time rocking the mic. His popularity goes up, his skills develop, and he grows - and everyone else benefits from his overness, and from working him.
