TERRY THUNDER
The penultimate show before Flashpoint began with TCW President Terry Thunder looking forlorn in the centre of the ring. Thunder reminded the audience that the main event of the show was set to be Silverback against Tanner Ellis for a shot at the World title. However, explained Thunder, during the dark match on last week's show Silverback suffered a knee injury and would be unable to compete in the match. Title shots must be earnt, said Thunder, and for that reason he could not simply grant Tanner Ellis the title shot. Instead, Tanner Ellis would face a replacement opponent – the self-professed ratings winner, Jarid Hart!

In the backstage area British Lions' valet Vickie James was stood alongside her client Paul Crowley. Referencing the brawl that occurred on last week's show, James made a challenge on behalf of Crowley to Blade, the de facto leader of the East Coast Uncensored group. With a match for the Lions already booked for Flashpoint, James suggests the following Breakthrough would be a perfect time for the contest to take place.

LOS BORICUAS - TALON
While Vickie James' promo took place within the bright confines of the makeshift interview area, the next segment was in the darkest confines of the Engine Room where the three members of Los Boricuas – Alvaro Buey III, Azaria and Alex Vidal had cornered the face-painted warrior Talon. Questioning the fellow Puerto Rican, Los Boricuas demanded to know why Talon was not helping them win matches, being a fellow Islander himself. Talon explained that he didn't agree with Los Boricuas and he didn't agree with their actions – not what Alex Vidal wanted to hear. Fortunately for Talon, Vidal was held back by Alvaro Buey, who calmed his friend by explaining Talon “was not worth the hassle”. Vidal still managed to spit on Talon's shoes before the group headed off, much to the painted wrestler's relief!

OMAR XAVIAN - ERIN SCOTT
Backstage TCW's resident Caribbean wrestler, Omar Xavian, cut an interview with Erin Scott. The interview was focused almost solely on the recent actions of “The Model” Caleb Adonis and his valet Miss Kelly, including the tainted win from the first show, and last week's unexpected backstage assault. Xavian admitted to being caught off-guard last week, but promised that it wouldn't happen again. Flashpoint, he said, the gloves come off. Fittingly, Xavian does actually wearing MMA-style gloves while wrestling and ending the segment he threw them to floor to emphasise his point...

"The Black Hart" Jarid Hart w/Cassidy vs "Easy Rider" Tanner Ellis

The main event was a classic, and without a doubt the standout match so far in the short history of TCW.

squared off for a place in the main event of Flashpoint and with such a huge opportunity at stake both men went all-out for the victory. Hart was exceptional in his high-flying, while Ellis used his southern, no-nonsense brawling to good effect. In the end Jarid Hart, who is also on fire at the moment in DRAGON Pro Wrestling, won out with a perfectly executed

to ensure his place at Flashpoint.

RESULT: Jarid Hart wins at 10:45! C-

TERRY THUNDER - JARID HART - ARES
The match complete, Terry Thunder appeared at ringside to congratulate Jarid Hart (albeit a little begrudgingly), and to get him to sign the match contract. Only seconds after Hart had put pen to paper, however, his opponent for the vacant TCW World title, Ares, game charging down to the ring and laid out the Englishman! Terry Thunder did his best to separate the two, but they wanted to start the fight then and there and the scuffle kept breaking out no matter how hard the wrestling icon fought against it. In the end it took the assistance and complete efforts of both TCW referees, Terry Thunder, and both road agents Rocky Roselli and Rick Robard to keep the two wrestlers apart long enough for the show to go off the air.

Just before Thunder looked to sign off and introduce the first match she was interrupted by the roar of a tiger and an exotic, traditionally-Indian theme tune. Tiger Singh demanded to know why he wasn't given a match on Flashpoint's card – to which Thunder just smiled. Punishment, she said. <p>Did you get a negative chemistry note for the main event (it certainly seemed that way guessing from the write-up)? Otherwise, I would have been expecting it to creep into C- territory instead of being only a notch above Sangoma and Tanner Ellis. Still, that's a pretty strong first PPV outing. Good to see Silverback's injury was nothing major and it was cool to finally get a glimpse of the TCW belts. I'm guessing props to MJ on those.</p><p> </p><p>
