TsuMirren
Looking forward to this, first save will probably be a 1994 game of All Star in the UK.

Oregano Jensen
Probably whatever new promotion seems most appealing. (Maybe not, though -- I didn't log a lot of time with any of the new 2013 promotions, in part because they represented niches/regions that I don't tend to play, and in part because I had a few extended games with self-made promotions.) If not, I have a few options in mind: CGC is high on the list, because they're my favorite company to book. I like how they're storyline-driven without (at least in my mind) being cartoonish, how they have a couple of interesting built-in challenges (surpassing NOTBPW and cracking the US market) and how they accommodate virtually every type of worker. That last one's particularly important with the new emphasis on having different match types. I also have a couple of scenarios in my mind -- I started a game a couple months back in which I took over USPW as Sam Strong and put myself back in the ring, but abandoned it when I realized the new game was coming up. I suspect Strong might not be in business by now, but I have a plan B which I might like even more, in which Strong does one last favor to his old friend Peter Valentine by installing him as the new head of the company. Last but not least, I'm a big fan of GAW in the Thunderverse, and want to do something like it here. Bring in a bunch of washed-up guys who used to work for big promotions -- the Nation of Filth, the Hillbillies, and so on -- and have them barnstorm around the country. Kind of NYCW-adjacent, but without the attempt to develop new workers.

Really cool idea, and something the IWC will not like. Great!
michael20001
ill probably play around in a converted present day mod, until a great attitude era mod comes out then i will hopefully have a long term game with that

MrSelfDestruct
usually mine is EXODUS 2010 or WEXXV, i doubt that will change
Slayen
My first 2013 game was MAW and I suspect that 2016 will be the same.
The Nickman
If I play Cornellverse it will be RAW, as they're a good cult-sized Australian promotion similar to the WWF Attitude Era in product. Real World I have Genadi's January 1999 Mod which I converted myself from TEW2010 to TEW2013 that I want to have a crack at converting to TEW2016. Pending how difficult that will be will make the decision of whether I play as 99 WWF or RAW.
BHK1978
Are you kidding me? The Internet is DEMANDING that Hillbillies vs Nation of Filth blood feud, brother. Truer words have never been spoken. As for my first save. I usually always run MAW, NYCW and CZCW so it will probably be one of those three. I would love to have a decent SWF, TCW, or USPW game but I highly doubt it will happen because for me they were damn near impossible to play in TEW13. Which sucked because I never found them hard to play before in any of the previous versions I have played going back to TEW07.
KnowYourEnemy
I'll probably try Burning Hammer first to utilize the new Super Junior weight system. I'm interested in both SWF or MAW. As far as a save goes, Burning Hammer is probably a good bet.
Bad Collin
After trying to destroy them so many times in '13 I am going to start with 21CW this time. I'll try and make some British megastars and start a British Wrestling media empire. After that a RTG game based in the US.
smwilliams
<p>Oh lord, who knows. Depends on the roster and the position of the companies. I'll probably stay away from any hardcore company (unless there's a massive shift that makes it too hard to pass up launching a diary). I could never really get into MAW for some reason. I've always gravitated towards NYCW for some reason, but not feeling it this year.</p><p> </p><p> Maybe, CZCW or another West Coast promotion if the war is in full swing.</p>
DanMTheMan
<p>I'm thinking about SWF, MAW/COTT, or a RTG for my first save....Maybe hit up Mexico or Japan! <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/redface.png.900245280682ef18c5d82399a93c5827.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> Won't know for sure what I'll do until I have the game in front of me *shrugs*</p>

Donners
I always do a local to global game as my first save with a created from scratch promotion with no contracts. I'll do the same, albeit perhaps a bit higher than local. The company HoF and evolving bios add more appeal to this playstyle.
soxfan93
I'll do the same, albeit perhaps a bit higher than local. The company HoF and evolving bios add more appeal to this playstyle. It really does. I've tried a few times but quit before cult. Maybe since I can be a member of the NWA and use the NWA Champions some day, I could give it an ardent attempt this time. Don't forget, no downsides for small feds is huge, too.
HG Morrison
I was thinking I'd go with an AAA game. It's usually the first company I hit up. But, I might go USPW. Might try to start with an RTG game.
kingjames
I'm a C-Verse player who enjoys playing pop > perf feds, but I don't feel like going into a huge national battle right off the bat. That gives me feds like AAA, CGC, 21CW. Though there may be some companies that have grown/shrank, or brand new companies, so I think I'll be spending some time browsing product settings for a bunch of promotions before I make my final first choice
Oregano Jensen
Yeah, a lot of it is dependent on how the game world has changed. (Personally, I hope we're in for a bigger overhaul than in past years, especially regarding an influx of prospects... ) I will say this: the new national battle system makes the notion of expanding from Canada to the US daunting. Appealingly daunting, maybe, but still daunting.
claxton110381
After all the new Dev Diary Updates, my list includes BHOTWG, to utilize the excursion, new junior/heavyweight seperation, etc, SWF for the new networks, etc. SWF is one of my favorite feds at the moment, MAW For all the territory stuff, and to try to get them, to National, a RTG save, because why not. I would also like to do SOTBPW and 21CW eventually, as I never really play in those countries.
