It lasts for the whole tour.

if i create an alter ego for an wrestler at WWE for example.

will this alter ego also count for the developmental leagues NXT & NXT:UK?

when they got sent down, will they use the same alter-ego as in the 'mother' federation, or do they need an alter-ego for every league separately?

thanks in advance! :)

anyone? :D

@Adam:

Could I get clarification on the following in the latest patch notes?

Did some work to reduce the number of high overness workers created during gameplay

Does this refer to

1. the number of newgens that already have high overness when they are created (ie MMA stars, football stars etc), or

2. the number of existing wrestlers that will be pushed to high overness levels (ie SWF won't end up having a ton of super-over main eventers in a couple years)?

What effect does the location of a training center have on the graduates it produces? Do training centers in regions with a more robust industry produce better wrestlers?

I don't believe that it has any effect beyond the nationality (and, therefore, possible names) of the workers produced. That is, unless you have a specific "Era" set in the database, where the relative numbers of workers with particular styles can be set by game region.

The way in which a "more robust industry" will be reflected in a region is by setting the quality of the training and facilities for the training centre. So two facilities with the same "Training" and "Facilities" levels should produce comparable workers, regardless of where they are based.

the number of existing wrestlers that will be pushed to high overness levels (ie SWF won't end up having a ton of super-over main eventers in a couple years)?

My understanding is that this is what it means, but I am not Adam, so I probably shouldn't speak for him.

Two questions that have come up while working on a mod:

1 - in the Dev Journal, Adam says the skill drip feed "stops cheap 'power gaming' tactics (such as spamming dark matches to give a worker multiple boosts) because there's a limit to how much a worker can learn at a time."

Does anyone know roughly what that limit is? Does that mean that there's no point in putting a young wrestler in a second match in a week for training purposes? Or does this only mean that more than one match a day gets capped?

2 - And there's no way anyone knows this, but... when I was working on the 1934 Mod I made a note for myself, and now on the current mod I'm trying to decipher it. With regards to how the game itself works, I wrote:

"Puro (CAP at 30), Hardcore (CAP at 30), Aerial (CAP at 45)"

This was in the notes on game mechanics, which means I must have got this info from a dev journal somewhere, or maybe an veteran poster, but I have *no idea what it means* now.

I am very disorganized.

Help?

That one is what I was hoping it was and it is my biggest gripe with the game so I am really holding thumbs.

Just starting a R2G game and I’m doing 2 shows a month. I’m getting really high scores (55+) for my 1 pop fed but the second show is saying no popularity change despite being such a high grade.

Is this a new patch thing? I’m getting 1 pop a month which is so slow! Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, sorry if this has been asked before but I can't seem to find it anywhere! In my company product I've got 'Major matches will be penalised if they don't have an associated storyline'. What constitutes a 'major match' in this context? What is the highest level of pushes I can get away with and not get this penalty?

There is a cap to the amount of popularity you can gain per month. This is to stop people from running shows every day to boost up their pop artificially. I don’t think you can change the rate at which this occurs, but you can affect the threshold at which you can gain pop under the growth limit option in settings. Go to settings and click the ? Icon to read the handbook about growth limits.
