Billy is over the hill, I did really like the angle from last show between him, Austin, and Brodie. It's like Brodie stole his son and just finds enjoyment out of knowing he had the power to take a son away from his father. Meanwhile the father just wants what's best for his boy. May not get the best ratings, but sometimes good storylines don't get the love they deserve.

I also have like a solid 10 jobbers signed that I rotate in and out on Dark, similar to Lee Johnson, Alan Angels and others are IRL. And a few guys I will use as TNT title challengers. Lots of <5 appearance contracts. Eventually I plan on moving Dark to national TV and making it a real show like the real AEW is planning, but TEW/RWC is set up where I can't cancel my YouTube streaming deal without paying almost $1 million (definitely not Questlove's fault though, it's an issue with the game itself unfortunately). That's a ton of money for a four PPV/year company lol. I THINK in the June 2020 RWC update, the one I am using, YouTube USA had exclusive rights, so I can't even get the damn thing on TV anyway. I am in the PM stage now so I can't check, but I think I also have like eight months left on the deal as well. Once Archer got to the ring, he didn’t attack Hardy. Instead, he stood about ten feet back with a huge evil grin on his face. They will continue their mission of destroying those who piss on tag team wrestling. Next week, they will put the belts up against two “luchadores” in Bandido & Flamita! Wheeler mentioned that those two spit on everything they stand for. After they win next week, they will keep defending the belts and proving that they are the saving grace of tag team wrestling! Ricky Starks – Wardlow’s mission to destroy the Dynasty bit by bit continued here tonight. Absolute Ricky Starks put up a hell of a fight, lasting thirteen full minutes with the big man, but eventually fell victim to a devastating powerbomb. At one point in the match, MJF grabbed Wardlow’s foot, which prompted referee Bryce Remsburg to eject the Dynasty from ringside! Without the help of his cronies, Starks was done for. (54) After the bell rang, MJF wasted no time in returning to ringside! He nailed Wardlow in the back with a hard forearm as Hammerstone and Richard Holliday followed him into the ring. The two of them held Wardlow up as MJF blasted his former bodyguard in the left eyebrow with the Dynamite Diamond Ring! Wardlow was left motionless in the ring with a small cut above his eye as MJF and crew left. Nyla may look tough going in, but once they step into the ring, Kris will beat her and move on to the next one. After the final bell, Billy looked up the ramp at his son, but Mr. Brodie instructed Cabana to take Austin to the back as the Dark Order stared down at Billy. The Exalted One cracked a smile as he looked down at his newest recruit’s father. It starts with their formation at Revolution in February, to PAC’s TNT Championship reign, to the present. PAC said that they have taken a backseat recently so they could bide their time before striking. But no worry, they will be back, and they will go straight for the head of the dragon that is AEW. CIMA – A nontitle match for the AEW World Champion. CIMA had a few bright spots but was of course no match for the undefeated Moxley. (72) Kenny Omega appeared on the ramp as Moxley celebrated his win. He had a microphone and spoke to get his foe’s attention. “Congratulations Jon. Another check in the W column. Keep it up, man! Undefeated in AEW, the only one actually. Hell, last year, Full Gear 2019 you beat me, Jon! But the thing is, you beat me at YOUR game: barbed wire, thumbtacks, glass. That shit isn’t wrestling. Also, that was last year’s Full Gear. I wasn’t myself. I wasn’t the Best Bout Machine. I wasn’t The Cleaner. This is a new year, a new Kenny Omega. No… this is the OLD Kenny Omega. At Full Gear 2020 Jon, I am going to CLEAN UP All Elite Wrestling; and it starts with you.” As those words came out of Kenny’s mouth, the Good Brothers attacked Moxley from behind! They quickly put the boots to him as Kenny walked to the ring. Kenny hit a V-Trigger on Mox and was preparing to finish him with a One Winged Angel when an unfamiliar theme hit the PA system. They both ducked lariats and nailed Karl Anderson and Doc Gallows with chairshots to the back! The Good Brothers knew they were in trouble and so they fled the scene as they both clutched their backs. Eddie Kingston grabbed a microphone! “Hey fellas, we’ve known Mox for fifteen years. We came up in this business together. We grinded, we bled, we killed ourselves to make a name. I’d be damned if my friend Homicide and myself were gonna stand back there and watch you punks try to disrespect the AEW Champion. Kenny Omega, I see you. Try that shit in Brooklyn and let’s see how Bulletproof you really are!” Homicide helped Mox to his feet as the three of them stared at Bulletproof who had already scurried up the ramp! Despite the best efforts of the more experienced challenger, Darby was able to hit a Coffin Drop for the pin after 16:28! As Darby celebrated, Matt Sydal walked over to him and offered him a handshake; a gesture that Darby accepted. Taz said that if they need to take matters into their own hands, they will. Brian Cage is a machine, and will destroy anyone who dares step in his path. Beat him if you can, survive if he lets you! Dustin asked the Bucks if either of them had contacted Hangman, because he and Cody couldn’t. Matt said no and Nick said that it might be time to look for a fifth man for The Match Beyond. Arn mentioned that no matter who they find, it wouldn’t be a worthy replacement. Stepping into those two cages requires synergy. The Elite has synergy, but if they are short Hangman, any other man would throw it off and they would fall to the Inner Circle. Cody seemed confident, mentioning that Hangman would come back. This isn’t the first time he’s done this. Whenever they needed him most, he was there. Now they need him more than ever, so there is no doubt in his mind that he’ll be back. “Trust me,” said Cody, “when Kenny turned on him, you guys were there for him. You saved him. Just give him time. There’s nothing that means more to him than his best friends. Jake Hager – An awesome main event! The two clashed as their two respective factions jawed at each other from ringside. Plenty of interference by the Inner Circle, but the Elite evened the odds each time. Towards the end, Hager went over a running powerslam, but Cody reversed it by rolling over for a pin attempt, but Hager kicked out at two. Hager went for a clothesline, but Cody ducked and hit his trademark springboard cutter! Two Cross Rhodes later and he put away the big man in 21 minutes! (75) Literally the second the bell rang, both groups hit the ring and brawled! The Young Bucks brawled with Santana & Ortiz, Chris Jericho and Sammy Guevara beat on the exhausted Cody, while Hager and Dustin Rhodes punched away at each other. Moments later, they ran at each other and brawled! Hangman took down Le Champion and pounded away at him as the crowd went absolutely ballistic! “COWBOY SHIT! COWBOY SHIT!” Hangman went to the apron and waited for a dizzy Jericho to stand… BUCKSHOT LARIAT! Hangman has single-handedly cleared the ring of the Inner Circle! I wasn't sure if Roberts & Archer were gonna join forces with Butcher & Blade, but then we got the surprise of Davey Boy Smith Jr. debuting. I don't understand why they needed a stable name considering it's DBS & Lance being managed by Jake Roberts, Killer Elite Squad would've worked, plus they could feud with the Elite over the Elite name or something. I'm glad to see DBS though I think he and Archer together make a great tandem. Maybe we'll be seeing a partner come in to help Matt .

Bandido & Flamita getting a title shot I'm honestly against, they've not been around at all so it's not like they earned it at all. I'd be ok if it was non-title but having the titles on the line is too far imo. It's basically any teams that have won matches it doesn't matter cause random teams will just come in and get opportunities ahead of you. I still like FTR's gimmick gimmick of ridding the tag team world of people who don't actually follow the rules of tag wrestling and instead just do whatever they want.

I'm also not a fan of Statlander, I think her gimmick is dumb. It has no depth to me besides I'm an alien I'll boop you. That's it to me, this isn't a you thing though that's just how she presents herself IRL. Never shown too much personality which just makes the gimmick feel stupid.

I'm surprised Billy got the clean win over Stu. Grayson has the most potential of any Dark Order member and a clean loss to Billy was a weird choice for me. Though I do really like this storyline and Grayson can easily get over the loss especially being in a team.

Now the best thing on the show, Moxley v. Omega promo. Omega made sense saying Moxley only beat him cause it was Moxley's specialty. If Omega had a match that was normal one on one he could've won. One could say Omega's loss there or maybe against Jericho started his singles downfall and led to his team with Page. The timeline moved smoothly to where we are with Omega going heel on Page and now looking to rekindle his greatness from Japan. The ambush was obvious but the save was a surprise and like I said on the GDS chat Kingston's promo was perfect!! I felt Kingston's energy and passion in it, you captured him great. Now Gallows & Anderson have a team to feud with, I wanna know what they have to say about that.

Taz & Cage hint at taking matters into their own hands. It's curious too me, I wonder what they have in mind. Maybe the TNT title?? :3

I really liked the promo from the Elite and Arn Anderson's role saying we need Page or else The Elite will lose. I think it added real desperation to what the hell are we gonna do without him. It could've been captured on better in the main event though. With Cody beating Hager clean and them thwarting the Inner Circle through the match it felt like they didn't need Page at all. Even during the brawl, it's not like the Inner Circle was taking over or anything before Page came out. It made the Inner Circle feel weak to me and that they need a plus for them desperately.

Comment: I'm glad too see Cody & Dustin teaming up, they're one of my favorite tag teams and were so underutilized in WWE together. Usually the heels get the advantage but I'm not sure with Hangman's return. The Elite is in great shape going into the match, but Jericho always has tricks up his sleeve, Page looks like the biggest threat so maybe they make him feel paranoid the Elite will turn on him like Omega did.

Comments: Darby getting constant wins over talent from elsewhere is a cool idea, I really like seeing every week the surprise factor of seeing a new established talent. Though it might not be sustainable forever it works great for right now.

Man that was some show. First the DBS debut was really good, i like that Archer is back with Smith however i think that Archer could be a monster heel by himself, too. Snake Pit is a cool name, but Killer Elite Squad would be fitting for all four guys, too.

Bandido & Flamita are a good team, but not sure about how they fit in. Don't get me wrong they could absolutely fit in but with Lucha Bros. in AEW too, maybe the spotlight will be split up instead of having one strong Lucha team.

Also i have to say the whole Kenny story is strong, Eddie & Cide (two of my all time US Indy faves) being in AEW is awesome and also the Elite-Page story is lovely. But i have to agree with CPBHBK that the Inner Circle looked very weak after that ending scene.

I like that you have a big roster, i'm a fan of big rosters too to have fresh matchups. And i would love to see one more unknown guy on your roster to booster Dark first: Jake Lander. He's a good wrestler and a great babyface!

Butcher & Blade are definitely with KES and Jake Roberts! I could've made that clearer though I suppose. The five of them are The Snake Pit.

The name Killer Elite Squad is like the best name for a tag team ever. I thought about keeping it for the group, but I wanted to only use it for when Archer/DBS team because that's really what it is IRL.

Bandido & Flamita are a one-off (unless they win!) and are the antithesis of everything FTR stands for so that's my reasoning for bringing them in.

Kingston & Homicide are absolute legends!! Being a New Yorker myself I know a lot of people who are just like Eddie lol.

Inner Circle looking weak was by design, because Hangman beating on them one by one really gets him over as a gamechanger.

Yeah the big roster allows me to do squashes on Dark and some on Dynamite without repeating. And keeps fresh matchups.

I'll check out Jake Lander! He currently works for AAW in this save so I can definitely use him on Dark.

In case anyone hadn't noticed, my AEW has a TON of factions, with some more on the way. I really enjoy faction warfare, because I am a huge fan of puroresu, and it gives the guys some backup when needed. Tag matches between factions before PPV matches is a huge plus as well!
