@Survive_The_Sting! @PizzaMaskIII What does defeat taste like? I wouldn't know since I won my match. Lol. #ScorpionIsGod #Champ

@Survive_The_Sting! @PizzaMaskIII For being such a "comedy wrestler" I do have more wins than you. Just saying. #ScorpionIsGod #Champ

@Survive_The_Sting! @PizzaMaskIII just to let you know Tori Montgomery and I are secretly dating. We don't want to put our business out there for the public. She tells me all the time she wants to have little arachnids in the future. Plus my wife and Te'Snilo gave me permission to date her. ;-) #ScorpionIsGod #Champ #ToriLuvsScorp

@Survive_The_Sting! Told you all that Sebastian Moore cannot hang with me.

@Survive_The_Sting! So the rumor is that Phoenix might be in the market for a new tag team partner. Interesting.

@Survive_The_Sting! To all the fans, just because I trademarked the name, "Poisonous Flame" doesn't mean I am Phoenix's new tag team partner....or am I? ;-)

Backstage in the Staples Center

"Hey you!"

The cut-throat world of pro wrestling sharpens a wrestler's instincts to the world around him, tuning out the noise of the humdrum and waiting for the next adversary to step up. The simplest statement can be a declaration of war, so when The Phoenix hears the gruff voice coming from behind him he prepares for the worst and most likely event to happen. Adrenaline still flowing, he turns and is ready to meet force with force as the man behind him quickly closes the distance...

Nuclear: Woah there Phoenix, I'm not looking for a fight. Just wanted a few words."

Also fresh off a victory and with sweat still on him, Nuclear Templeton raises his hands to show no ill intentions as Phoenix eyes him warily.

Phoenix: "We've never really talked before..."

Nuclear: "True, I'm not really the talking type. I tend to find my fists get most of the talking done for me, which is why I win more matches than the guys who let their mouths do it for them. But I've got a proposition for ya."

Phoenix: "And you thought shouting at me after a match was the way to go about getting my attention?"

Nuclear: "Not the best way perhaps, but I didn't expect to see you back here for a while yet. You kinda demolished that kid pretty quickly, and for that I've got to give you some respect. But there's been something I've been thinking on for a while and since we're here in the same place at the same time... hell, there ain't a better time. The Tag Team Turmoil Tournament is coming up in a couple of months and my regular partner ain't around any more. I got a lot of report cards that say I don't play well with others, but I think you and I could do good things together. That is... if you'd be interested."

Phoenix puts on his best poker face for Nuclear who looks him deep in the eyes, trying to read his thoughts as best he can. After a long pause with both men trying to size each other up, Nuclear breaks first.

Nuclear: "I don't need an answer today, but I'll need an answer. I've got options Phoenix, but you're my first choice, the best man for the job... hell, perhaps the best man here. You let me know what you want to do, but don't go thinking I'll wait forever. I just don't have that kind of patience."

Phoenix: "I understand. One way or another, I'll let you know."

Nuclear nods his understand and walks away, turning his back on one of the few men bigger than him in the League. Phoenix looks to be weighing up his options as we cut away to a random musical number...

@PizzaMaskIII- Hey if I was facing someone like Sebastian Moore I'd have won too.

@PizzaMaskIII- Plus not many guys I can spar with who are like Phoenix. Who at least beat me fair, unlike some people.

@PizzaMaskIII- Also re: Tori, pics or it didn't happen.

@PizzaMaskIII- Speaking of Phoenix. How does Team Bird Eye For The Pizza Guy sound? #ThinkAboutIt

@PizzaMaskIII- Oh, and Eidenhoek. Try not to Sarah Palin our match, k?

@Survive_The_Sting! @PizzaMaskIII Whatever son. If you focused more on your training instead of excuses you would be undefeated. #ScorpionIsGod #Champ

@Survive_The_Sting! @PizzaMaskIII Why would you want a training partner like Phoenix? You should be focusing on facing talent such as myself since I am the current reigning heavyweight champion of the world. Besides I pwn Phoenix everytime I face him. #ScorpionIsGod #Champ

@Survive_The_Sting! @PizzaMaskIII Regarding pictures of myself and Tori Montgomery you will never see them. Let's just say they are not for the public eye. ;-) #ScorpionIsGod #Champ #ToriLuvsScorp

@Survive_The_Sting! Looks like I'm going to have to contact my legal team at Benjarvis, Green, and Ellis to send @Nuke_da_Whales a cease and desist letter regarding his latest stunt he is trying to pull.

Season Five, Week Four

December 12, 2011

http://i986.photobucket.com/albums/ae344/ShadowedFlames/GDS%20League%20Stuff/BeyondRingsideBanner.jpg

And then, there was one. Good evening, everyone, and welcome to Beyond Ringside! I'm Tori Montgomery, and after a week riddled with surprises and upsets, only one undefeated remains...and it's not a wrestler most people would have predicted. We'll see how his road towards 18-0 proceeds this week, among the rest of the matches this week.

With that said, let's get started, shall we?

CURRENT SEASON STANDINGS

ALPHA DIVISION

1. Scott Stevens (2-1, 5.333 AMR)

2. Diamond (2-1, 4.667 AMR)

3. Maxx Skabb (2-1, 4.000 AMR)

4. Nuclear Templeton (2-1, 2.000 AMR)

5. The Phoenix (2-1, 0.000 AMR)

6. Thor Hammerskald (1-2, 4.333 AMR)

7. Pizza Mask III (1-2, 2.333 AMR)

8. Sebastian Moore (1-2, 2.333 AMR)

9. Eidenhoek Gaiaspade (1-2, 2.000 AMR)

10. Jack Lightning (1-2, 1.667 AMR)

OMEGA DIVISION

1. Master Imoka (3-0, 5.667 AMR)

2. Johnny Triumph (2-1, 7.667 AMR)

3. Super Century (2-1, 5.667 AMR)

4. Robbie Maynard (2-1, 5.333 AMR)

5. Rannulf von Krüshengberg (2-1, 2.333 AMR)

6. Sean (2-1, 1.333 AMR)

7. Dante Lorenzo (1-2, 5.667 AMR)

8. Tarik Nolan (1-2, 5.333 AMR)

9. Benjamin T. Stanton, Jr. (0-3, 9.667 AMR)

10. Ian Carlisle (0-3, 8.000 AMR)

TAG TEAM TURMOIL: SEASON FIVE

Only three weeks into the season, and a few teams have already been confirmed for the mid-season special:

DEFENDING CHAMPIONS: Vicious & Delicious: Diamond and Maxx Skabb

Ian Carlisle and Benjamin T. Stanton, Jr.

Thor Hammerskald and Sean

It's a fair assumption to say that the Axis of Flavor will return as a team this season, so I'd expect them to be announced as the fourth confirmed team before the holiday break.

The biggest story seems to be where The Phoenix will end up, as no fewer than three people have offered to, or hinted to, team with the big man for this event. I've tried to get in touch with the man himself to get a read on his position, but I've gotten but one reply from him, and it was via text message. That reply is below....

I'm not confirming or denying any partners for TTT. That is, except for Stevens. No way in hell I'd ever deign to team with him. Let him spread his lies; I'll beat him in the middle of the ring like the [censored] he is.

As for Nuclear and PM3...I'm still thinking.

PREDICTION CENTRAL

Most Correct for the Week: 8, by Comradebot who enters the prediction game with a big splash after missing the first two weeks.

Most Points for the Week: 14.36, by Dangrel. Despite only getting 7 correct, he takes advantage of the Imoka and Eidenhoek wins to claim top honors for the week.

Here are the standings after week three:

CURRENT PREDICTION STANDINGS

1. Wrestling Century: 36.56 points (7.85 last week), 16 total picks correct.

2. Dangrel: 33.46 points (14.36 last week), 18 total picks correct.

3. Ranson: 30.73 points (9.61 last week), 19 total picks correct.

4. Jman2k3: 29.97 points (8.02 last week), 17 total picks correct.

5. OctoberRaven: 28.31 points (6.31 last week), 15 total picks correct.

6. GruntMark: 27.62 points (0.00 last week), 15 total picks correct.

7. TheKenwyne: 27.49 points (10.33 last week), 17 total picks correct.

8. Derek B: 26.92 points (10.33 last week), 17 total picks correct.

15. Comradebot: 13.49 points (13.49 last week), 8 total picks correct.

16. Jaded: 10.24 points (0.00 last week), 5 total picks correct.

17. Ian Carlisle: 7.05 points (0.00 last week), 4 total picks correct.

THIS WEEK'S SCHEDULE:

New Orleans, Louisiana (US: Mid South)

(American Style crowd, Ref Bumps allowed, Sports Entertainment style match)

OMEGA DIVISION: Sean (2-1, 16%) vs. Ian Carlisle (0-3, 12%)

Career Series: Sean, 2 - 0 (2.500 AMR)

Career in US--Mid South: Sean (1-0 (0.000 AMR, 58.00% off.)), Ian Carlisle (0-1 (0.000 AMR, 42.00% off.))

Match of the night, this won't be. But I do not see Carlisle pulling out a win against someone he has traditionally struggled with.

Tori's Pick: Sean

ALPHA DIVISION: Pizza Mask III (1-2, 18%) vs. Eidenhoek Gaiaspade (1-2, 12%)

Career Series: First Meeting

Career in US--Mid South: Pizza Mask III (0-1 (10.000 AMR, 43.00% off.)), Eidenhoek Gaiaspade (0-1 (0.000 AMR, 42.00% off.))

This one could be interesting. Gaius comes in with momentum, but will that be enough? I'm thinking it won't be, and PM3 notches his second win of the season.

Tori's Pick: Pizza Mask III

ALPHA DIVISION: Sebastian Moore (1-2, 13%) vs. The Phoenix (2-1, 17%)

Regular Season: The Phoenix, 1 - 0 (2.000 AMR)

Career in US--Mid South: Sebastian Moore (NR), The Phoenix (1-0 (3.000 AMR, 52.00% off.))

In what some would consider an early contender for most intense match of the night, it's going to come to a submission. Phoenix seems like the obvious choice, but I'm smelling an upset here.

Tori's Pick: Sebastian Moore

OMEGA DIVISION: Robbie Maynard (2-1, 17%) vs. Super Century (2-1, 15%)

Career Series: First Meeting

Career in US--Mid South: Robbie Maynard (1-0 (4.000 AMR, 47.00% off.)), Super Century (NR)

I'm going to pick Century here, and this is why. Maynard is traditionally a defensive wrestler, and with any high-risk wrestler, usually you only need one big shot to finish a match. I think Century is in the right place at the right time and could steal one.

Tori's Pick: Super Century

OMEGA DIVISION: Dante Lorenzo (1-2, 15%) vs. Master Imoka (3-0, 18%)

Career Series: First Meeting

Career in US--Mid South: Dante Lorenzo (1-0 (0.000 AMR, 58.00% off.)), Master Imoka (1-0 (5.000 AMR, 45.00% off.))

This is going to be close. I won't lie about that. Can Imoka push his record to 4-0 and remain undefeated? In all honesty, I am not sure. I see this going either way. Until he gives me reason to doubt him, though, I'll back Imoka.

Tori's Pick: Master Imoka

ALPHA DIVISION: Nuclear Templeton (2-1, 17%) vs. Jack Lightning (1-2, 17%)

Career Series: Nuclear Templeton, 2 - 0 (5.500 AMR)

Career in US--Mid South: Nuclear Templeton (1-0 (3.000 AMR, 78.00% off.)), Jack Lightning (1-0 (6.000 AMR, 54.00% off.))

This has all the makings of a squash written all over it. Templeton has dominated the series, and dominates on offense in this area. Templeton in a walk.

Tori's Pick: Nuclear Templeton

OMEGA DIVISION: Tarik Nolan (1-2, 20%) vs. Johnny Triumph (2-1, 15%)

Regular Season: Tarik Nolan, 3 - 2 (5.800 AMR)

Career in US--Mid South: Tarik Nolan (0-1 (4.000 AMR, 53.00% off.)), Johnny Triumph (0-1 (5.000 AMR, 55.00% off.))

One of The League's storied rivalries comes back in this contest. I'm giving the advantage to Nolan based solely on home turf advantage.

Tori's Pick: Tarik Nolan

ALPHA DIVISION: Diamond (2-1, 16%) vs. Maxx Skabb (2-1, 20%)

Career Series: Maxx Skabb, 2 - 1 (2.667 AMR)

Career in US--Mid South: Diamond (0-1 (8.000 AMR, 45.00% off.)), Maxx Skabb (1-0 (10.000 AMR, 57.00% off.))

The reigning Tag Team Turmoil champs collide in this match, which has gone in favor of the psychopath more often than not. I'm thinking Skabb does it again, but Diamond will put up a whale of a fight.

Tori's Pick: Maxx Skabb

ALPHA DIVISION: Scott Stevens (2-1, 23%) vs. Thor Hammerskald (1-2, 15%)

Career Series: Thor Hammerskald, 2 - 1 (5.667 AMR)

Career in US--Mid South: Scott Stevens (0-1 (3.000 AMR, 48.00% off.)), Thor Hammerskald (0-1 (6.000 AMR, 46.00% off.))

Taking two of three in a series normally means that I'd be picking that person, but once again, Stevens has home-field advantage with Houston a relatively short distance away. As much as I loathe to do this...

Tori's Pick: Scott Stevens

OMEGA DIVISION: Rannulf von Krüshengberg (2-1, 21%) vs. Benjamin T. Stanton, Jr. (0-3, 20%)

Career Series: Tied, 1 - 1 (7.500 AMR)

Career in US--Mid South: Rannulf von Krüshengberg (0-1 (10.000 AMR, 43.00% off.)), Benjamin T. Stanton, Jr. (1-0 (10.000 AMR, 57.00% off.))

Calling this as match of the night. Stanton pulled the upset before, I'm thinking he notches his first win of the season here and starts giving his team some momentum as we inch closer to Tag Team Turmoil.

Tori's Pick: Benjamin T. Stanton, Jr.

Until next week, folks, I'm Tori Montgomery...so long from ringside!

@Survive_The_Sting! Very dissappointed in Phoenix and his decision to not take my offer. We could have won the titles easily. Don't you know it's better to keep your friends close but your enemies closer.

@Survive_The_Sting! Nuclear Templeton, how about you and I form a team? You need and partner and so do I. Besides, you won't have to wait long for an answer for me since it will be a yes. Think about it.

@Survive_The_Sting! Tori, you don't loathe me. We both know you love me. #ToriLuvsScorp

@Survive_The_Sting! Yes, the Axis of Flavor will return. They haven't made a formal announcement because they've had trouble trying to get Rannulf away from the buffet line.

have a show, folks. Note that I do believe this is the first time every match in a show has gone under 10 minutes, so do forgive the apparent lack of commentary. I typically try to make 9:30 or more the minimum for putting in mid-match commentary. :o

THE LEAGUE: SEASON FIVE, WEEK FOUR

While not quite a sellout, it's still a rather large crowd as 47,218 die-hard fans erupt in cheers inside the Louisiana Superdome as the requisite pyro goes off. As the fiery display dies down, we cut to ringside and our typical three-person announce crew.

Bob Sinclair: Hello, everyone, and welcome to week four of The League! I'm Bob Sinclair, here at ringside alongside Tori Montgomery and Frankie Garnett. Normally, this would be the quarter-point of a season, but this time around we are still a week away from that point. As we enter the fourth week, what are you looking at heading into this week?

Frankie Garnett: Watching Thor wreck people, obviously!

Tori Montgomery: I'm shocked you didn't start kissing Stevens' ass right off the bat, Frankie....

Frankie Garnett: Hey!

OMEGA DIVISION: Sean (2-1, 16%) vs. Ian Carlisle (0-3, 12%)

Linkin Park's "What I've Done" blares through the arena as one of the League's youngest members steps into the arena. A moment later, he sprints towards the ring, sliding in under the bottom rope and heading to a corner to appeal to the fans.

Amelia Williams: Ladies and gentlemen, our opening contest is an Omega Division bout scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from Blackpool, England, weighing 222 pounds...Ian Carlisle!

Bob Sinclair: Tori, you were one of the people who thought Carlisle would struggle this season. Are you surprised?

Tori Montgomery: Not really, Bob, but I know Carlisle can stun anyone in The League. It just takes three seconds after all.

Frankie Garnett: You show me when he's spending more than five seconds not on his back, Tori, and we'll talk.

Motley Crue's "Kickstart My Heart" hits the arena speakers as a spotlight shines down on the top of the ramp. Emerging from the back, the former League Champion walks out as he throws a hand into the air, causing pyro to erupt from behind him in a manner of paparazzi photographing him. With a smirk, the champ heads to the ring, the spotlight remaining on him the whole time.

Amelia Williams: His opponent, now residing in Los Angeles, California, weighing 230 pounds..."Hollywood" Sean!

Bob Sinclair: In his second season removed from being the reigning League Champion, Sean is showing no signs of resting on his laurels.

Frankie Garnett: Always bet on Sean, Bob, even you should know that by now!

Tori Montgomery: ....

Disturbed's "Indestructible" hits the arena as one of this season's rookies emerges from the back, looking surprisingly at ease despite the hard beat of the song. Jumping onto the apron from the floor, he steps between the ropes and calmly waits for the bell to get the match underway.

Amelia Williams: This Alpha Division bout is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from the Island of Tria, weighing 205 pounds...Eidenhoek Gaiaspade!

Bob Sinclair: Gaius picked up his first victory of the season last week; tonight he's looking to notch a second straight win.

Frankie Garnett: It's a wonder he won last week, in all honesty.

Tori Montgomery: Just goes to prove the old credo of "any given week," Frankie.

The theme to Samurai Pizza Cats plays as a van painted red with the words "Pizza Wagon" on the side comes down to ringside. Emerging from the van, the former backyard wrestler is seen in his trademark Pizza Hut uniform and new tights that resemble a cheese pizza on the left side, and a shot of PM3 bashing the Noid in the face with a chair. Reaching into the van to pull out a Pain Pizza, he hands it off to one lucky fan at ringside before hopping over the top rope and entering the ring to the cheers of the fans in attendance.

Amelia Williams: His opponent, from Your Friendly Neighborhood Pizzeria, weighing 199 pounds...Pizza Mask III!

Bob Sinclair: Pizza Mask has struggled since joining the League, and there are some who are hoping this is his breakout season.

Tori Montgomery: He's got talent, and he has that star quality. He just needs to find that groove and the sky's the limit for—

Frankie Garnett: Tori, spare me the drivel! How can you say that given his abysmal record!

ALPHA DIVISION: Sebastian Moore (1-2, 13%) vs. The Phoenix (2-1, 17%)

It is to Muse's "Assassin" that he emerges, an arrogant smirk crossing his face as he soaks in the jeers of the crowd. Looking up at the spotlight for a moment, his smirk seems to get even bigger as he walks down the ramp, ignoring the catcalls of the crowd as he ascends the steps, wipes his feet on the apron, and steps through the ropes, looking more at ease than the casual fan may think.

Amelia Williams: This Alpha Division contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from Manchester, England, weighing 237 pounds...Sebastian Moore!

Bob Sinclair: Some might see this as a match of two gladiators, both skilled at their own styles of the sport.

Frankie Garnett: Please, anyone knows that MMA guys can wipe the floor with people less athletic!

Tori Montgomery: Denial, Frankie?

Within Temptation's "Stand My Ground" hits the arena speakers as a League Original emerges from the back, through a wall of flame pyro. His face gives no emotions away as he walks to the ring, shadowboxing as he stops at the ring steps. A moment later, he slams both fists into the top step before looking up the heavens with a cry of "For the Fallen" coming from his lips. With no further ado, he steps between the ropes, ready to go to war once again.

Amelia Williams: His opponent, from the End of Nowhere, weighing 337 pounds...this is The Phoenix!

Bob Sinclair: Given how his season has gone so far—his average match has been less than six minutes this season—is it really plausible to think that perhaps he won't need a manager at this rate?

Tori Montgomery: He's told me that he has something in mind, Bob. He won't say what it is.

Frankie Garnett: Because he's scared people will learn that he has nothing, Tori! It's simple logic!

OMEGA DIVISION: Robbie Maynard (2-1, 17%) vs. Super Century (2-1, 15%)

Without warning, all of the lights go off in the arena, casting everything into pitch blackness. A few seconds pass before a spotlight shines on one of the turnbuckles, revealing no one there. This is repeated with all four corners, each revealing no one there. Finally, one last spotlight shines down onto the middle of the ring, which reveals the caped form of The League's resident superhero, who stands with arms folded and staring intently into the audience.

Amelia Williams: This is an Omega Division bout scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from the Halls of Justice, weighing 205 pounds...Super Century!

Bob Sinclair: Century has to be one of the surprises so far this season.

Tori Montgomery: It's still early, but Century could make a splash in the Omega Division.

Frankie Garnett: A belly flop, more than likely.

The opening riffs of Metallica's "Master of Puppets" hits the speakers, drawing a mixed reaction from the crowd as last season's champion emerges from the stage, bathed in a blue light shining beneath him. After pausing to mentally prepare himself, he walks to the ring, belt slung over his right shoulder and his eyes never leaving the squared circle as he climbs onto the apron and ducks between the ropes.

Amelia Williams: His opponent, from Liverpool, England, weighing 251 pounds, he is the reigning and defending League Champion...Robbie Maynard!

Bob Sinclair: Maynard showing that his championship run last season was no fluke, as he's done well so far.

Bob Sinclair: After a strong debut season, Lorenzo has seemed to struggle this season.

Frankie Garnett: Which is a damn shame. I thought Lorenzo had a chance.

Tori Montgomery: Well, if you wouldn't switch allegiances so often...

"You're the Best" blasts from the arena speakers as The League's lone Samoan emerges from the back, staring a hole through the ring as if by doing so, he can change it to his preferred medium of a martial arts mat. As he gets to ringside, he quickly lashes out and kicks the top half of the steel steps off the bottom half, snarling as he slides into the ring and stands motionless, waiting for the bell to sound.

Amelia Williams: His opponent, from the Isle of Samoa, weighing 214 pounds...Master Imoka!

Bob Sinclair: With a season of experience behind him now, Imoka has really improved, being the only wrestler in The League to be undefeated at this point in the season.

Bob Sinclair: It's well-known that Nuclear asked Phoenix to be his partner for the Tag Team Turmoil event, but what about Stevens' tweet earlier in the week?

Tori Montgomery: No chance that Nuclear takes that seriously.

OMEGA DIVISION: Tarik Nolan (1-2, 20%) vs. Johnny Triumph (2-1, 15%)

A remixed version of "Ecstasy of Gold" hits the speakers, which is nearly drowned out in jeers as he emerges from the entryway. Instead of taking the steps closest to him, he walks around to the opposite side of the ring, drawing in more jeers as he finally climbs the steps and enters the ring.

ALPHA DIVISION: Diamond (2-1, 16%) vs. Maxx Skabb (2-1, 20%)

"Don't Cha" hits the arena to a mixed reaction as The League's lone female member emerges from backstage. There is a confident smirk on her face as she talks trash with some of the louder fans before sprinting into the ring by diving under the bottom rope. As she stands, hoisting a title belt in the air, she proceeds to the corner nearest the announce table, hands thrown in the air as the soaks in the crowd reaction while her manager stands outside, also applauding her client.

A dim red light shines on the entryway, revealing a hulking figure making his way to ringside, with two more men hiding just at the fringes of the spotlight, their eyes never leaving the form of the big man. As the refrain hits, the spotlights immediately focus on him as white strobe lights flash on the entrance stage. He slides under the bottom rope, his orange jumpsuit a stark contrast to most of the clothing in the audience--as if the gold belt really fits in--as the song fades into silence.

ALPHA DIVISION: Scott Stevens (2-1, 23%) vs. Thor Hammerskald (1-2, 15%)

Amon Amarth's "Death in Fire" hits the speakers, to a decent ovation he emerges from backstage, looking every bit the part of a Viking warrior as he strides to the ring with a determined look on his face...and scattering some of the fans away from the entrance ramp as he turns to glare at them. Behind him, his manager/League color commentator can be see giving him encouragement as the Viking enters the confines of the squared circle.

Amelia Williams: This bout is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, being accompanied to the ring by Frankie Garnett, from Oslo, Norway, weighing 310 pounds...Thor Hammerskald!

Bob Sinclair: You'd be surprised.

Tori Montgomery: I don't think Frankie could surprise me any more, Bob.

The lights in the arena go pitch black, as red lasers and spotlights light up the area. The video screen lights up and flashes across the screen, "Nothing survives my sting!" The crowd starts booing as Dave Mustaine's voice echoes throughout the arena, "I am the Scorpion, whoa!" The jeering intensifies as a mash-up of "I Stand Alone" and "Amazing" hits the speakers, drawing out the reigning Legacy Pro Wrestling champion, complete with belt around the waist. Walking down the aisle, he talks trash the entire way while pointing at the LPW title around his waist. As he finally gets to the ring, he climbs the nearest turnbuckle and stares down his opponent, an icy glare and the throat slash gesture his only actions as he drops to the mat.

Amelia Williams: His opponent in this Alpha Division match, from Houston, Texas, weighing 256 pounds...The Master of Disaster, The King of Sting, The Venomous One and Only, and the reigning Legacy Pro Wrestling Heavyweight Champion... he is "The Scorpion" Scott Stevens!
