Season Five, Week Six

December 27, 2011

http://i986.photobucket.com/albums/ae344/ShadowedFlames/GDS%20League%20Stuff/BeyondRingsideBanner.jpg

Good evening, everyone, and welcome back to Beyond Ringside. I'm Tori Montgomery, and in just a few moments I'll be answering the question that everyone's been asking since before The League's holiday break—what is the deal with me holding a managerial contract and interfering in a match during our last show? I'll explain it all shortly.

In the meantime, let's take a look at how things are looking now that the holiday break has passed us by....

CURRENT SEASON STANDINGS

ALPHA DIVISION

1. Maxx Skabb (4-1, 3.400 AMR)

2. The Phoenix (4-1, 0.200 AMR)

3. Diamond (3-2, 3.000 AMR)

4. Nuclear Templeton (3-2, 1.200 AMR)

5. Scott Stevens (2-3, 4.000 AMR)

6. Thor Hammerskald (2-3, 3.400 AMR)

7. Pizza Mask III (2-3, 2.800 AMR)

8. Eidenhoek Gaiaspade (2-3, 2.400 AMR)

9. Jack Lightning (2-3, 1.000 AMR)

10. Sebastian Moore (1-4, 2.200 AMR)

OMEGA DIVISION

1. Master Imoka (5-0, 4.200 AMR)

2. Tarik Nolan (3-2, 5.400 AMR)

3. Johnny Triumph (3-2, 5.200 AMR)

4. Super Century (3-2, 4.800 AMR)

5. Robbie Maynard (3-2, 4.600 AMR)

6. Sean (3-2, 3.400 AMR)

7. Rannulf von Krüshengberg (2-3, 1.400 AMR)

8. Dante Lorenzo (2-3, 4.600 AMR)

9. Benjamin T. Stanton, Jr. (1-4, 6.000 AMR)

10. Ian Carlisle (0-5, 6.400 AMR)

Note that for most of these tie-breakers, the AMR is the deciding factor. There are a couple (Skabb-Phoenix, Lorenzo-Rannulf) in which head-to-head is the deciding factor. Most of these ties will be resolved by combined head-to-head after week 9, when everyone in a division has faced each other once. Until then, since some matchups have yet to happen, ties are broken by AMR in the case of more than two people tied at a record.

Thor Hammerskald and Sean

NEWLY CONFIRMED:

The Century Masters: Super Century and Master Imoka

The Axis of Flavor: Dante Lorenzo and Rannulf von Krüshengberg

A FEW WORDS....

I said I would explain my actions, and so I shall.

A week before the season started, I was called to Commissioner Colt Marshall's office for an emergency meeting of the Competition Committee. The situation concerned the managerial situation of The Phoenix, and the fact that his wife filed for divorce just a few days after the Season Four playoffs. He had already committed the training funds to renewing a managerial license for Seasons Five and Six, but with his prospective manager leaving him in the lurch, there was a question about whether he was not allowed a refund, or if a replacement could be found.

I won't bore everyone with the details—not to mention that most of the discussion is not privy to the public anyway—but the end result was that if Phoenix could find a manager before the start of the season, he would be allowed to retain their services for the duration. As soon as he was notified of the decision, he immediately called me and offered me the position.

That presented problem number two—the Commissioner's office did not want to lose both color commentators to a single match if, say, Thor and Phoenix faced each other due to Frankie being in Thor's corner. For most of the interval between seasons, negotiations were being held to allow this for the season.

In the end, it was Phoenix who broke the logjam in the discussions. As he put it to Commissioner Marshall, "I don't need a manager to prepare me before a match or to debrief me after a match during the show. That can be done during the week. So here is my suggestion—instead of losing her for three matches like you tend to do with Frankie, she can stay at the desk for commentary until I need her. I'll leave it to her discretion when to assist me for the first time, but until then she can remain at the table and act as if things are normal. Not only would this be a shock to the fans, but it would also let you keep two people at the desk for the most part."

The end result is what you saw during our last show. It was the first time I thought he needed my assistance, and with the managerial contract in my pocket, I did what I did. I will continue to attempt to remain neutral during my reporting—with the exception of Scott Stevens, who I think is a vile rumormonger and does nothing but stir up trouble—but at the same time, I gave my word to support a friend when he needed it.

I'd expect him to do no less were the roles reversed.

PREDICTION CENTRAL

Most Correct for the Week: 6, by Ranson. It was a tough week to predict, plus there was a bit of low turnout at the polls, with only nine tickets filled out.

Most Points for the Week: 17.53, by Jman2k3. This is primarily fueled by being the only person to correctly pick Tarik over Sean, and thus earning 9 points for that match alone.

Here are the standings after week five:

THIS WEEK'S SCHEDULE:

Villahermosa, Mexico (Mexico: South Eastern)

(Martinetes are illegal, Ref Bumps allowed, Spot Monkey style match)

OMEGA DIVISION: Rannulf von Krüshengberg (2-3, 2%) vs. Johnny Triumph (3-2, 14%)

Career Series: First Meeting

Career in MEX--South Eastern: Rannulf von Krüshengberg (0-1 (0.000 AMR, 54.00% off.)), Johnny Triumph (1-0 (3.000 AMR, 60.00% off.))

I'm afraid Rannulf's woes continue in Mexico. Triumph in what hopefully won't be as much of a squash.

Tori's pick: Johnny Triumph

ALPHA DIVISION: Thor Hammerskald (2-3, 17%) vs. Eidenhoek Gaiaspade (2-3, 3%)

Career Series: Thor Hammerskald, 2 - 0 (6.500 AMR)

Career in MEX--South Eastern: Thor Hammerskald (0-1 (3.000 AMR, 49.00% off.)), Eidenhoek Gaiaspade (0-1 (3.000 AMR, 40.00% off.))

See above. I see no way that Thor loses this one.

Tori's pick: Thor Hammerskald

OMEGA DIVISION: Tarik Nolan (3-2, 18%) vs. Robbie Maynard (3-2, 6%)

Career Series: Robbie Maynard, 4 - 2 (4.500 AMR)

Career in MEX--South Eastern: Tarik Nolan (1-0 (5.000 AMR, 47.00% off.)), Robbie Maynard (1-0 (0.000 AMR, 54.00% off.))

You'd think I'd take Tarik in this one, given the popularity. I'm going with Maynard based on history, instead.

Tori's pick: Robbie Maynard

ALPHA DIVISION HARDCORE MATCH: Scott Stevens (2-3, 9%) vs. Nuclear Templeton (3-2, 15%)

Career Series: Nuclear Templeton, 1 - 0 (0.000 AMR)

Career in MEX--South Eastern: Scott Stevens (0-1 (0.000 AMR, 58.00% off.)), Nuclear Templeton (1-0 (0.000 AMR, 42.00% off.))

Both men are undefeated in League Hardcore matches (Stevens 1-0, Templeton 2-0). Nuclear has won in this area of the world before, and is undefeated against Stevens. Pick made easy, folks.

Tori's pick: Nuclear Templeton

OMEGA DIVISION: Dante Lorenzo (2-3, 15%) vs. Sean (3-2, 15%)

Regular Season: Sean, 1 - 0 (6.000 AMR)

Career in MEX--South Eastern: Dante Lorenzo (1-0 (3.000 AMR, 51.00% off.)), Sean (1-0 (0.000 AMR, 46.00% off.))

Sean also has a postseason win in this series. With two career wins over Dante, that'll be the deciding factor.

Tori's pick: Sean

ALPHA DIVISION: Diamond (3-2, 15%) vs. Pizza Mask III (2-3, 15%)

Career Series: First Meeting

Career in MEX--South Eastern: Diamond (0-1 (7.000 AMR, 53.00% off.)), Pizza Mask III (0-1 (0.000 AMR, 31.00% off.))

I will admit, I'm interested to see how both participants approach this match. I'm expecting an aerial showcase, with Diamond just barely squeezing out the win.

Tori's pick: Diamond

ALPHA DIVISION: Sebastian Moore (1-4, 19%) vs. Maxx Skabb (4-1, 13%)

Career Series: Sebastian Moore, 2 - 1 (5.667 AMR)

Career in MEX--South Eastern: Sebastian Moore (NR), Maxx Skabb (0-1 (0.000 AMR, 43.00% off.))

We're about due for a Maxx Skabb collapse, and against someone who's had his number in the past, this may be the week for it.

Tori's pick: Sebastian Moore

ALPHA DIVISION: The Phoenix (4-1, 16%) vs. Jack Lightning (2-3, 16%)

Career Series: The Phoenix, 1 - 0 (1.000 AMR)

Career in MEX--South Eastern: The Phoenix (1-0 (0.000 AMR, 57.00% off.)), Jack Lightning (0-1 (5.000 AMR, 53.00% off.))

Not going to lie, I'm a bit worried about this match-up. Lightning could catch Phoenix off-guard. I think the big man has enough in him to get it done, though.

Tori's pick: The Phoenix

OMEGA DIVISION: Master Imoka (5-0, 20%) vs. Super Century (3-2, 14%)

Career Series: First Meeting

Career in MEX--South Eastern: Master Imoka (1-0 (0.000 AMR, 69.00% off.)), Super Century (NR)

This has the potential to be a good match. However, Imoka is undefeated this season and until someone proves he can be beaten this season, I'm going to pick him. This will also give us an idea of how well these two can get along given they are teaming up at Tag Team Turmoil this season.

Tori's pick: Master Imoka

OMEGA DIVISION: Benjamin T. Stanton, Jr. (1-4, 18%) vs. Ian Carlisle (0-5, 18%)

Career Series: Benjamin T. Stanton, Jr., 1 - 0 (7.000 AMR)

Career in MEX--South Eastern: Benjamin T. Stanton, Jr. (0-1 (0.000 AMR, 46.00% off.)), Ian Carlisle (1-0 (7.000 AMR, 47.00% off.))

Another case of future partners facing each other, this one could be interesting, and is certainly an odd choice for main event this week. That said, Carlisle is due for a win.

Tori's pick: Ian Carlisle

Next week, we return to the US, but until then this is Tori Montgomery...so long from ringside!

To the one person who sent a training PM in today (name withheld to protect the guilty), I can either count it for the week upcoming as it was typed or let you re-tweak it after your page is updated with new earnings. Please let me know which your preference is.

Season Five, Week Six

Villahermosa, Mexico

January 3, 2012

THE LEAGUE: SEASON FIVE, WEEK SIX

With the holidays now behind us, The League kicks off the new year with the customary pyro opening. As the camera pans the crowd, we finally fade to ringside and our usual announce crew, short a man tonight.

Bob Sinclair: Happy new year, everyone, and welcome to the sixth week of The League! I'm Bob Sinclair, here at ringside with Tori Montgomery. Frankie Garnett will be joining us later on. After the chaos that was last week, Tori, can we expect more of the same this week?

Tori Montgomery: It's hard to tell, Bob, but if we've learned anything over the last couple of years, it's that anything can and will happen here in The League. I'm ready to see what the new year brings us, Bob!

Bob Sinclair: With that, let's head to Amelia in the ring to get us started tonight.

OMEGA DIVISION: Rannulf von Krüshengberg (2-3, 2%) vs. Johnny Triumph (3-2, 14%)

The opening to Rammstein's "Mein Teil" hits the speakers as the largest member of The League emerges, causing everyone with something that could even remotely be considered food to get away from the entranceway as quickly as possible for fear of losing their food...and at least a body part or two.

Amelia Williams: Ladies and gentlemen, our opening bout of the night is an Omega Division contest scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from der Schwarzwald, Deutschland, weighing 421 pounds..."Der Panzer" Rannulf von Krüshengberg!

Bob Sinclair: Rannulf has struggled the past few weeks, and his chances are not very good tonight given how dead the crowd is to his arrival.

Tori Montgomery: To say it's an uphill battle would be putting it lightly, Bob.

A remixed version of "Ecstasy of Gold" hits the speakers, which is nearly drowned out in jeers as he emerges from the entryway. Instead of taking the steps closest to him, he walks around to the opposite side of the ring, drawing in more jeers as he finally climbs the steps and enters the ring.

Amelia Williams: His opponent, from Des Moines, Iowa, weighing 228 pounds...Johnny Triumph!

Bob Sinclair: A win here would put Triumph right in the thick of the Omega Division hunt this early in the season.

Tori Montgomery: And with the playoff format finally decided, Bob, being the divisional champion guarantees someone no worse than second overall this season, which would be a huge boost to morale.

Bob Sinclair: Gaius got some momentum last time out with a win over Moore; tonight his task is much tougher.

Tori Montgomery: Given the lack of crowd reaction, and the fact that his opponent has someone in his corner, I think you make light of just how tough his task is, Bob.

Amon Amarth's "Death in Fire" hits the speakers, to a decent ovation he emerges from backstage, looking every bit the part of a Viking warrior as he strides to the ring with a determined look on his face...and scattering some of the fans away from the entrance ramp as he turns to glare at them. Behind him, his manager/League color commentator can be see giving him encouragement as the Viking enters the confines of the squared circle.

OMEGA DIVISION: Tarik Nolan (3-2, 18%) vs. Robbie Maynard (3-2, 6%)

The opening riffs of Metallica's "Master of Puppets" hits the speakers, drawing a mixed reaction from the crowd as last season's champion emerges from the stage, bathed in a blue light shining beneath him. After pausing to mentally prepare himself, he walks to the ring, belt slung over his right shoulder and his eyes never leaving the squared circle as he climbs onto the apron and ducks between the ropes.

Amelia Williams: This is an Omega Division bout scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from Liverpool, England, weighing 251 pounds, he is the reigning and defending League Champion...Robbie Maynard!

Bob Sinclair: It's still early in the season, but Maynard has been hit and miss in his defense of the League Championship.

Tori Montgomery: It's a longer-than-normal season, Bob, and there is time a-plenty for Maynard to make his move. I think it's smart strategy, letting everyone fight it out early and then swopping in later to claim his spot.

"Regulate" hits the speakers, immediately drawing the ire of the crowd as a large figure stands in the entryway, backlit by a clear spotlight. Pyro explodes on the stage, causing the light to shut off as the figure finally emerges onto the stage proper. Laughing at the boos hurled in his direction, he takes his time walking to the ring and subsequently entering it for his next match.

Amelia Williams: His opponent, from Shreveport, Louisiana, weighing 292 pounds...Tarik Nolan!

Bob Sinclair: Nolan has also struggled this season, and he has yet to find his season two form once again.

ALPHA DIVISION HARDCORE MATCH: Scott Stevens (2-3, 9%) vs. Nuclear Templeton (3-2, 15%)

The lights in the arena go pitch black, as red lasers and spotlights light up the area. The video screen lights up and flashes across the screen, "Nothing survives my sting!" The crowd starts booing as Dave Mustaine's voice echoes throughout the arena, "I am the Scorpion, whoa!" The jeering intensifies as a mash-up of "I Stand Alone" and "Amazing" hits the speakers, drawing out the reigning Legacy Pro Wrestling champion, complete with belt around the waist. Walking down the aisle, he talks trash the entire way while pointing at the LPW title around his waist. As he finally gets to the ring, he climbs the nearest turnbuckle and stares down his opponent, an icy glare and the throat slash gesture his only actions as he drops to the mat.

Amelia Williams: This is a hardcore match scheduled for one fall in the Alpha Division! Introducing first, from Houston, Texas, weighing 256 pounds...The Master of Disaster, The King of Sting, The Venomous One and Only, and the reigning Legacy Pro Wrestling Heavyweight Champion... he is "The Scorpion" Scott Stevens!

Tori Montgomery: And where the hell is Frankie at?

Bob Sinclair: He said he was staying backstage after what happened to him last show thanks to Stevens.

Tori Montgomery: Showing some intelligence? That's new for Frankie....

Billy Idol's "Shock to the System" hits the speakers, bringing the crowd to their feet in ovation as one of the League's more recognizable faces emerges from backstage and across the green-tinted stage. As he hits the end of the entrance ramp, he throws his arms into the air, sending a pair of mushroom clouds into the air from the stage as he makes his way to the ring and through the ropes.

Amelia Williams: His opponent, from Atlantic City, New Jersey, weighing 278 pounds...Nuclear Templeton!

OMEGA DIVISION: Dante Lorenzo (2-3, 15%) vs. Sean (3-2, 15%)

Three Days Grace's "Riot" hits the speakers to a chorus of jeers as the first Italian-born member of The League emerges from the back, ignoring the crowd in the arena as he mentally prepares for his upcoming match. Reaching the ring, he climbs up the steps and enters between the ropes, his face never losing a look of confident indifference.

Amelia Williams: This is an Omega Division bout scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from Florence, Italy, weighing 291 pounds...Dante Lorenzo!

Bob Sinclair: Dante has struggled a bit this season, and a win over a former League Champion could do wonders for his morale and his momentum.

Frankie Garnett: Fat chance of that happening this week.

Tori Montgomery: ...I was hoping you'd have gotten lost, Frankie.

Motley Crue's "Kickstart My Heart" hits the arena speakers as a spotlight shines down on the top of the ramp. Emerging from the back, the former League Champion walks out as he throws a hand into the air, causing pyro to erupt from behind him in a manner of paparazzi photographing him. With a smirk, the champ heads to the ring, the spotlight remaining on him the whole time.

Amelia Williams: His opponent, now residing in Los Angeles, California, weighing 230 pounds..."Hollywood" Sean!

Frankie Garnett: And this is why Dante has no chance tonight.

ALPHA DIVISION: Diamond (3-2, 15%) vs. Pizza Mask III (2-3, 15%)

The theme to Samurai Pizza Cats plays as a van painted red with the words "Pizza Wagon" on the side comes down to ringside. Emerging from the van, the former backyard wrestler is seen in his trademark Pizza Hut uniform and new tights that resemble a cheese pizza on the left side, and a shot of PM3 bashing the Noid in the face with a chair. Reaching into the van to pull out a Pain Pizza, he hands it off to one lucky fan at ringside before hopping over the top rope and entering the ring to the cheers of the fans in attendance.

Amelia Williams: This is an Alpha Division contest scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from Your Friendly Neighborhood Pizzeria, weighing 199 pounds...Pizza Mask III!

Bob Sinclair: This is a match I've been looking forward to.

Tori Montgomery: Given who is in it, I expect this to be a high-flying showcase.

"Don't Cha" hits the arena to a mixed reaction as The League's lone female member emerges from backstage. There is a confident smirk on her face as she talks trash with some of the louder fans before sprinting into the ring by diving under the bottom rope. As she stands, hoisting a title belt in the air, she proceeds to the corner nearest the announce table, hands thrown in the air as the soaks in the crowd reaction while her manager stands outside, also applauding her client.

Amelia Williams: His opponent, accompanied to the ring by Jayde, from Aberdeen, Scotland, weighing 137 pounds, she is one-half of the reigning Tag Team Turmoil champions...Diamond!

Frankie Garnett: Diamond seems right at home here, which shocks me.

Tori Montgomery: This could be the start of a return to her season three form, which led to her only playoff appearance since joining The League.

Frankie Garnett: Or it could be just luck, and next week she loses in two minutes flat.

Bob Sinclair: Against Stevens?

Frankie Garnett: ...I reserve the right to change my mind....

ALPHA DIVISION: Sebastian Moore (1-4, 19%) vs. Maxx Skabb (4-1, 13%)

Avenged Sevenfold's "Nightmare" blares throughout the arena as spotlights begin to pan over the audience, as if looking for someone. A dim red light shines on the entryway, revealing a hulking figure making his way to ringside, with two more men hiding just at the fringes of the spotlight, their eyes never leaving the form of the big man. As the refrain hits, the spotlights immediately focus on him as white strobe lights flash on the entrance stage. He slides under the bottom rope, his orange jumpsuit a stark contrast to most of the clothing in the audience--as if the gold belt really fits in--as the song fades into silence.

Amelia Williams: This contest is scheduled for one fall in the Alpha Division. Introducing first, from the Orange County Correctional Facility, weighing 289 pounds, he is one-half of the reigning Tag Team Turmoil champions...Maxx Skabb!

Bob Sinclair: Skabb came in this week as the leader in the Alpha Division due to tie-breaker. A win here basically guarantees him the same.

Frankie Garnett: Given his opponent, I would not put it past him to do just that, Bob.

Tori Montgomery: Skabb seems to be on a tear, but we all know he struggles later in the season. Let's not award him the divisional championship just yet.

It is to Muse's "Assassin" that he emerges, an arrogant smirk crossing his face as he soaks in the jeers of the crowd. Looking up at the spotlight for a moment, his smirk seems to get even bigger as he walks down the ramp, ignoring the catcalls of the crowd as he ascends the steps, wipes his feet on the apron, and steps through the ropes, looking more at ease than the casual fan may think.

Amelia Williams: His opponent, from Manchester, England, weighing 237 pounds...Sebastian Moore!

Bob Sinclair: Since returning from hiatus, Moore seems to have struggled here in League competition.

Frankie Garnett: Of course. We're not as coddling as certain promotions based solely out of Texas!

ALPHA DIVISION: The Phoenix (4-1, 16%) vs. Jack Lightning (2-3, 16%)

Metallica's "Ride the Lightning" hits the speakers as the first Canadian to enter The League emerges from the back, looking surprisingly at ease as he steps onto the ring apron and leaps over the top rope. Climbing onto the turnbuckles, he raises an arm in the air and drinks in the cheers of the crowd before dropping back to the mat and preparing for his match.

Amelia Williams: This is an Alpha Division contest scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from London, Ontario, weighing 233 pounds...Jack Lightning!

Bob Sinclair: Lightning has a serious task ahead of him tonight.

Tori Montgomery: No kidding. This is going to be a tough match for Lightning to pull out, if he can get started.

Frankie Garnett: Don't you have somewhere you need to be, Tori?

Within Temptation's "Stand My Ground" hits the arena speakers as a League Original emerges from the back, through a wall of flame pyro. His face gives no emotions away as he walks to the ring, shadowboxing as he stops at the ring steps. A moment later, he slams both fists into the top step before looking up the heavens with a cry of "For the Fallen" coming from his lips. With no further ado, he steps between the ropes, ready to go to war once again. At ringside, Tori drops her headset to the table and walks towards his corner, taking the spot his estranged wife should be manning as he nods in recognition to her.

Amelia Williams: His opponent, joined at ringside by Tori Montgomery, from the End of Nowhere, weighing 337 pounds...this is The Phoenix!

Bob Sinclair: Frankie, why are you so upset?

OMEGA DIVISION: Master Imoka (5-0, 20%) vs. Super Century (3-2, 14%)

Without warning, all of the lights go off in the arena, casting everything into pitch blackness. A few seconds pass before a spotlight shines on one of the turnbuckles, revealing no one there. This is repeated with all four corners, each revealing no one there. Finally, one last spotlight shines down onto the middle of the ring, which reveals the caped form of The League's resident superhero, who stands with arms folded and staring intently into the audience.

Amelia Williams: This is an Omega Division match scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from the Halls of Justice, weighing 205 pounds...Super Century!

Bob Sinclair: Century is known for pulling off upsets; can he do that tonight?

Frankie Garnett: This goof? Beat the unbeaten? No chance!

Tori Montgomery: I might have picked Imoka, but this could go either way. Century is adept at the art of the upset....

"You're the Best" blasts from the arena speakers as The League's lone Samoan emerges from the back, staring a hole through the ring as if by doing so, he can change it to his preferred medium of a martial arts mat. As he gets to ringside, he quickly lashes out and kicks the top half of the steel steps off the bottom half, snarling as he slides into the ring and stands motionless, waiting for the bell to sound.

Amelia Williams: His opponent, from the Isle of Samoa, weighing 214 pounds...Master Imoka!

Frankie Garnett: Take a look at the intensity. There is no way that Century can stop this.

Bob Sinclair: Stranger things have happened, Frankie.

Damn, Mexicans are gonna be running back to their lucha libre after a show like that. But then, when guys like Scott Stevens tap out so easily it's no wonder the matches suck. :p

I'm not even sure where to begin... they are so many, so varied and so deep that it's hard to see where there is any good to be salvaged from the depths of those problems. :p

In an unrelated note... Scorps doesn't seem so interested in teaming with Nuclear any more. Which is a shame, cos I'm sure if he were to go round and chat there could be some interesting words to be exchanged. ;)

I don't know who your sources are but my sources claim Scorpion is highly interested in still being Nuclear's tag team partner for the tournament. ;)

Nuclear should go and ask him to make sure. Just saying. ;-)

@PizzaMaskIII- Props to Diamond for a good match.

@PizzaMaskIII- No excuses, I didn't go easy on her. If she wanted to be treated lightly, she'd be in Babes of Sin City not wrestling men.

@PizzaMaskIII- What she wants is respect, and unlike some people, I respect her. #ScottStevensIsSmelly #ScottStevensForeverAlone

@PizzaMaskIII- Can't wait for next week when I get back on track and Diamond makes the biggest dork in the League tap. #ScottStevensIsSmelly

@PizzaMaskIII- And no, Stevens, it won't count as third base. We both know you can't even get on first anyway. #ScottStevensForeverAlone

Twitternet.

@Survive_The_Sting! What can I say. I lost again. Not gonna make excuses for it. I had @Nuke_Da_Whales beat and he simply overpowered me and made me surrender. Got to him him props.

@Survive_The_Sting! Speaking of Nuclear Templeton. I still extend my invitation out to form a tag team for the tournament midseason. Think about it @Nuke_Da_Whales. Phoenix is a loser, you want to team with a winner.

@Survive_The_Sting! @PizzaMaskIII when it comes to Diamond I've already been in those lovely pants of hers and hit many homeruns. ;-) You see she was helping me out during a rough patch in my life when me and the wife were on the rocks. You can ask @Frankiebeatsthespread if you don't believe me. He has seen the pics. :-p

@Survive_The_Sting! @PizzaMaskIII also Diamond learned a valuable lesson to. After I found out she was just using me in this grand scheme of things to keep me from making the playoffs. I not only cost her a shot at them as well but I also beat her manager to a pulp with my bare hands. I must also say that Jayde's blood tasted really good. Almost as good as pizza sauce. ;-) #ScorpionIsGod #Champ #DiamondsArenotForever #JaydesBloodLooksGoodOnMe

I can not believe this Twitter thing I started has stuck around ...

I also can't believe the only thing I needed to do to get Maxx to win was disappear. Stuff like that ain't good for a guys ego, ya know?!

So, yay, I'm back? *Waits for a parade ...* No, huh? Stoopid Rose Bowl gets all the good parades! Anyway, I won't bore you with details as to why I fell off the radar, as they are many and varied, and for the most part, just different ways of saying life kicked me in the crotch, a lot. However, I'm hoping all that stuff is behind me, and I can say I'm back, which I'm sure saddens most everyone here, but there's nothing I can do about it. :p (And even though we all know that's a fabrication, everyone smile and nod like it's true, darn it!)
