What's going on in your game?

Recommended Posts

Just started a PGHW for the first time. First thing I noticed is why the hell is their big show at the beginning of the first tour?

I believe there's a tourny championship up for grabs at this event. It could be used to establish your next number one guy going into the tour?

Trying really hard to kick through a year in my favorite mod as my favorite company (WCW 1991, baby, booking as Heyman) I'll give a basic overview of so far like five months in.

Stables and Factions:

The IV Horsemen - Natch, Arn, Larry Zbyszko managed by the man who brought the new look crew together with backstage business dealings and trades with two other factions (more on them in a second)... that was the group for a while, they had some "substitute/tryout/temporary" Horsemen but nobody permanent. "Who's the 4th Horseman" was a long angle I ran ending in the reveal of Big Van Vader as the man in question. He and Flair took the tag titles off Sting & Lex Luger at my last PPV.

The York Foundation - I mentioned those "business dealings" Paul E. did... the first was with to trade Barry Windham off to Alexandra York, reuniting him with Michael "Rotunda" Wallstreet. I tossed Dan Spivey in there as a beef slammin' meat shield and called it a stable.

The Diamond Exchange - DDP picked up Sid Vicious from Paul E. and had him work muscle for Hayes and Garvin... but eventually two newcomers, two outsiders named Scotty Diamonds and Vinnie Vegas joined Page and Big Sid in a Freebird beatdown, kicking the legends from the group... a new look Diamond Exchange faction is born, and they're just... too... sweeeeeet. (heh.)

Cornette's Freebirds - I let Garvin's contract run out, leaving Hayes to introduce his mew manager, someone who he knows will "get thing's foin' for the Freebird Michael P.S. Hayes, ya dig?"... a man named Jim Cornette. It doesn't take long for Cornette and Hayes to form a brand new Freebirds faction "for a NEW generation of wrestling fans"... Bam Bam Terry Gordy and none other than the current reigning All Japan Triple Crown Champion himself himself, The Lariat Stan Hansen. This just came together in the last month or so.

Devastation, Inc. - Skandor Akbar's classic stable exists in my WCW as a loose coalition of foreigners and several standout cruiserweights (yeah, I totally started a cruiser division a few years early, more on that later) The Blue Bloods of Regal and Taylor, The Belfast Bruiser, Ultimo Dragon, and two young rookies straight out of The original Shiek's tutelage named Sabu and Rob Van Dam. The Brits/Finlay are... well, they've sort of served as really talented jobbers. Regal's still pretty green, so sue me.

Champs:

WCW World Heavyweight - Sting (held it for months and months. I want to see if I can maintain his momentum and keep it interesting enough to keep him champ for the entire year. He's in a feud with Flair / Steamboat... obvs.)

WCW World Tag Team (main event level title) - Ric Flair and Big Van Vader (Flair's feuding with Sting, made sense. Vader's feuding with Rick Rude, he came out to help fend off the Horsemen after Sting and Luger lost the straps... A rated segment on my A show. Booya. I'm on the cusp of national, so that's always a big deal.)

WCW United States (floating) - Lex Luger (Sting's buddy... that's pretty much all he's been. US title just seems a good fit for him. His skills are getting better and better, he's looking at a potential heel turn reeeeeeeeal soon. Watch your back Stinger.)

WCW United States Tag Team (midcard) Arn Anderson and Larry Zbyszko (been feuding with The Steiner Brothers, took the straps off them in a super solid match at the last PPV.)

WCW Television (midcard) - "The Lone Star" Dustin Rhodes (Giving him a bit of a "Goldberg" push, his skills are improving so fast and he has so much good chemistry, he's already a main eventer at like 21-22 years old. Just got Dusty to resign as an active wrestler, so tag matches with dad have helped tremendously too.)

WCW Cruiserweight - Eddy Guerrero (The young Guerrero hit the scene and immediately targeted inaugural champion Brian Pillman. They and Pillman's sometimes tag team partner The Blue Blazer (Owen) have been having a great series of matches. Other cruiserweights on my roster, Octagon, Ultimo Dragon, Sabu, Masa "Great Sasuke" Michinoku, Van Dam, The Malenko Brothers, and a few others.)

Spring Stampede Invitational - A WCW version of the Royal Rumble for mid and upper midcarders. Dustin Rhodes won the first one. (yeah, I love Dustin Rhodes. lol)

I'm at work away from the save right now posting this all from memory, lol, I'll post more later if people are curious.

<p>So I'm in a USPW game spun off from my Dynasty save. It's 2015 and USPW is on the rise, rebounding from Cult through the use of some creative application of cash, profiteering off of TCW's fall from grace and phoenix-like rise (translation: TCW fell to cult and I yoinked a few of their stars they had to put on PPA contracts -Rick Law, Mighty Mo, and Bryan Vessey- or just let go -Killer Shark- before they rose back up to a surprising International status) as well as some curious cast-offs from SWF like Spencer Spade and Primus Allen.</p><p> </p><p>

My current major feud is between the emergent Wrestlepocalypse Faction lead by Enygma and containing the likes of Bryan Vessey -under a mask as The Ravager-, the Enforcer Dread, and their mouthpiece Banshee Bryden against a loose confederation of Babyfaces such as Nicky Champion, Rick Law, and Mighty Mo (the latter being managed by the lovely Dawn the Cheerleader). My ultimate plan is a major blowoff to the storyline by having a Steel Cell match between Enygma and Champion at Independence Day Slam with Enygma finally being unmasked at the end.</p><p> </p><p>

Oh, also, I almost exclusively run shows from my own Arena -The American Warzone- in the South West, capitalizing on a few of my hires' (specifically Spade's) massive overness from their time in the likes of CZCW, GSW, and P-Max.</p><p> </p><p>

Furthermore, I'm finally going to be able to rid myself of the albatross that is that garbage TV Deal by starting a new show on USA Sports called American Warfare and cancelling American Wrestling completely.</p><p> </p><p>

USPW: A Superpower On The Rise</p>

<p>Playing a Road To Glory challenge using the Ruthless Aggression Mod Pack(Start Date Jan. 2004). Currently in April of 2015. Bound For Glory is the federation name I decided to go with, a Pop=Perf federation with an intergrated roster. Even though I've made a (small) profit nearly every month, being in the South East means I have to deal with the biggest regional war at the moment (8 feds). It's making the journey to even Small long and difficult. With no momentum and barely any prestige because of the regional wars, I realize the best way for me to improve is to build stars. </p><p> </p><p>

My Top 5 at the moment are:</p><p>

1. Dolph Ziggler - Face, being managed by Stephanie Bellars (aka "Gorgeous" George Frankenstein)</p><p>

2. Tyler Black - Face, former Lightweight Champion (currently inactive). He is currently feuding with Scott Dawson, the BFG National Champion.</p><p>

3. Brian Chambers - Heel, user character, current BFG World Champion. He won the title at my last show from TJ Wilson. Right now Brian Chambers is the only option for champion because my Main Event scene has more Face's than Heel's so a heel champion makes more sense, and he's the only one who auto pushes to Main Event besides Scott Dawson.</p><p>

4. Brett Matthews - Face, (aka Zack Ryder), former Tag Team Champion with Brian Matthews (Curt Hawkins). Right now they are feuding with The Young Bucks for the tag team championships. Young Bucks won the titles last month.</p><p>

5. Brian Matthews - Face. </p><p> </p><p>

Champions:</p><p>

BFG National Championship</p><p>

Midcard Level</p><p>

Current Champion: Scott Dawson (3 defenses)</p><p>

Former Champions: Prince Devitt (7 defenses, held the title all of 2004, losing to Scott at the December monthly event)</p><p> </p><p>

BFG Women's Championship</p><p>

Floating</p><p>

Current Champion: Nattie Niedhart. (1 defense, Inagural Champion)</p><p> </p><p>

BFG Tag Team</p><p>

Floating</p><p>

Current Champion: The Young Bucks (0 defenses)</p><p>

Former Champions: Your New Heroes (Brett and Brian Matthews, 2 defenses), Sisters Of Destruction (Beth Phoenix and Nattie Niedhart, 1 defense)</p><p> </p><p>

BFG World Champion</p><p>

Main Event:</p><p>

Current Champion: Brian Chambers (0 Defenses)</p><p>

Former Champions: TJ Wilson (1 Defense), Kevin Steen (6 Defenses), Austin Aries (1 Defense)</p><p> </p><p>

In the next few months I should be able to turn Kevin Steen and Prince Devitt heel as they were part of the original roster I had signed. Steen will begin his first feud with El Generico. Whereas Prince Devitt will be challenging for the World Champion after Brian Chambers drops it (or turns face). With The Young Bucks already on the roster and in a stable with The Blossom Sisters, I think I might have him align with them in their Youth in Revolt stable.</p>

<p>Hopping on the SWF 2014 Train with similar rules to MHERO. Except, no diary, just for fun. Rolled to chose the "five exceptions" and I'm not pushing Everest -- instead, a hire/fire policy. </p><p> </p><p>

1 - Only people who are Heavyweight or above are good enough to be in the upper echelon of SWF. There are five exceptions to this rule: Jack Bruce, John Greed, Fredrique Antonio Garcia, Rogue and Squeeky McClean</p><p>

2 - SWF are limited to one steal from TCW AND USPW a year. That's one between the two promotions.</p><p>

3 - No notable internet darlings. SWF are going to make their own stars, damnit!</p><p>

4 - No reneweal of contracts. Richard Eisen has went mental.</p><p>

5 - 1st Offense - Fine, 2nd Offense - Suspend, 3rd Offense - Fire. Gastrointestinal mishaps (stinky farts) must be ignored.</p>

JBL was loaned out to NJPW,even though he was on an one-off loan he proved to be a "Heart Break Kid" and two days later started to date Joanie Laurer(best known as C-H-Y-N-A),yes,Chyna,of all joshis that there are in Japan he just started dating Chyna.Wonder if he will get angry when he leaves?</p><p> </p><p>

I wasn't sure what to do with him at first (signed in June 2013) but a few months in (October 2013) I had the idea to deliberately book him terribly.</p><p> </p><p> I fitted him out with a Vanilla Ice gimmick as G-Squared, and he went on a losing streak. A huge, reverse-Goldberg-esque losing streak, with occasional partner KC Glenn as MC Paris (similar story with him except it was The Machines that snapped him out of it). From October '13 to Dec '14 he only won twice, once as I was jobbing Tyson Baine out the door in a huge PPV upset that only set him back further in the long run by giving him false confidence, and the other came after Sam Keith debuted and rebuked his son for dishonouring the family and tried to beat some sense into his son. They faced off at the final PPV of 2014, with Sam winning and then beating his son after the match until a returning Matthew Keith (who had been a lot more successful in the meantime as a two-time tag team champion with his partner James Prudence) made the save. On the final show of 2014, the brothers won a tag team match against Primus Allen & Lenny Brown.</p><p> </p><p> The first PPV of 2015 saw the brothers face off against their dad and his partner Dread, in a losing effort after Greg got beaten by Sam Keith. Matthew would go on to beat Sam in the next PPV, one-on-one, leading to a jealous Greg snapping and turning on his brother to side with his father. Under the guidance of his father, Greg started to pick up some small wins on TV but lost at consecutive PPVs to Matthew. On the PPV following that, Matthew defeated Sam & Greg in a handicap match when Sam turned on his son.</p><p> </p><p> The next PPV will be a triple threat, and I think Matthew will beat Sam, after Greg had the match won. I don't want Greg to score a victory just yet but want him to be closer. The show after that is Independence Day Slam, the biggest show in USPW. I want to keep Greg heel for a little longer, so I don't think I can have him face Sam one-on-one yet (Sam is still definitely heel...), and I'm not sure he's ready/over enough to beat Matthew. If I push Greg hard for two months, then maybe he will be and I think it makes sense for the story to have that happen (even with Greg as heel). I might then do a double turn with Matthew/Sam and have the twins go heel on their father, and build that to Greg vs Sam, with Greg going face when he finally beats his father and they reunite. Matthew will then be heel and ready to re-form his team with Prudence who should be coming off a singles title run by then, and they can have a tag feud, before eventually at some point the whole family reunites with Matt & Greg teaming with Sam as their manager.</p><p> </p><p> It's been a long, long family feud for the Keiths but it's been one of my favourite feuds to book in TEW13.</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Didn't want to double post ^^^ that was my previous one.</p><p> </p><p> Coming into biggest show of the year with USPW, and something I've added to it is a Trios tournament that culminates there. The first two years were won by Champagne Lover's team (I have working agreements with NOTB and SOTB) but it wasn't a particularly 'big' deal the first two years. Now it is more established, I'm putting a few bigger players into the mix.</p><p> </p><p> Face Teams:</p><p> Machines: Brent Hill, John Anderson & KC Glenn</p><p> Sayeed Ali & Natural Storm</p><p> Manhattan Project: Roger Cage, Steven Parker & Bradford Peverell</p><p> Champagne Lover, American Elemental & El Heroe Mexicano</p><p> The Stones: Dan Jr, Duane & Edd (who is debuting after signing from TCW)</p><p> Team USPW: James Justice, Darryl Devine & Nicky Champion</p><p> Sean McFly, Ricky Dale Johnson & Pistol Pete Hall</p><p> Alicia Strong, Raven Robinson & Sara Marie York</p><p> </p><p> Heel Teams:</p><p> Team SOTBPW: El Demonio, El Fuerza & El Leon</p><p> The Chosen Wrestlers (ex-TCW stable): Wolf Hawkins, Jay Chord & Aaron Andrews</p><p> Hell's Demons: John Greed, Eddie Peak & Tim Westybrook</p><p> Black Panthers: Primus Allen, Lenny Brown & Mustafa Ali</p><p> James Prudence, Ozzie Golden & Flash Savage</p><p> Cali Dragons: Mikey James, Frankie Perez & Jake Hollywood</p><p> Mr Lucha III, Extraordinario Jr & Felipe Caballero</p><p> Gorgon, Nadia Snow & Demelza Wade</p><p> </p><p> The two 'big name' teams are Team USPW and Team TCW, but they both need to screw each other out of the tournament early because they have a 5-on-5 at Independence Day Slam to end their feud (Angry Gilmore & Rick Law on Team USPW, Joey Minnesota & Sammy Bach on Team TCW).</p><p> </p><p> Current plan is:</p><p> <strong>Manhattan Project</strong> vs Team TCW</p><p> <strong>Hell's Demons</strong> vs Team USPW</p><p> <strong>The Stones</strong> vs Prudence, Golden, Savage</p><p> <strong>Team SOTBPW</strong> vs Machines</p><p> <strong>Strong, Raven, SMY</strong> vs Mr Lucha, Extraordinario, Caballero</p><p> <strong>Gorgon, Snow, Wade</strong> vs Ali & Storm</p><p> <strong>Lover, AmEl, Heroe</strong> vs Black Panthers</p><p> <strong>Cali Dragons</strong> vs McFly, RDJ, Pistol Pete</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Manhattan Project</strong> vs Cali Dragons</p><p> <strong>Hell's Demons</strong> vs Lover, AmEl, Heroe</p><p> <strong>Strong, Raven, SMY</strong> vs Gorgon, Snow, Wade</p><p> <strong>Team SOTBPW</strong> vs The Stones</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Manhattan Project</strong> vs Team SOTBPW</p><p> <strong>Hell's Demons</strong> vs Strong, Raven, SMY</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Manhattan Project</strong> vs Hell's Demons</p><p> </p><p> The final is a match I want at the big show anyway so makes sense to have it as the final (plus they are the next two biggest teams after USPW/TCW - Peverell, Greed & Peak are Main Eventers, Cage, Parker & Westybrook are Upper Midcarders). It doesn't matter if SOTBPW are caught up in the tournament until the semi-finals because they aren't on the IDS card anyway. It's not ideal that SMY is involved that far because she'll need her own feud for the Women's Title, I might cop out and have a six-way with the two women's teams for the belt at IDS.</p><p> </p><p> Lover going out early I am going to use to turn him (I used the editor to get him full-time after the second Trios tournament) for a feud with AmEl over Lover's Television Title, probably using El Heroe's final couple of appearances to further that feud.</p><p> </p><p> I'm considering doing a Stones triple threat at IDS because I have Edd full-time now and it would be a good match to get him over and get him started in USPW.</p><p> </p><p> So from the quarter finals it is only really the Cali Dragons I don't have plans for. Jake Hollywood will disappear back to my development brand, he was only joining them for the Trios tournament. It's too soon for the Dragons to get back into the tag title hunt so I'll have to find them something else because I like them too much to leave them off the card. Maybe feud with the new Machines (Anderson & Glenn w/Hill as manager), could tweak the first round brackets to have them face-off 3-on-3 there.</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Current Independence Day Slam card:</strong></p><p> <strong>NAWA Trios Championship:</strong> Manhattan Project vs Hell's Demons [NAWA - North American Wrestling Alliance w/NOTBPW and SOTBPW]</p><p> <strong>USPW Television Championship:</strong> Champagne Lover vs American Elemental</p><p> <strong>USPW American Tag Team Championships:</strong> Omega Squad (Joshua Taylor & Julian Watson) vs Ground & Pound (Bulldozer Brandon Smith & Ernest Youngman)</p><p> Team USPW (Nicky Champion, James Justice, Angry Gilmore, Darryl Devine, Rick Law) vs Team TCW (Joey Minnesota, Wolf Hawkins, Jay Chord, Aaron Andrews, Sammy Bach)</p><p> Greg Keith vs Matthew Keith</p><p> <strong>USPW National Championship:</strong> Remo vs James Prudence</p><p> Rich Money vs Colossus</p><p> <strong>USPW World Championship:</strong> Enygma vs Rocky Golden</p><p> </p><p> Still a lot of people I need to work out plans for (some are coming together from the planning of the Trios tournament) but I like how it's shaping up so far.</p>

With TCW16 coming out soon I decided to quicken the pace on my czcw game.

Currently in oct 2014 and ive set them as Cult.

Signed my top guys to written deals.

Signed guys who fit either the high flying style or who can work. to help be a part of my long term roster.

El Mitico Jr

Huey Cannonball

Gino Montero

Nelson Calum

Kirk Jameson

Pavel Vanzycha

I've signed any name I can get to short term written deals so they shed their pop and momentum to the other guys.

Buddy Garner

Lobster Warrior using his real name

Enforcer Roberts

Rogue

alongside recently signed Brent Hill.

Special Project: Matty Faith .

I'm on trying to get PPV.. not proving successful. and about to try and sign a TV deal.

I need to rebuild my tag division, hardly any momentum to any of my teams except my tag team champions Bigz Boyz

I have a lot of old guys at all positions of the roster to put over people and train people. some of them like larry wood will be let go soon.

<p>Currently playing a BHOTWG game, one of the first things I did was bring Buddy Garner out of retirement and gave him the KOF title in his first match, setting up a feud with him vs Kikkawa for the belt, but we've already dropped to Cult status even before our first show, and Fire Dream of the Immortals only did alright, not great, but alright. </p><p>

its currently April 2014 in my game atm. I signed Greg Gauge and Matthew Keith to full written contracts for 3 years and having them team up as the Neutronic Alliance, giving them some foreign excurisions</p><p>

I also signed Masked Cougar and Snap Dragon to touring deals to revive the Lords of Extreme team in my company to bolster my Junior Tag</p><p> </p><p>

This is probably going to be a rough ride nonetheless</p>

I plan on starting with Burning Hamster's 1996 mod, as I love building the nWo and doing it right, plus I've added a new challenge, as I'm giving a B-show to the juniors, really cultivating the Junior Heavyweight scene, which I've never done before, and I feel like 1996 WCW is the perfect spot for that. Currently, I have my starting storylines and PPV main events set through Starrcade 1996, except for Starrcade 1997, which will end with a CLEAN SUBMISSION VICTORY BY STING.</p><p> </p><p> Next, of course, is JCP 1987, as I have this feeling that the genius who created that mod will release it in short order. <img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> I am having a bit of an issue, though, as I want The Giant to be undefeated until at least Halloween Havoc, where Bischoff (UC, President of WCW, out to destroy the nWo) books Hollywood Hogan to defend the WCW World Heavyweight Championship against the man who beat him for that title at last year's Halloween Havoc. I also want Big Show to develop, so there will be a lot of dark matches in his future. If he does go undefeated, how do I keep his popularity from getting out of hand? I feel like he'll be 100 everywhere by the Summer. Obviously, limit his televised matches, but even with menace angles... Can this just simply not be done? Granted, it's probably a good thing, as he'll beat Hogan, likely by DQ, so Hogan won't complain.</p>

With the announcement of all the additions and improvements for TEW16', it seems pointless to go and play my other saves for 13'. It just doesn't entice/excite me anymore knowing what's coming up.</p>

When I first read your post, I was like, "That's brilliant!". I had never thought to do that for fear that it would be permanent (or nearly so). I spent eight months in one game with Zoe Ammis at main event level after she skyrocketed up the card (midcarder to main eventer in 9 segments, 5 of which were angles and of the 4 matches, she only won one). I couldn't change my blueprint for the world title program and there was no one for her to feud with that would benefit her. So I stuck her on commentary once a show and angles as if she were injured (ala Bad News Barrett).

I'm playing one final game before TEW2016 (which I won't be buying straight away anyway as I actually want to pass my exams). LONG POST INCOMING

First I started a January 2000 Real World game as WWF, as though they had just bought out the entirety of WCW and ECW and set about creating the dream invasion, as you do (I also removed all starting injuries as this was not to be a realistic outing).

I crafted what I feel is almost the perfect Wrestlemania card:

Pre show:

Kurt Angle defeated Grandmaster Sexay to retain the WCW United States title (60)

X-Pac defeated Matt Hardy for the WCW Cruiserweight title (66)

Show Proper:

Benoit & Malenko defeated the Acolytes to retain the WCW World Tag Team titles (83)

Part of the Invasion storyline, the top two tag teams from the Defence and the Invaders

Edge & Christian defeated Buff Bagwell and Jeff Jarrett (who I was going to name Team BJ had they had good chemistry) to retain the WWF World Tag Team titles (78)

Chris Jericho defeated Booker T to unify the Intercontinental and ECW World Heavyweight titles (78)

Rapidly phasing the idea of ECW out of the minds of the audience

Now this is where it gets into dreamland

The Rock defeated Scott Hall to retain the WCW World Heavyweight title (96)

The current 'invasion' storyline. The Rock and Mankind, The Acolytes, The Steiner Brothers and a little help from Steve Austin (sometimes) vs Scott Hall, Diamond Dallas Page, Benoit & Malenko, Eddie Guerrero and Paul Heyman.

Bret Hart defeated Shawn Michaels (97)

The rematch that we all wanted to see. And it fits with storylines too. Bret Hart has sided with Steve Austin out of mutual respect and hatred of the McMahons in order to battle against the Authority/Corporation/Whatever involving all members of DX, including Bret's long term rival Shawn Michaels

The Undertaker defeated Sting (99)

No American Bad Ass persona. Not while Sting is in the company. Undertaker reaches 9-0 at Wrestlemania and the streak will start to be mentioned as the reason for his next Mania match.

Ric Flair defeated Hulk Hogan in a Career vs Career match (89)

The two greatest stars in wrestling, and one has to retire. Although it seems criminal to have Hogan lose at his last Mania, Flair is the only one of the two who can still wrestle vaguely well

Important Angle: Ric Flair Refuses Hogan's Handshake

This was to set up Flair as the leader of the Invasion stable, and begin a year + long reign of terror as McMahon would side with him at Summerslam, culminating in the epic Mania match of Rock & Austin vs Triple H & Flair next year.

Steve Austin defeated Triple H to retain the WWF World Heavyweight title (99)

The top two current stars in the company headlining Wrestlemania over the company's main title, and in an Authority based storyline, where the face comes out on top? Never heard of that being done before.

Overall Show Rating: 96 (No extras were used)

HOWEVER, after this point I realised I had no further aspirations for this game, other than pushing Jericho, Benoit and Guerrero, but that would take time that I couldn't be bothered to create.

SO I went searching my save games for inspiration and I came upon a Watcher save of the 2004 Ruthless Aggression mod in 2015, and noticed that a lot of high level talent was unemployed, so I thought hm maybe I could begin a game as a new rival to WWE in 2015. Enter Cerberus Wrestling.

The Product is simply ROH's product with Women's Wrestling set to integrated and pure lowered to low from medium.

Things were going swimmingly with such stars as Edge, Chris Jericho, Christopher Daniels and John Cena, but then I saw on the website that WWE were having financial trouble. They did not allow me to attempt a takeover, but went out of business anyway a few weeks later so I pinched some of their top stars (Randy Orton, AJ Styles, James Storm and Samoa Joe) and some up-and-comers (many women and Aaron Stevens), as well as purchasing both of their main event belts. I then imported in some other companies to give me some sort of competition. Now the CERBERUS roster looks as follows.

Main Event:

Faces:

AJ Styles

Cabana

Daniel Bryan

Eddie (Eddie Colon)

Jericho

John Cena

Mysterio

Nigel McGuinness

Sanjay (Sonjay Dutt)

Heels:

Brock Lesnar

Christopher Daniels

CM Punk

James Storm

Randy Orton

Ray (Ray González)

Upper Midcard:

Faces:

Antonio Cesaro

Charlie Haas

Chris Hero

Jay Briscoe

Samoa Joe

Tyler Black

Heels:

Alex Shelley

Brian Kendrick

Chris Candido

Chris Sabotage (Chris Sabin)

Homicide

Joey Ryan

Joker

LoKi (Low-Ki)

Matt Hardy

Midcard:

Faces:

Allison Danger

Austin Aries

El Sami (El Generico)

Jimmy Jacobs

Jimmy Yang

Mark Briscoe

Melissa (Cheerleader Melissa)

Michael Hutta

Mickie Knuckles

Ray Kingman (Ray Gordy)

Heels:

Beth Phoenix

Daivari

Jimmy Raven (Jimmy Rave)

Joey Matthews

Lacey

Lance Cade

Marcus Magnifico (Mark Magnus)

Mark Jindrak

Paul London

Petey Williams

Salvatore (Salvatore Thomaselli)

Xavier

Lower Midcard:

Faces:

Daisy Haze

Davey Richards

Fergal Devitt

Jay Lethal

KC Day (Cloudy)

Lashley

Matt Sydal

Mercedes Martinez

Rebecca Knox

Shinsuke Nakamura

Zack Sabre Jr

Heels:

Aaron Sandow (Aaron Stevens)

Britani Knight

Cody Rhodes

Drew McIntyre

Eddie Edwards

Jetta

Jon Moxley

Ken Doane

Vito (Vito Thomaselli)

Titles

CERB United States: Alex Shelley (1 defence) Previous: Mickie Knuckles (2 defences)

CERB Trios: TNT (Chris Sabotage, LoKi and Joker) (3 defences)

CERB Tag Team: The Briscoes (2 defences) Previous: The Angels of Hell (Jon Moxley and Rocky Romero as bikers) (2 defences)

CERB Intercontinental: Tyler Black (7 defences)

CERB Survivor (Royal Rumble): Ray

CERB Ticket to the Top (King of the Ring): Daniel Bryan

CERB Unified: Jericho (4 defences, unified with the WWE Championship)

FINALLY here are my ongoing storylines:

The Best in the World

A competition between wrestlers who are all self-proclaimed as the best wrestlers in the world. AJ Styles, Brock Lesnar, Daniel Bryan, Jericho and Randy Orton going at it over the CERB Unified title

TNT vs The New Kings

TNT is a team of nutcases (Chris Sabotage, Joker and LoKi) hell bent on injuring the wrestlers of CERB. The New Kings of Wrestling have set out to stop them on their path (Antonio Cesaro, Austin Aries, Charlie Haas, Chris Hero)

War on Fun

Cabana & Sanjay are fun-loving jokers and thus have banded together. Christopher Daniels and CM Punk, the Straight Edge Society, have taken objection to any kind of fun being had in the company. "This place is for WRESTLING, not humour" they say.

Who is Seiza Kozue

Okay, I had just finished watching Usual Suspects for the fifth time when I started this game, and seeing KENTA's real name of Kenta Kobayashi this came to me in a flash of genius. Kobayashi, Salvatore and Vito all work for an unknown man called "Seiza Kozue", and Mick Foley and Shawn Michaels (Colour Commentator and Road Agent) are assisting our hero El Sami in figuring out who it is. I'm not yet sure who it is going to end up being, but I'm currently considering Jimmy Jacobs or Samoa Joe.

Okay so the post is finally over. I must get back to playing this extremely fun game, and get to a respectable point before TEW2016 arrives.

<p>I'm nominally working on my senior thesis (due on Friday), which of course means TEW is getting a lot of run. </p><p> </p><p>

In 2012, Paul Heyman walked out on WWE. He and former WCW booker Eric Bischoff bought the struggling TNA from Dixie Carter and Panda Energy. Starting from the first show of July, it was clear things in TNA were going to be different. Here are the storylines in the leadup to Bound for Glory 8:</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>The Face of TNA:</strong> </p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

Mr. Anderson won the TNA World Heavyweight Championship in a Three-Way Dance Ladder Match at Hardcore Justice when James Storm hit the Last Call on Bobby Roode and Anderson stole the pin. Now, the self-proclaimed "Mr. TNA" is in a war with new signing Drew Gallows. "The Ladies' Delight" has, with the help of manager Jetta, managed to cheat his way to a free-TV win over the champ. They'll collide at BfG; Anderson will win and soon move into a feud with the winner of the next feud on this list.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>Legend Killer:</strong> </p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

"The Pope" D'Angelo Dinero says that old-man riff-raff has no time left in the sun, not when "The Super Slick, Ultra Sick, Only True Preacher of the Church of Pimpin'" himself needs the spotlight. Over the last three months, he's made Sting's life a living hell to try to force the legend to retire. What Dinero hasn't gotten yet is a one-on-one match with "The Icon." At Bound for Glory, the two go to war in a Falls Count Anywhere match. The loser can never wrestle in TNA again. (Dinero will win, move into a title feud and beat Anderson at Final Resolution in December).</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>Best Served Cold:</strong> </p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

The James Storm/Bobby Roode war is as vicious as they come, which is to be expected when two dudes who were once like brothers turn on each other. We've seen the pair cost each other matches, brawl backstage, cut dueling promos--who's the heel and who's the face isn't clear, but one thing is--these guys hate each other. Their feud will culminate in an "I Quit" match at Bound For Glory; Roode is going to win and feud with AJ Styles.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>To Be the Best, Beat the Beast:</strong> </p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

Samoa Joe won the X-Division title in July with advocate Paul Heyman in his corner. Now, the seemingly unbeatable Samoan Submission Machine gets a challenger like he's never faced. Jay Lethal won the #1 Contender's match at No Surrender, but Heyman has cheated twice to keep the strap on Joe. At No Surrender, it's "The Beast" vs. Lethal in the Six Sides of Steel! (Still haven't decided who wins this one.)</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>Anti-Diva:</strong> </p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

Paige Knight has a mission--end the reign of eye candy in women's pro wrestling and make women's wrestling hardcore. At No Surrender, she viciously attacked both Maryse Ouellet and Mickie James, putting the champ and #1 contender through a table apiece. Now, the leather-clad, barbed wire bat-toting Knight has what she wanted--a three-way ladder match for the Knockouts Title. No pins. No submissions. No holds barred. Paige is going over and moving into a feud with James.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>A Nice Hill to Die On:</strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

When Jasper Wyatt debuted in TNA with followers Luke and Zeke Harper, nobody knew what to expect. The "Bringer of Truth" and the brothers who follow his every command want to end the lie that is Hulk Hogan. After all, if Wyatt's right, there's no such thing as heroes. Hogan took on The Family, his usual bravado evident, but this might be more than he can handle. Hogan loses clean and is never seen in TNA again! Yay!</p><p> </p><p>

Plus other matches and other feuds that are a lot less interesting--Bad Influence vs. SuperPrint (Matt Morgan and Hernandez), Gunner vs. Colt Cabana for the TV Title, LuFisto vs. Kevin Steen and more.</p><p> </p><p>

So, I have two dilemmas. Who should win Joe/Lethal and what to do with all the way-overpaid old dudes. I want to cut down on the number of ex-WWE stars at the top of the card, but I need them for the ratings... sigh.</p>

<p>1994 save, just signed Vader. Only a few weeks into the game. 1 day after he leaves WCW and his other contracts to join the roster, I get a message. Vader is heading off for 6 months to make movies! </p><p> </p><p>

Shouldn't of given him a damn signing bonus</p>
