Vixxen, Raven Nightfall and Black Widow (obviously a heel goth stable).

 

Jack Bruce, Monty Walker and Emma Chase (probably going to add more to this stable, this is just a stable of the heel workers that Emma represents).

Make him into a Sports Agent type guy, and have him constantly be bringing in new acts, even for one-offs. Eventually have the stable grow too big for his britches and then you can have one of the new acts break off and go babyface and tear through the whole stable after they feel like they're being neglected.</p>

I've been using Buck and Bradley as Buck Starr and Bradley Starr, the Shining Stars, and just rinsing them off of the Smokin' Gunns. Seems to have worked well enough for me.
