The most profitable way to do things is to actually run as many shows as your roster will allow for.... but running a lot of shows in a short period tends to burn most players out, especially if you are playing in any universe in which you are already quite familiar. Absolutely nothing wrong with the method, though as with any method it all depends on who you hire and how willing you are to play to that style. <img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

I will be honest... this is a foreign language to me.... lol. I am still getting used to the game.

There's a button in the options section entitled 'Add New Player', and another entitled 'Leave Game'.

EDIT: Apologies for the accidental double post.

Ahh! Ok, cool.

Also, how do you avoid the not enough stroylines note from your crowd? I'm running a Sports Entertainment product and I get that note every show.

I also prefer them at lower levels, as it isn't easy or cheap to get popular workers when starting out.

Can I still be eligible to complete the Road To Glory challenge if my character starts older than 18? If anything, it'd make things harder.

Edit: Also, can we set a wrestler's maturity and/or decline age? I think it falls under a similar category as being able to set "potential" to excellent. This evens the field for older workers to be used too.

Finished Year One.

Skills

I am currently $78,000 in debt. I am dropping to one show a week for January to see how that does for me. My mistake was not limiting myself to Local. I bumped up to Small and got murdered in pop because of production.

My end of the year roll was #3.) Trusted Companion. I rolled Gidayu Katou to be loyal to my company, Cerberus Championship Wrestling.

Year Two finished. I've continued adding wrestlers monthly, upon reaching Small I added four wrestlers to meet requirements, and then kept signing till I reached 20. I soon brought in two announcers: Martin Theocott & Phonse Lockett for the last event of the year.

The roster at the moment:

Nathan Coleman - D- - (25-0-16)

Jesus Glory - C- - (21-1-17)

Glorious Gloria - E+ - (19-1-17)

Hawkeye Calhoun - E+ - (18-0-15)

Marshall Lessard - D - (10-0-9)

Purple Rain - E+ - (11-0-8)

Christopher Ball - E - (8-0-8)

Sarah Taylor - E+ - (8-0-6)

Nami Genda - E - (7-0-8)

Natalie Coleman - E+ - (7-0-5)

Ben McQueen - E- - (2-0-9)

Marie Punnen - E - (3-0-7)

Golden Eye - D- - (3-0-4)

Texas Hangman - E- - (1-0-6)

Tsunami - E- - (1-0-8)

Juliette King - E - (2-0-6)

Catherine Westybrook - E- - (1-0-7)

Eric Erickson - E- - (1-0-5)

Gypsy Rose - E- - (0-0-8)

Marcos Caballero - - (0-0-0)

Tully Townsend who was one of my first signings left the roster just as he was on the verge of leading "The Rejected", a stable of 7 wrestlers that were tired of EVOLVE being dominated by Generation Zero (Nathan Coleman, Glorious Gloria, Hawkeye Calhoun & Jesus Glory), the first four wrestlers in EVOLVE history. Tully quit just after the stable's debut, he soon after formed regional-sized Quebec-based Squared Circle Wrestling Group and signed the 3 friends he made from my company: Christopher Ball, Marshall Lessard & Purple Rain. They're currently fighting with 4C for regional battle supremacy while I fall to 3rd every month. It has stalled my growth entirely.

Since we've grown to a 20-wrestler roster, we've run even more storylines. The big one was The Rejected vs. Nathan Coleman (and Generation Zero). Marshall Lessard became The Rejected's leader with Tully's disappearance and has become a main eventer since with victories over Jesus Glory, Hawkeye Calhoun and Glorious Gloria. He also made it to the finals of King of Toronto 2017. Unfortunately, The Rejected showed signs of fracture with Purple Rain breaking away from The Rejected after pinning Lessard in the One-Of-A-Kind tournament and going on to win it for himself. Lessard cheated against him at King of Toronto so Rain cost him the King of Toronto finals.

Nathan Coleman will soon be forming his own stable with kayfabe daughter Natalie Coleman (renamed from a regen called Grace Buck), protege Eric Ericson (known as Black Viking), Purple Rain, and Rain's girlfriend Marie Punnen. The Rejected will essentially break down when Lessard finally challenges Coleman and fails.

Nathan Coleman won the EVOLVE Championship early in the year by beating Jesus Glory in the finals.

When we reached 8 women wrestlers we had out first Women Wrestling Classic which Glorious Gloria won by beating Sarah Taylor in the finals. She'll be getting a title shot against Nathan Coleman soon.

King of Toronto was won by Hawkeye Calhoun. It was actually a last minute decision when I realized Lessard didn't really need the victory and it ensures all four of Generation Zero have won something for EVOLVE. Calhoun has the least going for him of them but at least he's got something. The final show accidentally finished the same as last year: Hawkeye Calhoun vs. Nathan Coleman tied at 3-3. Calhoun loses again and Coleman retains his EVOLVE belt.

The only other wrestler to leave us besides Tully Townsend is a drunk called Senet Bedard, regen and prodigy of Larry Wood. Got fined four times for being drunk and then quit.

Growth Wise: we're just trying to overcome a bad economy and falling industry and regional battles. 4C & SCWG do shows at C- and we're stuck at E+ to D-. With the death of ACPW we don't have to worry about production penalties at least. So aside from that, we're just trying to reach regional.

I recently saw a post by Bad Collin stating that the challenge was completed with a 100 rated match only. However, soxfan (Samayel) completed it with a 98 (A* in the numbers pack), and in the two previous editions of the challenge, the requirement was a 95 A* or higher.

Would anyone mind clarifying which of these is the case?

My guy isn't growing much to be honest. Year three is over. No significant changes. Texas Hangman got a major concussion and Ben McQueen was tired of jobbing so he quit. I brought in Rina Kasahara and a masked generated worker I called Nova. No other roster changes.

Roster rankings:

Nathan Coleman - D- - (36-0-22)

Glorious Gloria - D- - (34-1-22)

Jesus Glory - C - (33-1-24)

Hawkeye Calhoun - D - (30-0-18)

Marshall Lessard - D+ - (22-0-15)

Sarah Taylor - C- - (20-0-10)

Purple Rain - D- - (19-0-15)

Natalie Coleman - D - (17-0-11)

Golden Eye - D - (15-0-7)

Marie Punnen - D- - (15-0-10)

Nami Genda - E+ - (14-0-18)

Christopher Ball - E+ - (13-0-14)

Eric Erickson - E - (7-0-14)

Juliette King - E+ - (6-0-17)

Nova - E+ - (4-0-7)

Tsunami - E - (3-0-21)

Gypsy Rose - E- - (3-0-21)

Rina Kasahara - E+ - (3-0-6)

Catherine Westybrook - E - (2-0-21)

Texas Hangman - E - (1-0-11) - INJURED

Marcos Caballero - E- - (0-0-15)

Big changes there are that Gloria takes a firm second spot. Sarah climbs up past Ball & Rain. Natalie Coleman & Golden Eye jump big.

A lot has happened in the year but it's always hard to remember everything that's happening. Nathan Coleman started the year as EVOLVE Champion beating Glorious Gloria after she'd won my Women Wrestling Classic. He ended the big feud with Marshall Lessard. Sarah Taylor who was on a roll and had beaten Nathan's kayfabe daughter, quit The Rejected (the big Nexus-like stable) to challenge Nathan. She lost thanks to Natalie interfering. Nathan prodigy Purple Rain was next in line and failed to take the crown on his second attempt after having been responsible for the official dissolution of The Rejected. Nathan thereafter faced his daughter to prove she did wrong by interfering in his title match, and finally had his rematch with Sarah. He had a match with his other prodigy Eric Erickson (coming hot off sending Texas Hangman out for a year on a major concussion), a 5-minute showdown with nearly unbeatable Golden Eye (whose relationship with GM Clare South made his success questionable), defeated Jesus Glory who won the One-Of-A-Kind tournament for the second time, and finally ended the year facing the same person he faced at the start of the year, Glorious Gloria. Gloria finally ended his reign at 12 defenses and 16 months.

A few guys really came into their own this year. I discovered Marshall Lessard's (leader of The Rejected) great menace skills and he started being my easy segment ratings guy (not that significant affect on show grades since I'm 90% ratio). After seeing the dissolution of The Rejected, he went on a many war on his ex-brethrens, blaming them for The Rejected's failures. He was redeemed near the end of the year by going all the way to the finals of the King of Toronto tournament (again) and having the best match in EVOLVE history with my UC Jesus Glory (a C rating). He's a tremendous talent.

Sarah Taylor is another hugely key talent who has come closest to matching Jesus Glory. A random member of The Rejected, she soon outshone most of them and began stepping out on her own. Best friends with Lessard but that didn't really come out on screen much. She defeated Glorious Gloria in the finals of the Women Wrestling Classic to become the second winner.

Natalie Coleman, Hawkeye Calhoun, Purple Rain, Marie Punnen were all solid in their own right too.

Golden Eye had a shockingly good performance early in the year and I decided to give him a really nice winning streak. He has horrific storyline so he was squashing wrestlers in 5 minute (and losing in 5 minutes when he did). He's dating my GM and she's often trying to motivate him before matches.

Ben McQueen and Senet Bedard who quit my company are doing nothing on the indies. Tully Townsend is still doing great with SCWG but they're now down to under 600K and continuing to bleed money. 4C became hostile towards me after I beat them in Regional Battles to finish 2nd.

Think that wraps up the essential stuff. Glorious Gloria has many challengers ahead for her: Hawkeye Calhoun who beat her in a 3rd place King of Toronto match, Jesus Glory who eliminated her, Nathan Coleman who deserves a rematch, Sarah Taylor who won the WWC and Marshall Lessard who won King of Toronto. Tough half-year ahead for her.

Dead Companies: Golden Canvas Grappling (taken over by BHOTWG) & Youth Energy Pro Wrestling (bankrupt)

Still no worker in Power 500.

52. "The Real Rock n' Rolla" You've filled in for a band member one night, who now wants to you tour with them as a result. Add +10 between your Microphone and Charisma. Add "Musician" to your character. (Other Genre)

Put all 10 into Microphone so its up to 42.8. He's a rapper now and member of famous rap boy band MISTYHAMPTON.

EDIT: Forgot some other minor tidbits. We hired Cheyenne as an interviewer (one night she got high and I could only fine her so she did like 5 interviews that night), Clare South is our GM, she's dating Golden Eye which has been played on on-screen. We hired a 3rd announcer, Graham Ablett. He's just there to see where he'll peak. He's old so he might peak low.

We ticked our first two backstage stuff: Transportation and Hotels are now organized. Our next year will be spent increasing our profits until we can make sure our roster has a quality place to work at. 2019 will be much the same as 2018 schedule wise, 2020 will be the year I completely shake up the schedule, borrowing heavily from my structural MAW plans.

If you are just looking to reset your user points you can add a second player to the game, retire the first player, and then re-add another player as the original character you were playing as again. This will let you keep playing as your original worker, while resetting all your stats again... if you aren't far in you won't lose much progress for shows (and earning those user points back) though you will have the benefits of having had those points to start with. Restarting is rarely fun, so having work arounds is always helpful. :)

[i'm guessing] we are not allowed to use the default User Talent Points? I always assumed they weren't off limits.

Thanks so much! But, please clarify it in the RTG rules so I don't make the mistake again.
