What is known for certain, is that no matter what Alicia intends to do, her departure for USPW will most certainly spice up Women's Wrestling in North America. Could 2016 be the year of Alicia Strong?

Cool premise. I'll be rooting for her to go to Mexico just because there aren't many dynasties set there, though her taking over the book for QAW or AAA could get either of those companies to Cult size.

In the spring of 1994, NWA Eastern Championship Wrestling was bought by the partnership of Hulk Hogan and Rupert Murdoch. Hogan was planning to take ECW to a whole new level by bringing big stars (most of them friends of the Hulkster). Heyman, didn't agree with him at all, as he wanted ECW to be an alternative to the sports entertainment product that both WCW and WWF were presenting.

 

The question is... what if Hulk Hogan realized that Paul was right? Would the Hulkster forget the idea of turn the company into his ship to listen a bit of Heyman's ideas?

 

I was considering starting this in 1995, since i'm already playing it and i have some ideas that would serve as the backstory of this ECW dynasty.

I know it's been done before but I took the idea a step further. I am using Eric Bischoff as my user character and am role-playing that he reopened WCW with his own money. Thus, WCW is a small Indy promotion based in the southeast with only 50 thousand dollars in funds. The goal is to make it back to the top. </p><p> </p><p>

I would be writing the story from Bischoff perspective as if we are watching a documentary. Show write ups would he brief but get the point across. Any interest? I may write up the first segment if there's enough interest</p>

The premise is that Buddy Garner, on the verge of retirement, has grown sick and tired of gimmicky, soap opera productions in wrestling and has started his own no-nonsense, hard-hitting promotion. I post my full cards/predictions right after I book the show in TEW, just so I don't let people's predictions influence my booking (even subconsciously). I usually give the post a day or so until I post my shows. I am more concerned with just posting my results than getting replies, as I figure the longer I have the diary running, the more people will start to read it.

<p>Hello! I had a diary going on little while back as CGC - until my computer decided to shuffle off this mortal coil, wiping me completely out. But it was a fun run, and now that I have a sturdier computer and TEW2016, I'm ready to embark upon a new diary.</p><p> </p><p>

I plan on playing AAA as Catherine Quine, who has just bought AAA from Anne Stardust. My plan is to follow through with the in-game text and expand AAA out of the Northwest. My goals for the playthrough are to get AAA to Cult level, and to secure a television deal for AAA. I plan on writing Catherine as the protagonist as she tries to prove not only can the market support a women's wrestling promotion, but times have changed such that a woman's wrestling promotion can thrive. The story will be told through a series of mediums, including Catherine's diary, news reports, blogs, e-mails, interview transcripts, and descriptions of the shenanigans both in the ring and behind the scenes.</p><p> </p><p>

I appreciate everyone who was following the CGC Enough is Enough playthrough, and I look forward to a good, long, not interrupted by equipment failure run with TEW 2016!</p>
