I just had him drop the NA Title in triple threat to Big Magic so I can prep him for a World Tile shot. Have Remo hold the World title with a stable propping him up, building to a cage match with Gilmore who takes the title only to lose it to Morgan. I haven't got the game yet as I've said, but good to plan 😉

Morgan's a great hand, but his attitude has been the bane of my SWF game. After two or three backstage incidents, he's furious and has demanded his release on two occasions. I've given him a month off and several bonuses, but I still can't seem to get him happy.

I was grooming him to take the Championship off of the Crippler at the Supreme Challenge, but I may need to cut my losses and find someone with less of a temper.

Haven't really seen any negative incidents with anyone on SWF yet. My backstage stays between 80 and 90, too.

Has anybody run a Royal Rumble style match yet?

I'm doing it in May to decide the Supreme Challenger, and giving Mikey Lau (upper midcard) a title shot at the same event to hopefully give him a handsome pop boost against the 86 rated Remo. I'm just not sure which order to run the two matches in, bearing in mind the title match should get a good but probably not fantastic rating.

Started a new SWF game.

I went with the starting storylines, but after a triple-threat with Remo, Rogue and Angry Gilmore I spun Rogue and Gilmore into their own feud and moved Remo into a rather one-sided feud with Skull DeBones, who only appears on PPV and is billed as a special attraction. I took a page from recent WWE booking of Undertaker for DeBones, lots of Remo standing around screaming at DeBones, the occasional flickering lights, eerie music and spooky effects, and once or twice a mysterious "Lights go out then on again and we see Remo down and out" angle. Obviously, you can only do that for so long, maybe two PPVs, but I'm trying to decide who I want to send at Remo next. My plan is for him to be a dominant, Brock Lesnar-esque champion so he won't be dropping the belt any time soon. That leaves out Valiant, who won't be pushed for the title until he's a bit more seasoned.

The Eric Eisen "Make SWF Great Again" storyline is going like gangbusters. He does a Donald Trump routine while Bear Bekowski and the Pain Alliance stand around looking menacing. Occasionally, he attacks a face and claims that face was keeping SWF from being great again. After a few weeks of this, including a high-profile PPV interference of a Valiant-Brandon James match, I had on-screen authority Jerry Eisen confront Eric. He can't suspend his brother, but he can suspend his thugs, so he does. The plan is for Jerry to be "mysteriously attacked," leading to him and Richard Eisen taking an on-screen hiatus. Richard will cut an emotional promo, saying he's leaving to help Jerry on the road to recovery but thank God there's another able-bodied Eisen in SWF to run things while he's away. Eric Eisen will then transition into an abusive authority figure role, which will keep him FAR away from the belt while still giving him the screen time his name (and promo ability) requires.

After 10 years of tagging, I've decided it's time for the Bumfholes to split up. Randy, the younger Bumfhole, grows resentful of living in his big brother's shadow. After all, Zimmy has a singles title to his name while Randy does not. When Randy's solo outings cost the tag team some title opportunities, and leaves him conveniently tied up when Zimmy is getting double-teamed by rival tag team The Awesomeness, tension boils to a head between the Bumfholes. My plan is to split them and push them both, ala The Shield. The question is, should they immediately feud with one another or should I keep them as far away from each other as possible until a Supreme Challenge program opens up?

I make it a cross between the Royal Rumble and Money in the Bank, with the winner getting a guaranteed title shot sometime in the next year. It helps that it's the PPV after the Supreme Challenge, so you get to immediately set up next year's big storyline.

I just prefer it as a way of setting up the biggest match of the year as anybody can realistically win a lottery based battle royal, and I like having that luxury when it comes to setting up that main event. I'm just not sure which match I want main eventing to ensure the best ratings and was wondering if anybody had experimented yet.

I'm going to replace the August PPV with a bracketed tournament named after Christian Faith, and use that more as a launching pad for a particular talent to start competing for the SWF Championship over the coming year.

Tournaments in general are a lot of fun, and with his name attached to it you can really add to the importance.

You could always steal a page from what WWE is doing with the Cruiserweight Classic: Get a bunch of indy guys who are promising talents and run a series of special events for the tournament, leading up to the finale. The winner gets an SWF contract and a guaranteed title shot. Maybe make the tournament about how a wrestler rises above and seizes the brass ring, like Christian Faith did in the mid-90s after Sam Strong and Rip Chord left.

I do like that that changed, makes it the proper "Brock Lesnar/Undertaker contract" it's meant to be.

They were both between 79 and 83 pop in the US. They picked up a couple of PPV wins over The Almighty Dollar. They lost to Hell's Angels (Vengeance/Scythe) and then decided to go there separate ways after a friendly, competitive match at The Supreme Challenge. That allowed both of them to stay as baby faces and be singles while also leaving the door open for occasional tags at any point in time. Neither one really feels like a heel to me. Zimmy may fit the Edge type of heel, but that's a stretch for me.

So while I was signing up managers for my "Master of Puppets" Tournament (#1 Contender's Tournament where managers represent all clients to get them a spot in the tournament, winner goes to Supreme Challenge Main Event) I found a couple interesting stories to start.

I picked up Haley Buck and have her using her Journalist gimmick to report on the Hero Squad. As she's covering them she finds out that Captain Atomic has some evil intentions for ending the group. Jungle Lord doesn't believe her and Buck struggles to come up with any proof. At Master of Puppets, Buck picks Jungle Lord as her tournament representative which infuriates Atomic. Atomic ends up costing Jungle Lord his first round setting up a heel turn and a breakup.

Also signed Nicole Kiss and have her and Steven Parker reconnect without officially getting back together. When Master of Puppets gets near, Kiss picks someone other than Parker (right now Joey Morgan or Jimmy Hernandez are the top picks) and Parker gets jealous. He and Kiss start arguing and then eventually Parker threatens her and Hernandez/Morgan makes the save while Parker turns heel.

What are your opinions on Sammy Bach? TCW is only offering PPA deals, so I have a chance to steal him for ~28K a month. Is his relationship with Emma Chase going to cause too much drama to make it not worth it? My backstage has been at 100% for a while so I think it could take the hit, but I'm not sure.
