For instance, GAMMA 51: Pickering vs Polter.. Pickering is shown in blue the fight screen. Champions are always in the red corner.</p><p> </p><p> Secondly, I'm probably just too dumb to immediately pick up on it, but I can't figure out how to watch other companies' shows play out.</p><p> </p><p> And finally, I'm not sure that every post fight interview should be an automatic "Thank you to the fans, my sponsors.." Sure, there are real world fighters who name check everyone associated with them after the fight but not every one. Some don't thank anybody and go directly into a callout. Maybe I'm just not deep enough into the game to see this yet, but there are far too many generic "thank you's" being thrown around.</p><p> </p><p> On a more minor note, I wish the "Add Fight" button was still on the right side. It's probably just something that takes some getting used to, but it definitely stands out to me every time I book a card.</p><p> </p><p> Overall, I'm very impressed with this version and I look forward to going on a decades long run with my custom promotion. I wish there was a way to make it full screen (guess it's a coding issue preventing it) but that's a minor gripe that's been there for years lol. Can't wait to dig in fully next week. As someone who has never played a WMMA, this has a very intimidating amount of options and screens haha, but im looking forward to learning it. If you've ever played a text sim you know you have a decent learning curve but once you get past it you'll be playing non-stop. It was the same thing for me with WMMA 2/3. Just worry about the ranking screen and the matchmaking screen for now. All the other stuff is just window dressing. The game is, at its core, about making fights and seeing the outcomes, and most of your time will be spent booking shows and advancing through until the next one. </p><p> </p><p> Try to focus on how different each save is when you restart. The next round, the cut reopens and doctor comes again to look at it. On those 6 fights, only one fight was stopped by the medical staff. What I've seen of the fight engine is excellent and the user interface is a huge huge improvement over WMMA4.</p><p> </p><p> Awesome that pictures have been put back into the ranking screen. I noticed that you can view it from the main screen, but that earnings are the only thing missing from the same option on the company screen.
