What's Going on in Your Game?

Brought AJ Styles, Christopher Daniels, and Elix Skipper into WWE mid 2004 as "Triple X" with Daniels and Elix tagging and AJ leading the trio. Daniels and Elix have completely took over the Smackdown tag division and hold the titles now into December. Consistently cranking out 80+ matches. AJ was supposed to spend some time developing his skills and popularity competing for the US title on and off until I was ready to start putting him over top guys.

Well...

Within one month Big Show offered to put AJ over, so he did the job at Great American Bash with a respectable 73. Immediately after Rey offered to put AJ over twice so I booked him in a fued for the Cruiserweight belt and decided well I guess we could just make the cruiserweight division more respectable while these two give me show stealers. AJ took the belt at Summerslam and then retained at No Mercy. During this fued Eddie offered to put AJ over (Eddie is the champ!) and this presented a decision. Put the strap on AJ already? Eddie is cool with it but AJ just isn't ready so I booked him to go over in a non title match on Smackdown that got AJ's best rating yet at an 87.

Figured that was the end of this happening atleast for a little while after the Rey fued and had AJ continue defending the CW belt against the likes of Paul London and Tajiri, having really solid matches in the midcard while Taker and Jericho debuted on Smackdown (needed some faces). As soon as Taker debuts, he offers to put over AJ twice! Looks like AJ will be jumping into the main event sooner than expected with wins against Taker at Armageddon and the Rumble, while Taker will get his revenge at Wrestlemania.

Does the worker who offers to put someone over still lose popularity like they normally would? Is that not something you were worried about?

Lmao are you booking SWF or is it the computer booking him solely against their best and brightest every night of the week?

He won the award in my game also, with a record of 1-41. His sole win was a TV match against Rogue, who was leaving the company. He's 0-14 in 2021 also. He might win it again because his average match rating is 78, he wrestles almost exclusively against main event talent (Rocky, Davids, ZWB etc.).

I just experienced the most horrible booking of any child company.

Fuyuko Higa is my current Alliance Womens champion and has 98 popularity in my home are. She is also the third most popular wrestler in the world.

So my primary child company "MOLLIE" did the most obvious thing: They booked her in a mid card (non title) match against a green regen rookie with a popularity of 17. - And Fuyuko lost.

Higa even lost one point popularity, which I haven't experienced during a loan match so far.

This is my first foray into the C-Verse and after reading bios during the demo phase as well as lore content through various posts and links here; I'm really upset I just played RW mods in 2016, the universe is so much fun and through 7 months of game time in SWF I'm having a blast. Playing the C-Verse makes me more interested in looking at Thunderverse and I downloaded the mod for 2016 to read things there so I can be prepared whenever a 2020 version comes out.

As for currently in my game, I'm at the build up for Supreme Challenge 40. So far building around 3 huge matches; Mikey Lau vs Rogue, Valiant vs Scythe, and the big main event for the SWF Championship; Rocky Golden vs Remo.

I also started a women's division that started with a tournament to crown the first champion, which would end up being Paige Croft when she defeated Suzanne Brazzle. Paige just dropped the title to Christy Higgins. Have plans for a multi women match and with Alina America dropping her QAW World title to Emma May and kind of starting to look to be on the back burner with their booking for some reason; I may just steal her.

I don't think it helps save their popularity, I think it just makes it so there are no effects on their morale for putting over a less popular worker. But I wasn't and still am not too worried about guy's popularity dropping slightly as WWE has so many top guys in 2004 its hard to book all them as is without having their pop drop from time to time as it is. As of the time of this post (Dec 2004) Eddie, brock, taker, jericho, HHH, Benoit, Kane, Rock, Orton, Sting, Bradshaw, HBK, Goldberg, Cena, and Angle are all considered Major Stars. This would be practically unmanageable without the brand split.

Also using the storyline system and booking good wins in side matches and high rated angles where both guys have success will help keep maintain their pop even if they are going to lose that fued in the end. For example after the AJ vs Rey fued Rey took two loses at ppv's to AJ, but won matches in between against solid mid carders and participated in high rated angles and ended the fued with a "Very good" rating. Yea, he lost a couple pop points but not so much that it hurts him in the long run. Also I try not to get lost too much in trying to micro manage every little thing and spend more time trying to book the best shows possible revolving around good storylines (sometimes at the expense of certain workers morale no way around it with WWE's huge roster).

Welp.. Got to Armageddon and booked AJ's first win over Taker... in the main event... only got a 78 despite it being the hottest storyline running due to a "Absolutely no chemistry" note. *Facepalm*. Time to reevaluate and decide if it's even worth moving forward with this.

I finally had my first scandal.

Extraordinario Jr. was dating Mystery Pink, but did the ring rat shuffle with Gemmei Onishi. Now I have not only the breakup, but also a new dating couple and 3 fresh hate relationships (Xavier Ferrera is friends with Pink and hates the other two). - Finally some fire in my backstage heaven.

What to do now?

From the practical point of view I don't want to lose any of the 4. Maybe Onishi, who doesn't want to sign a written contract anyway. On the other hand I don't see cheating as a reason to hate/punish someone forever...

I'll probably punish Extra mildly by dropping him out of the title picture for a year or so. Maybe I'll give Pink the main title run I was thinking about.

Been playing the same game for a bit now, started a new company called DW (Discovery Wrestling), although I suspect there's a company out there somewhere.

Risen to 26th in the world in 4 years, brought some marquee signings in and mixed it up with young talent.. not doing too bad.

Sad news was that Vince McMahon and good old JR both passed away, within a week of each other :(

I had Micheal Hayes and William Regal die within the first two weeks. I had to restart anyway because it was a May database and I booked up to Double or Nothing only for Kenny Omega, the Young Bucks and Pentagon Jr all to be working for AAA that night. You'd think Kenny and the Bucks would prioritise the company they helped found but that's not how the game works. Now I'm out two matches since the Lucha Bros were scheduled for a tag title shot and the Bucks were going to face the debuting FTR.

Welcome to the Coastal Zone 2025 is completed and it's my favourite so far as well as the highest rated. Coming out of this show the idea is to refresh the roster once more with a few leaving on written contracts and other just coming to the end of their run in the company. Before I get into the show I really do get the description of WrestleWorld where it says it could be the end of indie wrestling as we know it because I've spent the past year being poached by GSW, IPW, MAW and NYCW who have been on WrestleWorld since the start. Seeing this happening I decided it's finally time I bit the bullet and signed up for WrestleWorld as well as continue to upgrade the Coastal Zone network.

In the last update I talked about my plans and basically they all completely changed and every direction I ended up going was different. Fuyuko Higa came out of last years show as a 2 time CZCW Champ and she had a first successful defense against Remmy Honeyman before getting embroiled in a feud with former tag team champions DeMarcus and Gray. This led to the return of her former tag partner Ellie De Grazia and a successful defense over Tyrone Gray at Wave of Fury but at Hardcore Halloween their was a shock in store as she lost the title to Nate DeMarcus. I'm a huge DeMarcus fan and I felt like he was the best person to take that title off Higa at the time. He then defended it successfully in a 6 person elimination match, against Higa, Riley McManus before reaching this show against James Diaz.

Speaking of James Diaz he has had the biggest of developments over the past year. Last year he beat former stablemate Ash Campbell and the next month he announced that Undisputed Legacy were being renamed The Diaz System and that instead of only being 2nd and 3rd generation wrestlers that it would instead be wrestlers handpicked by him, trained by him and utilized by him to reach the top of the company. His first move was to take out Robin DaLay (not the original plan, he signed written with IPW) and after beating him he introduced the first member of his group: The Dreadnought. Dreadnought turned his back on Nathaniel Ca$ino immediately and bought into The Diaz System instead. Ca$ino lost to Dreadnought the next month and was then gone from the company after 4 years. The next month he was approached by the Casey brothers from NYCW about joining the system but him being as ruthless as he is put them against each other with the winner getting the role. It ended up being Chuck Casey that won his way into the stable and following the match he was ordered to beat down on Tully by Diaz and he did so. The final addition to The System came as a shock to even James himself. He was approached by Bounce Buchanan backstage (known just as Bounce) who asked for a position and Diaz laughed it off saying that if Bounce could beat Dreadnought he'd be in. Bounce somehow won and was entered into The System but Diaz made it his goal to make Bounce's life hell but as the months went on Bounce didn't break and even helped Diaz get some huge wins, including the final of the Uprising Tournament over Talia Quinzel.

Kid Fantastic came out as Extreme Champion last year but immediately I regretted it and his reign was weak as hell before he dropped it to a returning Heartbreaker who got one last run with the belt before dropping it to Ellie De Grazia. Ellie would have a solid reign heading into Welcome to the coastal zone.

As for the tag titles, Beach Boys came out of last years show with the belts but within two months they had dropped them to The Dynamite Express. The Dynamite Express then had a fantastic reign, adding Drake Young to the group, and targeting the House of Stone (Lucy and David). This led to this show where The Dynamite Express put their titles on the line in a 6 man tag against The House of Stone with a surprise 3rd member. The third member ended up being Dan Stone III and House of Stone picked up the win to become the new tag team champions.

The opening match of the show just happened to be the best match in the history of the company with a 95 as Talia Quinzel defeated Tigre Salvaje Jr. The story here is that Talia has been putting some of the best ever individual performances CZCW has ever seen but has always failed to take that next step towards the main event and after a loss in The Uprising final she wanted to show that she deserved the top stop against a former CZCW Champion.

The 2nd match of the show was a hoss war as The Dreadnought went one on one with recent signee from 21CW: Assassin. Assassin was accompanied to the ring by his manager Dawn Gemmell but it turned out they had bad chemistry so I have plans to get her off him quickly and give him someone else as a manager. After a war between these two, Assassin got his first ever win in CZCW and I am planning on building towards him vs Diaz.

The next match was a simple 6 man tag but it was the in ring debut for The Rising. A newgen named Elliot Austin was previously with the company as a jobber but spent a year on excursion in Japan with SAISHO and returned last month with some new friends: Eien Miyamoto and Nakayama. They returned by saving The Beach Boys from a beatdown by Throwback Throwdown (Tony DeWonderful and Jason Patterson) but they debuted tonight as a trio against three of our enhancement talent. Following the match Throwback Throwdown would come for a beat down and were joined by a debuting Sean Noggin as well.

Afterwards we had a loser leaves town match where relative newcomer Shooting Star Perez took on the sadistic Onslaught. After some incredible debut performances from Perez in his first few appearances he was targeted by Onslaught who was out with a vengeance and with a vendetta and this relented for months until we got to this point. Shooting Star Perez picked up the win and called time on the 8 year CZCW career of Onslaught who had signed exclusively with NYCW.

Early on in 2025 Prime Time Jack Pryde got the biggest win of his CZCW Career over former Extreme champion Zel Quinn and the next month he decided that since he was too big for that division then he needed his own title to celebrate and introduced the Prime Time title. The Plan is to use this title to elevate Jack Pryde before also using the title as a secondary title alongside the Extreme title. On this show he would retain his title against Zel Quinn who I have sent on excursion to SAISHO for the year to improve him and bring him back before a push towards the world title.

The aforementioned Extreme title was on the line next as Ellie De Grazia lost it to El Jaguar. Jaguar decided that the Extreme division needed a big star to come in and elevate all the nobodies so he decided to nobly lead the cause and the plan is for him to have a LONG reign with that belt, at least a year, as he uses his pop to help build up some of the younger stars. Sadly following this, Ellie De Grazia was also signed to an exclusive contract by QAW.

The semi main was actually for the CZCW title which I don't usually do but the main event was so huge that it had to main over Nate DeMarcus vs James Diaz. The month before this the team of Diaz and Bounce beat the team of DeMarcus and Gray meaning that Diaz could pick the stipulation for this match and after the trust formed between himself and Bounce he elected to name him the special guest referee with Dreadnought as the enforcer on the outside. This would backfire massively for Diaz as Bounce would reveal it was a long con all along as he hit him with a superkick and allowed DeMarcus to pin Diaz and retain his title. I felt it was still slightly too early for Diaz to win (Although he will win before the year is out) and I loved the Bounce story. It did mean DeMarcus kind of took a backseat to the story but he wasn't affected that much and he will drop the title in two months anyway to Fuyuko Higa.

Speaking of Fuyuko Higa she was in the main event and in what is undoubtedly the biggest match in CZCW history. Fuyuko Higa vs Brooke Tyler. Ace vs Ace. In an incredible 94 rated match our Figurehead would win this incredible match as Tyler was just on loan but I was super happy with this matchup.

As mentioned earlier the roster is getting a complete refresh with around ten new names at least replacing some that were signed to written deals, sent on excursion or had reached the end of their run with the company and the plan is to continue building towards the future. With WrestleWorld behind us now we're growing fast and making a ton of money so I can't wait for this next year

I love this! Playing June RWC as my own company, and Keith Lee is still the North American Champion in November, and he just became NXT Champion as well. Wild that the game followed that, but just wanted everyone to bask in his glory. :D

Though this is a world where I've already poached Tyler Breeze and Donovan Dijak. :p:p Also Hanson, because he rules.

I built Electric Dreamer (pop 89) vs. Fuyoki Higa (pop 98) for half a year. Higa ended the 22 months long title (~170 defenses) run of ED. Both did matches above 95 all the time.

But when I had them faced 1-on-1 at the season finales Main Event, they merely did 84. - With "good" chemistry. -_-

1993 ScottKen's mod. Heading in to Starrcade 1993.

Not only did I sign Warrior and Shawn Michaels away from WWF, BUT...I also snagged Hogan, and UNDERTAKER.

WWF is now being headlined by Savage, Bret Hart, Ted DiBiase, and Rick Martel. They've fallen in size to Medium.

Flair has the belt - he's been locked in a triangle with Sting and Warrior (face allies) since he returned. He interfered in their #1 contender match to make Sting the #1 contender, but I had to swerve off that when Sting gave me a tight timeline that he offered to put Michaels over in. So Warrior regained the #1 Contender status in a cage match at Clash of the Champions in November, and will face Flair at Starrcade, while Sting will face Michaels.

Hogan has come roaring in and picked a fight with Vader, who was doing his usual beastly terrorizing, so they have a Starrcade match too.

I've got Cactus Jack up to a Star, he'll be facing Roddy Piper at Starrcade. Pillman and Austin are having the culmination of their breakup there too.

And the Rock n Roll Express will be challenging the Freebirds for the tag belts. That matchup has yet to live up to the potential I see for it in my head, but I'm going to keep trying.

Undertaker won the Battle Royal at Battlebowl (ugh, thank god that's dormant now), but I haven't yet figured out what to do with him to elevate him up the card. He really needs a strong face to feud with.

Oh yeah, and I just poached Jim Ross.

Long term now that I have face-Hogan I guess I'll put the Heavyweight strap on him for a little bit and let him feud with Vader and maybe even retire Piper (his stamina is terrible already). That will mean needing something for guys like Sting and Warrior to do too though...

Hey guys! :D

Few interesting things happen with my NJPW Save using Questlove's amazing Real World Mod that I wanted to share with you!

I had Okada defeat Naito at Dominion.

During Dominion, all other members of LIJ either retain (Hiromu & Shingo) or win championship (SANADA, EVIL & BUSHI are 6 men champion)

After his loss, Naito called LIJ to the ring. As he raised his fist for the bump, EVIL left the ring, followed by SANADA and BUSHI. Shingo did not follow, but left his own seperate way.

On the next tour, EVIL introduced us to his new stable called DARKNESS, consisting of him, SANADA, BUSHI, newcomer Judas Mesias (using the Mil Muertes mask) and they also recruited YOH who took back his Fujin mask and pseudo from Mexico.

Naito on his side recruited Ryu Lee & SHO to LIJ, meanwhile Shingo took Shibata's spot as the hard hitting lone wolf (dragon?)

Elsewhere, Karl Anderson returned and took the US title off of Jon Moxley. His led to tension between him & Jay White.

When White won the G1 Climax, after tense bout with Tama Tonga & Anderson in his Block, he refused to raise the Bullet Club flag ala AJ Styles.

Instead, Jay White left Bullet Club with Gedo & Jado, proclaiming BC to be old and the birth of NEWERA

He recruited former friends and dojomates Juice Robinson & David Finlay, now a lot more vicious and aggressive. Juice former WTL's partner Sami Callihan was also on board, as well as White's compatriot Toa Henare. White also recruited Shotaro Ashino, claiming he's the successor of the Great Muta, Wrestle-1's former Ace and that NJPW shut him down despite him being one of the leader of this New Era.

This way, got myself 2 new stable. BC is back to his roots, LJ will be used as a platform for Hiromu & SHO to be pushed, EVIL has his own thing.

Speaking of Hiromu, after Okada vacated the IC Belt, having no interest in it, he won the 16 men tournament to win the championship, defeating EVIL in the Main Event.

Elsewhere, Taichi is orchestrating a putsch, Goto & Ishii are forming a tag team to go after Golden Ace, and Karl Fredericks has become Togi Makabe's pupil.

My Wrestle Kingdom card should look like this :

Okada © vs. Jay White for the IWGP Heavyweight Championship

Hiromu © vs. SANADA for the Intercontinental Championship

Kota Ibushi vs. Hiroshi Tanahashi

Naito vs. EVIL

SHO vs. Fujin as a finale of the Super J Cup and for the Vacant IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Championship

Shingo © vs. Will Ospreay for the Openweight Belt

Karl Anderson © vs. TBD for the US Championship

Tomohiro Ishii & Hiroki Goto © vs. Dangerous Tekkers

Ryu Lee vs. BUSHI in a mask vs. mask match

I'm six months into my Insignificant to Titanic, hire only unemployed workers and the plan was to have Remmy Skye as the main face star and his nemesis being The Silencer. I put the strap on Skye after a little feud with Quentin Queen while I built up The Silencer's popularity. Skye has had the belt for six months, long enough, and two days before the next event I check The Silencer's skills and he's declining at the (apparently old) age of 38. Well, shucks, guess I'm pulling the trigger on Queen way earlier then I thought.

But what do I do with The Silencer now? I guess job him out to my face guys. Too bad, he was a really good worker for me in 2013 and 2016, and didn't start declining until around 42 or 43 in those games. This is my first save having him in 2020 so I'm not sure if he's always going to be like this in every game or if I just had bad luck.

A couple of cool tidbits from my game in 2025

* Wolf Hawkins was named the Figurehead of TCW in 2021, but was caught up in a drug deal scandal and released in late 2023. As of May 2025 he hasn't wrestled again. He was also 40-1 the year he got released.

* 21CW had an ownership shakeup in 2025 and Byron took over the fed when Jeff Nova stepped down. Offered to hire Nova but apparently I'm still too small for him to come work here. My guess is he starts his own promotion?

* Top 5 promotions in the 'promotion wars' section are USPW (90P/91M), QAW (67P/74M), 21CW (97P/79M), GSW (63P/73M) and IPW (63P/73M)

I'm ACPW at #11 (81P/67M), CWA is at (88P/90M), while TCW is (96P/88M/$230 million) and SWF is (86P/93M/$250 million)

* Most popular wrestlers are Remo Richardson, Velociodad, Gino Montero, Greg Gauge and Joey Manga. Youngman is #10.

<p>Playing AEW in July 2020, had my first PPV Fyter Fest with a rating of 79; not bad considering Jon Moxley screwed my main event plans, cause he didn't show up and appeared in NPJW instead! Had to book a back up main event match:</p><p>

Cody & The Young Bucks vs Jericho & Guevara & MJF (MJF was feuding with Cody)</p><p> </p><p>

Also just signed Brooke Adams to boost the women division, nonetheless she became pregnant 1 week after I signed her, great timing to tell me about it <img alt=":D" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/biggrin.png.929299b4c121f473b0026f3d6e74d189.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /> .</p><p> </p><p>

Having loads of fun in general!!</p>
