The rest of the show was a bit more forgettable than usual, but the main event made up for it.</p>
Stennick
Final Countdown are you going to the ROH show tonight? I know your a St. Louis guy, shows in Collinsville at the Gateway Center tonight. Richards, Black, Briscoe Brothers, Kings of Wrestling, etc.

Lo-Drew
just curoius but since ROH has had many great stables, who do you think was the best stable in ROH.
The Final Countdown
The Rottweilers. Heel Low Ki double stomping the crap out of people? Yes, please.
masterded
just curoius but since ROH has had many great stables, who do you think was the best stable in ROH. Generation Next. You had three good works who became great as it when on (Evans has never been better then okay). You had a great feud with them versus the Embassy with probably the best multi-man cage match ROH has ever had. Plus you had what may have been the best Tag Team title run ever in ROH with Aries and Strong. It also helps that almost every other stable in ROH has been either too focused on one person or a bunch of guys who no one cared all that much about (with the exceptions of The NRC and the Embassy once Shelly joined). I agree for three reasons. One is what you said, Strong, Shelley and Aries have been highly successful. Plus, Aries ended Joe's 21 month title reign which like the Final Countdown mentioned earlier made him a ROH legend of sorts. Plus, like masterdad said, the greatest and longest tag title run was Strong and Aries. I loved whole Shelly, Aries and Strong would walk down to the ring meaning business while Evans would talk trash to the crowd. I will forever love those four. MightyDavidson
The best? Definetly Generation Next for all the reasons already mentioned. My personal favourite? The Embassy because I always find Prince Nana to be incredibly entertaining.
The Final Countdown
Gen Next is the group that meant the most to ROH, certainly. It served as the introduction to two guys who remain key players in ROH to this day, Aries and Strong. Shelley was great while he was there, too. I just personally prefer The Rottweilers because I LOVED heel Low Ki kicking the crap out of people and Homicide going nuts.
The Celt
CZW was the best stable in ROH No, I'm going to echo the love for Gen Next and the EM-BA-CEE, to this day they remain the greatest alliances in ROH History. Homicide and Low Ki breaking Jay Lethal's neck with Ghetto Stomp/Kop Killah combo was a great moment in Rottweiler history but the resulting thing with Lethal and Joe coming for revenge didn't work quite right. In other ROH news, I'm proud to post the following: http://www.411mania.com/wrestling/news/147842/%5BVIDEO%5D-Charlie-Haas-and-Shelton-Benjamin-Headed-to-ROH.htm CONFIRMED: Shelton Benjamin & Charlie Haas Vs Kings of Wrestling at Glory by Honor IX MMMMHHHH smells like a winner baby! BurningHamster
just curoius but since ROH has had many great stables, who do you think was the best stable in ROH. The Embassy, particularly when Jimmy Rave was the crown jewel. Prince Nana was on top of his game being the most amusing manager around and Jimmy Rave was just a moody, surly little chicken**** who got more heat that just about anyone in RoH history and won a lot more than he deserved. Jaysin
Did ROH raise their dvd prices? I noticed they were doing a special buy 3, get 2 free kind of deal. So I went to see which dvds were included. This one caught my eye because I was there. I remember looking it up a long time ago and I swear it was only $15, but now every dvd I see there is $20. wtf?
The Final Countdown
$20 is the usual standard price for newish DVDs. Maybe that particular show was on sale the last time you saw it.

Lo-Drew
I have just become numb to the Briscoes now as they seem to only have one match they wrestle over and over again. I don't even think I could put them on a top 5 all time ROH teams. Though at one time I loved them. Briscoes have been in ROH since day 1, they have the most titles reigns and in my opinion, they are the best ROH team in their history. Though you do bring a good point they seem to wrestle the same feud over and over again, there is no question that the Briscoes are and always be the glue of the tag division. Which brings me to my next question, rank the top 5 teams in ROH history. Just curious once again.

The Celt
<p>Personally I think the Kings of Wrestling might just be the greatest ROH tag team yet. I mean the two know each other inside out, have killer chemisty and brutal combo moves, years of experience and either one could easily be a main eventer for the company. </p><p> </p><p> To be honest I think it was a serious botch by Gabe Sapolsky not to have these two tagging more often during the last years of his reign. Pearce, in my mind, totally rebuilt the tag division and made it relevant again just in time for ROH getting on television.</p>
Trashbear
I seriously love the KoW. Probably my favorite act so far this year in any promotion, and they generally churn out very good matches. Their match against the WGTT is going to be ****-hot.

Which brings me to my next question, rank the top 5 teams in ROH history. Just curious once again. I know they are the cornerstone of the Tag division and have been from almost the start (cornerstone I know they were on the first shows even if one could only manage his brother due to being 17). I am just sick of them. The stupid karate chops with the stupid ninja sounds. Their inability to do a decent promo, they sound like angry gibberish most of the time. Their inability to sell an injury ruins the story of too many of their matches. You have a heel spend the whole match working on a body part (in the Briscoe’s cases usually the one that was legit hurt a few months ago) then the last 5 to 10 minuets they just stop selling it completely not even doing the quick move followed by the grabbing of the sore spot. Their finishing sequences almost always make the early part of the match completely pointless. Though at one point I did love them and they are still good for one or two oh my god spots a show. 1. Kings of wrestling 2. Roderick Strong and Austin Aries 3. American Wolves 4. Kevin Steen & El generico 5. I just can't decide.
