Adam has said many times that they shouldn't be in the game, as their role isn't something that is used in game. So it is a modern issue not a game issue.

I think it's more about adding that specific role for immersion. Even small Indy companies have ring announcers by nature. I'm not sure how you could incorporate their effect unless you made it similar to production effects where if you have an extremely poor ring announcers compared to your actual product you get pinged by it on the show a small degree.

I don't really understand it but I just hope you're right about this. Thanks either way.

I'm still worried but I do have trust in Adam Ryland and Grey Dog Software. They've been doing great work.

I'd like to see shortcuts to the editing pages for workers and companies. It can be just a little pencil icon to link to the editor on the worker's profile page. I have a habit of editing the names and other attributes of newly regenerated workers. The current version isn't friendly enough to access the editing pages for the workers.

While I obviously love booking it will be great especially for B shows to put one or two featured segments and have auto-booker do the rest.

I'm really looking forward to the new Auto-Booker functionality. I try to use Auto-Booker sometimes to get me through periods where I'm struggling with my own creative juices, however I usually end up going through the following process:

- auto-book entire card

- delete all of the angles

- delete any matches I don't want

- add matches I do want

- set match lengths and road agent notes

- book all of my angles

The process really doesn't save me much time at all (if any). The ability to book half a card and then get the auto-booker to do the rest seems priceless.

So I haven't been on here for a while and haven't seen it asked so forgive me if this has already been answered but will it be possible to essentially pay for a slot so you can get on a small channel that you'd normally be out of luck with? The struggle of actually growing once you're a regional promotion is kinda grating as you have to be constantly running shows in areas where you want to expand.

I'm currently playing as IPW and we're at regional so I'm focusing on getting popular enough to land a show on Los Deporte Hoy. I'd imagine that if IPW was popular enough in the SW and MS of the US then they'd be able to pay for a timeslot with that sweet Gil Thomas cash.

With the auto-booker evolving, I see new ways to play TEW taking shape. I could see myself starting a two player game by myself - one as a parent promotion and the other as a child promotion. I could auto-book the parent company and focus entirely on the child company without having to worry about the parent AI making foolish decisions for me... or just being able to control absolutely everything from top to bottom.

I really appreciate Adam & the devs for making another TEW game. I know it will be great but I wish they would have set up the game locations as they have in WMMA games. I'd love to pick an actual state or pick Hong Kong, China, Korea or the other ton of places to pick from like the WMMA games. I want to have Zero-1 Hong Kong be an actual thing in the game.

Just checking back in here for the first time in a while and wanted to add to the people talking about auto-booker.

Reading that really rocked my world a little. Should be able to book the opener, the main and co-main and then auto-booker can take some of the weekly TV show strain.

I love the addition if match aims impacting on the show if not used in the right away. I also agree if your product is set a certain way, some match notes shouldn't be usable. Like in the way that is described. What would be cool is a toggle feature for it. That flicks between all match notes and "recommended/appropriate" with that turned on by default.

I would also love to see this extend into workers potentially going against the show if they have horrible morale and essentially chucking a tantrum during the show in an attempt to tank it.

There’s essentially nothing there to simulate as it pertains to TEW.

It’s a little more angle heavy than the average fed and that’s literally all that would reflect in the booking.

The only way LU differered from most companies is its usage of pre-taped backstage segments and heavy editing as the show wasn’t a live show.

Greater emphasis on storyline continuity than normal(this could be reflected by making long running storylines worth more and loss of wrestlers being harder on fed momentum etc). Greater importance on storylines(fans were supposed to be more into the storylines than into the overness of the wrestlers than normal). Greater emphasis on gimmicks and characters. Wrestlers being less affect by wins and losses than normal because it's all part of the storyline...

1000 times yes. I want the chance to do a death match in a pg product regardless of how bad it may end up being. Removing that ability is not fun or user friendly. Toggling on the other hand is. Besides, just because a thing doesn't fit a product it doesn't make it impossible to happen there. And dealing with the consequences is part of the fun.

Sorry for the double post but:

Rather than hide the match aims I've instead decided to leave them available, but you will get a warning from your road agent if you try and use one that would result in a penalty.

This is great news, well done Adam. I'd love to get some scoops on the CV, like a lot of us, but sadly you have decided not to post them. Still excited for all the possible changes, especially with the amount of content you are hinting at.
